Hi, is there anyway I can download apps from the app store without needing the admins password.

To download applications from the App Store, you need your Apple ID password, not your administrator account. The password will be saved for some minutes after inserting it once, so you will be able to install as many apps as you want without inserting the Apple ID password

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Being disabled I am unable to use my hands and would like to know is there anyway I can enable dictation without having to press any keys. In Maverick this was possible as you was able to start and stop dictation by speech without having to use the keyboard. Being able to start and stop dictation by speech command this will help everyone who is in the same position as me and cannot physically move. It would be great if Apple can add this in the future. I don't know of a way to do that, but there is a third-party product called "Dragon Dictate" that does have a voice-activation feature. I'm not otherwise familiar with it. There is no app needed.
find my iphone is a built in feature of the iphone. If you set it up on your iphone before it was lost, then go to icloud.com and try to locate it.
Otherwise, you cannot track it.

Tha means you have purchased it and it is not installed.

It won't say Uninstall unless it is installed.
You can hide it in your purcahsed items but you can't hide it in the iTunes store.
You can't make the cloud go away in the iTunes store.
