No there is nothing you can do to correct it. It is a hardware fault and only Apple can correct it by replacing parts in your Mac. More then likely the Logic board has failed. Specifically the GPU which is soldered to the Logic board so the complete logic board must be replaced.

Get an iTunes gift card & redeem that in iTunes. You can setup an App store account without a credit card, but to purchase paid content you need a payment method.

If your phone is offline, the ONLY way to find it is to look for it the old fashioned way. Your phone CANNOT be located electronically if it's offline.

You could hide some Standart-Apps like Safari or Facetime using resrictions, but I guess you want to use it to hide "bad" apps like games etc. you downloaded, and the only way I know to hide these is to put them into folders as far away from the homescreen as possible...
