Hi I was wondering if you could help me I have an iPhone 4 which the silent/ringer button was broken and I had ordered a repair when receiving the box I was juggling a lot and dropped my phone in water will my warranty cover the damages?
Ho there I have an iPhone 4 and is currently away for service but I wondered if it will be covered by the warranty as the silent button was broken and I sent for a box and as the box was being delivered I was juggling a lot and dropped my phone in water. I wondering if it will be covered due to the fact the button was broke before the water damage.

When you set up a voicemail redirection, usually you have to remove that redirection from the account that redirected it. Like Google Voice, if you activate Google Voice to receive your voicemail, you will have to log into voice.google.com to turn it off. If you contact your carrier, they can tell you exactly what program has taken over your voicemail functionality just in case you are stuck, but if you know the name of that App, I'm sure you will be able to figure it out. The way to achieve this is to use a PAYG sim making and receiving calls to establish a customer relationship with the Carrier and then follow the Carrier's process to unlock
With a PAYG it usually means adding a specified (by the carrier ) amount usually £15 /£20 depending on the carrier

That one's consistent with disk/file damage. The first thing I'd try with that is running a disk check (chkdsk) over your C drive.
Vista instructions in the following document: Check your hard disk for errors
Select both Automatically fix file system errors and Scan for and attempt recovery of bad sectors, or use chkdsk /r (depending on which way you decide to go about doing this). You'll almost certainly have to schedule the chkdsk to run on startup. The scan should take quite a while ... if it quits after a few minutes or seconds, something's interfering with the scan.
Does the chkdsk find/repair any damage? If so, can you get an install to go through properly afterwards? -

Do you have the songs on an iPod? iTunes purchases can be transferred from an iPod to your new library. See info here:

If you don't have them on an iPod, your only option is to contact Apple and see if they will allow you to download the songs again. They are not obligated to do so, but some users report being allowed to. It doesn't hurt to ask. (And, please, be sure to backup your new library!) -

I broke my ipod 5 generation ipod and had some pretty important notes on there and it will not start again. I also have an ipod 4th generation and I was wondering if you could use icloud or something to restore my notes on to this ipod. Any ideas?
If you had been syncing notes on your iPod with iCloud before this happened, go to icloud.com and confirm that your notes are still there. If they are, you could either email them to yourself one at a time from icloud.com or you could sign into your icloud account on your other iPad in Settings>iCloud and turn Notes to On to sync them to your other iPod.
