Hi, I recently left my iPhone at the bank and thought I´d lost it, so I went on line and blocked it.  Now that I have it back it tells me that it is disabled and that I need to connect it to iTunes.  When I do that iTunes is asking me for a code.

I appreciate anyone guiding me on how to get that code.

The code is the same code you use when you turn on your phone.  If you don't remember it, you'll have to try and restore from the computer to which you last synched.
