Hi, so last night i went to charge my phone and i came back 5 minutes later and it was completely shut off. I would try to press my power and home button together but the problem is that my power button is broken. I don't know what to do.

I'm freaking out, please help

Disabled
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

In general, you are correct - but also your server does need to be properly configured (and those errors above lead me to think it may not be) to serve the file types that your uploading - but it could be something else entirely. Can you zip up your composition folder, upload it to your Creative Cloud files, set it to share, and then post a link here so I can download it? If you'd rather not share it publicly, can you PM me with a link to your composition files?

Are you sure about your FTP credentials (FTP folder and site URL) that you are using for the upload? Are you able to see the updated files in the remote directory of the FTP server, after you finish uploading the muse file, using an external FTP client like FileZilla?

Do you see anything on the TV?
If you just see your desktop, then your MacBook is defaulting to extended display mode. Try pressing the Command + F1 keys to see if you get the menu bar and other icons.

Thanks for replying, I'm a real techno-cretin. What do you mean by not using the backup? I'm busy trying to restore my new phone and it's doing a 6 hour download with updates. Can I restore the data from my old phone backup onto the new iPhone 4S when the download is done?

I have characters at the top of the menu bar that should not be there. I don't know how to fix it.

Something is not right with my firefox browser. I keep intermittently getting characters at the top of my browser which are not normal. I do not see other languages selected aside from english in my settings. How can I fix this.

Dangit, we were so close!
This issue is probably caused by a misbehaving Firefox extension. If the McAfee extension is disabled but the problem is still occuring, it's likely another extensions is also causing it.
There's an article below which explains how to use Firefox safe mode to troubleshoot the issue and identify the cause. Could you please follow these instructions and let us know the outcome?

HELP!! Updating to IOS 7 wiped out my iphone. I do have an iCloud and an iTunes account, but the problem is that about 2K photos wouldn't back up to either the iCloud or iTunes without doing some updating. So I did and now I am screwed.

The backups mentioned above only back up NEW photos I took and put them on my cloud. My PC wouldn't recognize my phone without updating to IOS 7. I did some chores and came back to my phone and I have an error message on my iPhone screen. When I log into iTunes, it asks me to restore my phone, but I know that will wipe out the photos for good. Is there any way to get these old pics off my phone before restoring? Very special pics of my little boy on here.
