Hi i purchased Light Room when I purchased student web and design.  When i downloaded it, there was only one part to down load and it did not ask me for my serial number.  The section wehre the serial number is, says that download form there is not required?? Don;t I have to put a serial number in somewhere???

First of all, you need to install Lightroom. The first time you run the program after you have installed it, it will indicate that it is a trial version. One of your options on that dialog is that you have a serial number. Choose that option and continue. Then you will be able to enter the serial number, and it will no longer be a trial version.

    Your receipt for all apps, free or otherwise, will say "purchased". The Starbucks app is free.  In the app store itself, the apps will clearly state their cost or "Free".

    You need more storage space on the iPad itself - not in iCloud. You wasted your money npbuying that extra storage. iCloud storage is for backups only. It's not like having an external or cloud storage solution where you can off your content and bring it back when you want to.
    Go to Settings>General>Useage>Storage and look at your movies, TV shows, photos, apps. You can delete content in there to make more room on your iPad for the movie.

    I'd report the problem to the iTunes Store.
    Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
    Find the item that is not downloading properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
    (Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

    It sounds like you need to download the Digital Booklet that came with your purchase as it did not download correctly the first time. You can get it again from your purchased history with the following article. Depending on the platform you are downloading to, the instructions are a bit different so choose the correct steps from within:

    Sign in and out of Itunes and check your purchases, or if you merely rented it.
    verify you used same account on purchase as you did to watch it.
    if no resolution, contact Apple about your account issue.

    Launch the App Store and login.
    Then from the menu bar (top of your screen) click Store > Check for Unfinished Downloads

  • Issue when scrolling a pdf - There was a problem reading this document (135)

    This is when the PDF is created and rendered/previewed from Acrobat Reader and the issue is there for latest acrobat version too.
    When you open the PDF in Acrobat Reader and then when you scroll it and if you have more that one page in the PDF, it gives an error saying "There was a problem reading this document (135)".
    Is this a known issue in Acobat? Any resolution? Reinstalling acrobat version didn't help.

    Hi Manulak_Tech,
    As you are able to view PDF I had provided, the issue seems to be PDF specific.
    So when you scroll the PDF and reach to a page where Adobe Reader cannot read it, the error comes. I am sure the problem lies the way PDF was created. Can you describe how the PDF was created?
