hi, is it possible to download apps using itunes because we dont have wifi connection, we only have an internet service connected to the PC.
There are some steps on this page for syncing a device (the page talks about iPhones, but it would work for iPads as well) to a new computer : Syncing to a "New" Computer or replacing a "crashed" Hard Drive.
When you connect an iPad to a computer's iTunes for the first time it might give you two options, to replace what is currently on the iPad with what is in that computer's iTunes library, or to set it up as a new device (i.e. remove all content from it) - hopefully the above page will get around that.
You should be able to use different computers to update the iOS version and to sync content (can you not use the same computer ?), but you will probably have to do the above for both.
If you don't currently have anything on the iPad that you don't mind losing (have you downloaded apps or other content when you've had access to wifi e.g. in shops, other people's homes ; or got any documents etc on it) then you don't need to go through the steps on that page.

Went to update my itunes upon request from apple, updated now I have an error 7.
I went to apple site to download itunes get message saying it is uploaded successfully.
Go to itunes unable to because of error message. Called apple... they are a joke you have
3 months to use the "phone service" after 3 months you have to pay $19.99 to talk to someone.
Apple says update.. ha ha dont do it.. you wont be able to use your itunes.

There was probably a network error while downloading, try to delete the song and redownload it.
Delete the version in your library.

Far right has Quick Links, click on purchased and sign in

Hi , I want to acces the documents of one of my apps using Itunes.
I maintain several Ipas and usualy I have acces to the documents.
This time, with this Ipad, I have a scrren offering me to re-install the Ipad or create a new one .

Regards,I don't recommend you switch to manual management as it is more work for a worse outcome. Play counts and ratings will no longer sync in both directions for example, and should you need to restore the device you will need to work out what has to be synced to it again. The whole point is that if you are syncing the device with selected playlists all management of what does and does not go on to the device can be done in iTunes, whether the device is connected at the time or not. Edit the playlists that you sync to the device, connect it, sync, and you're done. Since you have no need to micro-manage the content directly on the device when it is in sync mode, iTunes doesn't let you.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

I would recommend deleting the app, and then redownloading it from the iOS App store.

Open the App Store on your device.
Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Tap Updates from the bottom navigation bar.
Tap Purchased on the resulting screen.
Locate the app in your Purchased tab.
Tap the download button.

I did a trial using one email, then purchased a subscription using a different email. Every time I try to open a downloaded app it tells me that my trial has expired and only offers me the option to purchase it. Any ideas how I can access the subscription I just paid for?
Sign out from Creative Cloud desktop application and Sign in with email ID using which you had purchased subscription .

Any content that your friend downloaded will be tied to their account - so if you want to sync to your computer's iTunes and keep that content then you will need to authorise your friend's account, and you only be able to download updates to their apps via their account. You should delete the apps and buy/download your own copies of them.

You can either redownload them directly on your iPad via the Purchased tab in the App Store app on it.
Or connect the iPad to your computer and select it on the left-hand sidebar of your computer's iTunes (you can enable the sidebar via control-S on a PC) :

In the modern world why is not possible to download apps from foreign countries whilst in the uk...!?
Because apps are licensed for sale only in specific countries by the developers, and for iTunes Store and credit card security and anti-fraud purposes you need an AppleID and billing address in the country you are buying from.
Just because it is a digital download does not mean licensing and local commerce laws and taxes do not apply, like they would to a physical item. -

Connect the phone to your computer, but do not sync. Make sure iTunes is authorized to the same account that you bought the apps with. Then select "Transfer Purchases" from the iTunes File menu. Once this finishes the apps will be on your computer, so you can sync safely.
