yesterday my iphone has been stolen, i report it to police, but they told me that i have to say this to apple, but i don t know i can do... can someone tell me what i have to do in this situation?? please help me i cant live without my iphone

Unless you enabled Find My iPad on it before it was lost/stolen then there isn't any way to locate it. If you did enable it then you could try locating it either via http://icloud.com on a computer or Find My iPhone / Find My iPad on another device - but that will only work if it's connected to a network and the device hasn't already been wiped and/or Find My iPad disabled on it.
If it was stolen then you should report it to the police. You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc.

That guy turn off my Iphone5.So I couldn't find his location.I have called the police.The police also interrogated him.But he didn't confess.Now I feel helpless.

Did you have Find iPhone app downloaded and turned on? If so, you just have to wait until he turns on your phone. Or else you won't be able to find it. You can also try telling your carried that you have a contract with. They're suppose to start the block list for stolen iPhones so that it can't be activated on any carrier.

Because i'm scared i've disabled it before it lost. I try to track my iphone using find my iphone and it says 'Offline'. Is that means my 'find my iphone' is turn off? If my iphone is blacklisted, can it still works?

Find My iPhone works only if all conditions are true:
1. Find My iPhone must be ON before lost.
2. iPhone has Internet connection (Wi-Fi/Cellular data)
3. iPhone is not switched off.
4. iPhone battery is not dead.
Blacklisting does not affect FMiP.

Have anyone ever heard if you report your mac stolen to Apple they'll have your computer shut down so when the culprit settles into it's den to check out it's score it finds itself wondering how much he'll be able to get for the pretty silver paper weight he had once thought to be one of them taplops. Definitively false. Confessed, I would be very concerned in the case I knew that Apple is able to disable my computer remotely.
Anyway, maybe a choice for upcoming models... so why wait till customers are deciding to buy a new computer when the manufacturer can force them
Not sure if it is mentioned in the thread JDee provided... but it is a good idea to write down the serial number of the computer, so it can be identified later.

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum).
Apple can't help you find/lock a lost or stolen device. If you've can't locate it via Find My iPhone, or http://icloud.com on a computer, then you won't be able to try and locate it or remotely wipe it.
You've reported it to the police ? You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc. and contact your carrier.

it may be a bit difficult to prove that the stolen email address is really yours. I think your best option is to find ways to retrieve that email first. Most email hosts offers various ways to retrieve a stolen email address such as answering security questions, or sending a new password/code to an alternative email address. Then once you regain your email account, you can send a request to Skype support using that email address to unlink the unauthorized account to it.

Even if your iPad did have GPS it would be no use, because you didn't setup "Find my iPad" BEFORE you lost it.

No. You can do it if you have Find My iPhone installed/enabled on your iPhone though, but only if the phone is still turned on
