Hi my iPad mini was working fine but now is just a blank screen will not respond to any buttons or connect to I tunes
My iPad mini was working fine then screen black and will not. Respond to any buttons or connect to iTunes
Plug it into the wall charger an wait for at least 30 minutes.
Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430

My ipad has locked-up, it has frozen while running an app, and will not respond to any button, what do I do?
It simply stays on the same screen image, and does not respond to anything. When I plug it into itunes, there is no indication of its presence.
The ipad's clock has also stopped.
eekTry a reset:
Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 second until you see the Apple logo. -

Hi! I brought an iPhone 4 off my friend at work. The day I brought it, it was working fine but now I can't seem to send any messages or make phone calls. The network is showing up fine but each time I try to make a call it says "call failed" I can't seem to send any messages either? I can use the Internet fine and everything else on the phone. Can anyone help?
Hi chelsinator,
You can reset the phone and it won't cause any problems or cause you to lose any data - Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Silver Apple appears.
The other thing you should do is to reset your network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings. You will have to set up your Wifi again, but that oftentimes clears things up.

My screen wont turn on, and the screen is black. It was working fine, but then it just turned off. The only way it will work is if I close my laptop, and pinch the two screens together
You have a hardware problem and you should take it into a apple store to be looked at and fixed.

i can not activate my ipad. it was working yesterday, but now it's locked or whatever...
Hi damjansv,
Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities.
If your iPad is locked or cannot be activated, the steps in this article can help. The article refers to an iPhone, but the steps apply to an iPad as well:

Hi Forum, can u please help? iRecently bought a macbook pro and garageband 11 was working fine but now it's showing a question mark in the dock and it won't open. I think it may have been accidentally trashed. I've searched the trash and spotlighted but don't know what to do next. Any ideas? Thanks.
How did you install GarageBand on your Mac? Did it come preinstalled with the other iLife applications?
If your MacOS supports the AppStore, you should be able to redownload GarageBand from the AppStore, see this support Article: OS X: About OS X Recovery on how to download again:
Double-click the App Store icon in the dock.
Enter your Apple ID and password.
Click Purchases.
If you haven't previously accepted your bundled iLife applications within the Mac App Store, you should see your iLife applications appear in the Accept portion of the screen. Click Accept.
You may be asked for your Apple ID and password once again. Your iLife applications now move to the Purchased section. These applications are part of the software that came with your Lion based computer. Your account will not be charged for them. Click Install to complete installation of your applications.

Note: Nothing will be deleted. -
IPad was working fine & fully charged. Screen is now black & non-responsive. Is there something I can try or should I take to service center?

I have an apple2 for about 3 months and everything was fine, but now when I try to access safari it doesn't open what can I do
Have you tried a "hard reset"? If so, I would take the phone to an Apple store. If not,
1. Make sure the phone is OFF
2. Hold the HOME button and then press the power button and HOLD IT.
3. Hold both buttons until the phone comes ON, goes OFF and come ON again (about 45 seconds)
4. Re-sync with iTunes.
Hope this helps. -
Computer was working fine, but now is having issues.
I just got a new laptop last week, i installed Arch Linux correctly (UEFI) And everything has been running fine until today, i ran some updates and updated things like linux-headers and other things like that (Not 100% what all was updated at this time). I powered off my computer a few different times today, i had no issues, then about an hour ago i went to turn it on, it went through the grub menu successfully, then started checking blocks, then it shows a blank screen but the backlight screen is still on, ive rebooted at least 5 times to see if that would help with it, i also kept the battery out for about 30 minutes while having it unplugged, and now its been sitting on that screen for about 20 minutes.
Not sure why this happened, it makes no sense, the HDD itself (1TB SATA) is fine, but nothing will boot, it pauses right where SystemD normally goes through the hardware check.
Is this a known issue? What could have caused this?
~The DyzasterOk so you guys were right on both parts, Linux Kernel did update (I thought just headers did, but i was wrong) And my Video card updated as well.
