Hi, My Iphone 6 " iOS 8.1" is dropped in water, and couldn't save it back although I tried with dryer and also put it in rice bag for 3 days. The flash light was still on even though the screen shows up nothing at all when i try to switch on after 3 days I put in the rice bag. So,how much it would be cost if I can exchange with new one? If you have a tool, try removing the battery cover and chech out. Some times the camera pin may have been misplaced. If so, you can fix it yourself.

You can't have content in iCloud without having it on your phone, you will need to look at deleting items from your device that you don't need. Movies and TV shows from iTunes are possibly a good start because they tend to be large and can be redownloaded at a later date.

Step 2 in this stupidity - the phone keeps trying to send the deleted text via SMS and wont stop notifying me of this. Totally ruining the functionallity of my phone, and more so totally annoying. All I want to do is stop the constant re-trying of sending the deleted SMS.

Hi, many thanks for your help - Pressing and holding sleep/reset hasn't worked, the msg is still continually reporting it is failing to send. I can restore to a previous version however I'll lose my paid apps. Is there any way to work around this. I'm only concerned about one app - Epocam HD which I purchased last month. My last backup on PC is 4 March 13 - before I bought the paid app - Itunes advises me I'll have to re-pay to get my apps (app) back. Even though it advises that icloud backed up this morning at 1:30 am (which although it is before the text, I cannot manually select this restore).

Place the iPod in a sealed container with a desiccant for a week. Uncooked rice works. Change the desiccant every day or so for a week.
Do not charge or turn on the iPod until dry. Then try:

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
