Hi my iphone won't sync any music at all. It gets stuck at the 2nd song saying the song is not there to be copied but it is and it doesnt copy anything over. I'm using an iphone 3GS (4.3.3) and up to date itunes. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I'm using a 3GS (4.3.3) and itunes 10 2.2.12
When trying to sync my music my phone begins the syncing process, back up and preparing etc. Once it begins actually syncing it seems to get stuck on song 2 of 1500. After about 5-10mins a message appears saying song 2 of 1500 can not be copied because it can not be copied or read. Thats it. It doesn't try to sync the rest it just stops. The music is definitely available and it seems to have no problems syncing any podcasts. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Remove the song in question from the sync list and see if the rectifies the problem.
If it does, then iTunes believes the song no longer exists on your drive and that will need to be corrected.

I purchased Quicktime Pro 7. Apple said my order is processed. I tried to follow the instructions to download and activate it but my screen and the instructions don't seem to be the same.

After replacing hard drive iPhone won't sync new music
My hard drive crashed the other day so I took it apple and they replaced it. Since then I am not able to sync any of my music back onto my iPhone. I've restarted my Mac and iPhone; didn't work. The real problem came when I tried restoring the iPhone because it whipped out all the music I had on there and still won't put songs on. So now my iPhone has no music. The problem seems to be that my phone still wants to sync with my "old computer" are there any way around this?

Since you have a new hard drive, there is nothing on it, so you need to boot from an external source (and probably format the hard drive before installing an OS). Are you booting from the 10.6 install disk? Better yet - do you have a bootable backup clone or at least a Time Machine backup?

Restore iPhone with iTunes. It may need to be restored in DFU Mode. To get DFU Mode, open iTunes on computer, connect iPhone to computer, hold both home and power buttons for exactly 10 seconds, release power button, keep holding home button until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode, usually 20 seconds time. If the screen is black, blank this is DFU Mode. Restore the Firmware. If there are any Error Messages write them down so you can look up the cause and solution.

I have googled how to do this, forums suggest to open a find friends app, then try to reconnect. It still doesn't work. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
Check this. Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>On. Make sure that the time zone setting is correct as well.

I need to add my music to my iPhone from iTunes but its not working!First off try and go into your IPhone manually through My Computer and cut photos or anything you can through the device to be able to free space up so that you can continue to do what you want to do with ITunes. This way you will be able to create a backup or do what you have to do to manage your information, photos and texts on your device a little better.

Yes contacts is on and the account listed is the iCloud account (@me.com)
When I go onto iCloud the only contact there is my @me.com email. This account was set up so I could use iCloud but I also have a yahoo account on my iPhone if this has anything to do with it. -
my iPhone won't sync to my iTunes because it says my computer is not authorized. When i do authorize it, it claims to already be authorized. When i re-sync my phone it says it is unauthorized. Any help?

If you are getting the repeated prompts of asking to authorize your Apple ID, then check out the article below to resolve the issue. Make sure that you go through and remove the SC Info folder and try to authorizer again as that resolved it for me when I had that issue.
