While i was on fb... i went to th kitchen and grabbed a drink so i placed my ipod down... i.got back and i unlocked it, but it froze.... what should i do..? Does anyone have a soluion to this...? Please help..

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

I was thinking that you may need to reset the iPod Nano, outlined here How to reset iPod http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1320.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and Volume Down button simultaneously for at least eight seconds or until the Apple logo appears. You may need to repeat this step.
If the above step did not work, try connecting iPod to a power adapter and plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet, or connect iPod to your computer. Make sure the computer is turned on and isn't set to go to sleep. Try resetting the iPod while it is connected to power.
If that doesn't quite get the iPod going again, then it will need to be restored. Use this article to help with that Restoring iPod to factory settings http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1339.

Try double clicking the home button and then scrolling the dock to find you tube. Press-hold the app button until it wiggles and hten press the red 'no entry' sign. Press home button again and then try relaunching youtube and see if it works now?

- Make sure the mic hole is clear and unobstructed. It is the little hole on the back by the camera lens(if has back camera). For the 16 GB one without the back camera the mic hole is on the top edge near the center.

I am having the same problem now also. It happened after I updated my version. I have NEVER had this problem before as a windows user and have had iTunes for 5 years. So, I would have to say it is an Apple problem. I have not changed anything on my computer. I still have Internet Explorer and I have not even updated windows. The only thing I updated was iTunes. Now, I am not getting any response from Apple and if you call you have to pay for support. What a joke. An iPod costs $400 you would think that after paying that much you would at least get some type of help. This will now be the last time I ever by anything apple.

I would first try resetting the iPod:

Connect the iOS device to your computer and try to make a backup. Yo shld be able to make a backup if you previously syncing to this computer.

Then restore via iTunes. The iOS device will be erased. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.

My ipod 5th gen has been acting up. Its been shutting off at random times and appears to be glitching out. The screen would go different colors and when it would turn back on my recent texts and stuff would be deleted.

My iPod 5th gen has been doing this for awhile, though it progressively got better over time, it still happens occasionally like when I'm out running. My iPod is never able to connect strongly to any WiFi network. I've been having problems with my ipod, where, everytime I connect it to my computer, there'll be an error message popping up in itunes and the only option they give me is to restore it. It works perfectly fine, but I couldn't download anything from my computer to my ipod anymore, so I decided to restore it. After restoring it, Itunes came with an error message again and my ipod now asks me to connect to itunes, but it won't connect to itunes so, i'm stuck on the screen that asks me to connect it to itunes. Therefore, restoring my ipod made my problem 100* worse. Please help, thank you!

Today, youtube has stopped working at points throughout the day. When youtube stops working, all videos show a large arrow button in the center.

When youtube stops working, videos display a large play button in the center that is normally not there. When I attempt to play the video (by pressing either the middle button or normal one), videos show the "an error occurred, please try again later" screen. Clearing the cache fixed it once, but videos went back to not working in the way described above after some time.

Try to clear the YouTube cookies and maybe the cache as well when this happens.
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
"Clear the Cache":
*Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
