I want to change my password of my apple ID acount. Some had been using it.
So if anyone knows please let me know

Go to id.apple.com, log in with your Apple ID & password, then change your password in the Password & Security section.
You can also change the primary email address of your Apple ID at the same website if you'd like, as well as change your security questions & rescue email address in the Password & Security section.

Welcome to the Apple community.
If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact AppleCare, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do.

If you haven't received an email at your rescue email address, or didn't provide a rescue email, you can contact iTunes Store Support for help. See this article for more information:

The page that you posted from tells you how to change them i.e. if you have a rescue email address on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should let you reset them.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

To migrate her device to a new account, start by saving any photo stream photos she wants to keep to her amera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow, then tapping Save to Camera Roll. If she is syncing notes with iCloud, you'll need to open each of the notes and email them to her so she can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in her new account. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account (which only deletes it from this device, not from iCloud), choose Keep on My iDevice and provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone. Then sign back in with a different Apple ID to create her new account and choose Merge to upload the data.
Once you are on separate accounts you can each go to icloud.com from a computer and delete the other person's data from your account.

You won't lose anything, however all purchases are permanently tied to the ID used to purchase them originally so future updates of your existing apps will still require the password for your old ID (whether you are still using it for purchasing or not.

That is not the problem. I do not have a new apple id. I just changed the name of it because my email adres will expire. On the apple site <see your link> is explained how. This works fine on the site, i can log on and off with the new email adres.
But....all the apps on my i pad still contain the old apple id. And....it is not possibel to log on with this account becaue is has been changed :-)
So is seems that the only way a can use apps on my present and future ipad is tot use the same appe id forever...witch is not possible because companies change and so do e-mail-adresses.
