I try to pay for one year membership LR and PH but get message"wait some minutes. Don not renew or go back to avoid a double payment." when finished payment by VISA. What must I do. A new order and risk a double payment. In my account I cannot see anything for Adobe Creative account.

OK, So after waiting on hold on the phone for an hour and getting mad I got ahold of someone here on live chat and got disconnected but have an answer for everyone and a solution! Here it is so you don't have to go through the same thing,
It takes 24-48 hours for your payment to clear in order for you to be able to use the program. (I told them it should clearly state this on there)
Then I asked if there was a way to get one or two more conversions for now and was told to use the 30 day FREE trial version of "Acrobat XI Pro" I was told by adobe customer service just now that this has the same thing included in it.
So if you only needed it temporarily you can get a full refund for "ExportPDF" within 30 days of original purchase sine you can use "Acrobat XI Pro" FREE 30 trial version anyways
Good luck everyone. I still say we all complain about not being notified about the waiting period to use our PAID software though

Get calendar for one year with holidays and no works days

IHave an update that has been stuck for a month. Others have come in and been okay. It's stuck on installing. Have pressed and pressed but nothing happens. Any help.

Can anybody tell me how to unstick an update which has been like that for a month. It's says installing but won't budge.

Have you tried any of these things?
Tap the "installing" icon and see if you can pause it. If it does pause, then tap it again and see if it will resume.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. That might start the download again.
Make sure that you do not have a stalled download in iTunes. That could prevent the app from installing.
You can also try deleting the installing app - tap and hold down on the icon until it wiggles - the tap the X on the icon to delete it. Then try to download again. Apps may also be able to be deleted in Settings>General>Usage>Storage if you cannot get the X to pop up on the icon.
If none of those things work for you, download the update in iTunes on your computer and then sync the app to your iPad.

Firefox Update for Mac pops up, I click OK, but NOTHING happens. The "connecting" bars starts, but goes on and on ad infinitum.

There's a message telling me a certain add-on (which I can't identify) "will be disabled" for the time being.
I hide the pop- up, but half an hour later, it's apparent no update has been received.

If you have problems with updating or with the permissions then easiest is to download the full version and trash the currently installed version to do a clean install of the new version.

Hi, i bought autocad 360 PRO $49.99 for one year membership yesterday. But it didnt change to PRO, it still showing normal, it just showing i'm not membership and i have pay for it.
I just payed $49.99 but why? never happen before.

I realize what I am about to write sounds a bit weird: to change the term of a Skype Number subscription, we need to permit it to expire, or in other words, reach the end of its term. Your Skype Number will be held on account for you for 90 days following the expiration date, so you can sign in even on the same day you receive the e-mail stating your Skype Number subscription has expired, to reinstate the subscription and change the term.
I had to ensure I had enough credit on account so my renewal would process successfully; if you plan to renew for a year and use credit for your payment method, remember to add enough credit to cover the cost of the annual subscription. You could also change your payment method at the time you reinstate/renew your Skype Number subscription.

The Creative Cloud subscription is not OS specific as it's licensed via your Adobe ID.
You can purchase a single subscription and use it on 2 machines irrespective of it being Windows or Mac.
