Hello,
You have to run program BBP_GET_CURRENCY. Later you can use them for attributes.
BBP_GET_CURRENCY, BBP_GET_EXRATE
To ensure that the currencies and exchange rates in the Enterprise Buyer system match those in the backend system, you must schedule both reports. Make sure that the reports are run each time that the currencies and exchange rates are changed in the backend system.
Hope this helps.
Thanks

  • How to pass Shopping cart currency to PO currency in SRM 7.0

    Hi all,
    As Iam  very much new to SRM. Can any one help me how to pass shopping cart current to PO currency in SRM 7.0.
    I mean what ever currency value we will maintain in SC same should reflect in PO also. Please let me know which BADI is useful to solve this issue.
    Thanks in advance !!!
    Regards,
    Kalyani

    Hello,
    This is the standard indeed.
    Are you using Extended Classic Scenario, which means that PO is created in SRM?
    When the PO is created without a vendor assigned , the Currency should be defaulted from SC .
    When adding the vendor a warnning message is issued to inform the purchaser the vendor currency is different with the PO current currency.
    The purchaser could judge by himself if he should change the currency or not.
    If the PO is created with the Vendor , the currency is determined from the vendor.
    Not sure if BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI would overwrite the PO vendor currency.
    Kind regards,
    Ricardo

    Hi Ricardo,
    Thanks for your response. Just to make it clear so values will appear as per what user has been using previously. Could you please tell me if there is way I can update these user favourites.
    This is a new currency. And in shopping cart there is no option to enter it or search for it. I dont know how to get it to the shopping cart list so that user can create a shopping cart.
    Thanks

  • How to Add a new Currency in HFM Data form and grid (Rates)

    Hi Gurus,
    Am very new to this forum.
    Can someone explain me how to add a new currency to the existing data for or grid in the Workspace.
    Regards,
    Vinod

    Hi Sandeep,
    To add a new currency in Metadata, just add in Currencies dimension, and to add in Data form-just send the script what you are using as of now for rest of the currencies, or follow the same steps as specified above. or just add the script A#CLORATE.w#Periodic.C2#XYZ in rows of your data form (where XYZ- is the new currency).
    To add a new location in FDM login to FDM web client- click on Metadata--> locations and select the Controls review location where you want to add the data load location, right click and add the new location.

  • Adding new currency to SAP R/3

    Hi,
    All Experts.
    I am adding to new currency RON to SAP R/3 all the DO's & DONT's  given in system. I am stuck up at one point that is Define translation ratios for currency translation. The process in SAP Note is given like this....
    Under the customizing point "Define translation ratios for currency translation" (Transaction OBBS), choose the menu point Selection criteria -- > By Contents.
    In the pop-up, choose the fields "From currency" and "To currency". In the next pop-up, enter the field contents ROL for both the "From currency" and the "To currency" as well as the Oper. "OR". Press the button "Choose".
    You should now have selected all ratios where either the "from" or the "to" currency is ROL. Now select all found entries using the menu point Edit -- > Selections -- > Select All.
    Copy the currency pairs to new keys replacing ROL with RON. In most cases, you will also want to set the ratios to 1 to 1.
    SAP Note way out is quite tedious and I am not getting it....
    OR I want to try the same as NEW ENTRIES option. which one to opt. Can I go to simply for New Entries ? Will it hamper system ?
    Expert guidance will be helpful on this.
    Regards,
    Sharvari Joshi.

    Hi,
    Murali.
    Thanks again for help & guidance !
    One more question.
    SAP Note it is saying that :-
    The New Romanian Leu will have two decimal places. NO entry should be made under the customizing point "Set decimal places for currencies". (Transaction OY04). So, this is by default, do not make the entry by copying the old currency.
    Means that I need to skip the step Set decimal places for currencies completely ! Further more if I mention the amount in RON system will consider the TWO decimal places automatically. Right ?
    E.g. :- RON 100.00 Is it like this ?

    Sharvari Joshi.

  • Secondary Leger/New Currency reporting

    Hi,
    We have one requirement to include new currency for new OU. Present situation is that for one of our client there are having one Business Group and one ledger with three OU's under them.
    Functional currecy is in USD and reporting was happening based on this currency till now. Recently they have acquired one more entity and they want that we need to include that currecny as reporting currency in place of the USD for this entity/OU.
    As functional currency will not be able to show details/value in new currency for that new that entity.
    Pls suggest what might be correct approach in R12 in dealling such kind of requirments. My understanding to define secondary ledger and add new currency to this, will it be helpful for me. And then all standard reports needs to be customized according to that.
    Or is there any other better way then please confirm.
    Rgds,
    Nagendra

    Hi,
    Another thing you could do is have an initialisation block which picks up the user's preferred currency from somewhere (if you are using Siebel you could have a user pref or something). Then the logical column can use a case statement to return the value in the correct currency based on the variable value.
    I have seen this at a client and it worked well, at that client all monetary values were stored in the datawarehouse as the local/base currency and 3 different global currencies. The currency value then returned to the user depended on the currency they had selected in a user preference in Siebel (the initialisation block just read the value from the DB for that user at session start).
    Regards,
    Matt
    P.S. In Analytics Apps 7.9.x onwards there is support for up to 3 global currencies out of the box (i.e. the mapplets for conversion can handle 3 and there is space for 3 in the DAC properties) I would imagine the other OBIA have the same functionality

  • How to add new currency in ORCO and ORBO

    Hi, I have successfully install ORCO, ORBO and ORPOS. I followed Implementation Guide, Volume 1 – Implementation Solutions to add new currency in ORPOS.
    But I still do not know how to add new currency in CO and BO.
    I try to use import parameter feature in ORCO and ORBO to import xml, the result said "Success" but there is no changes.
    Please help show how I could achieve this.

    I change the FL_CNY_BASE into 1 already. POS is OK now. But BO is not regconize that there is a new currency. I'm trying to go to
    Admin -> Job Manager -> Available Import -> Import BackOffice Parameters
    and try to import xml file that contain belowing content.
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
    <CurrencyImport xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="CurrencyImport.xsd" Priority="0" FillType="FullIncremental" Version="1.0" Batch="1" CreationDate="2001-12-17T09:30:47.0Z" ExpirationDate="2027-12-17T09:30:47.0Z">
    <!-- Example of adding a Currency. -->
    <Currency ChangeType="ADD" ISOCode="MYR" IssuingCountryCode="MY" Name="MYR" IssuingCountryNationality="Malaysian" IsBaseCurrency="true" Scale="2" Priority="0" />
    <ExchangeRate ChangeType="ADD" CurrencyCode="MYR" MinimumAmount="0.00" EffectiveDate="2008-05-26" ExpirationDate="2050-06-02" ToBuyAmount="2" ToSellAmount="2" ServiceFeeAmount="0.00" />
    </CurrencyImport>
    The result said it success but I still cannot see any change.
    Is there is any other things I should make change at BO? Any property file that I should make change? BO and CO is web application so the structure of files are not the same as POS. I can't following the same thing when I had made with POS for BO and CO.
    Thanks for you helping

  • Create and assign new user in SRM org struct when HR Distribution is active

    Hello experts,
    In SRM HR Distribution list is active.
    Now requirement is we want to create new user in SRM and assign it with the SRM Org structure.
    1.)Do i need to create a user in SRM and in ECC HR i mean in both the system or in ECC-HR only.?
    2.)When user is there in ECC-HR system then how i can assign user to SRM Org structure. Is there any FM or Standarrd Program ?
    Thanks!!
    Sunny

    Hello Sunny,
    As you mentioned HR distribution is active hence you need to create the user in ECC environment and assign it to the org. structure in ECC.
    Again there would be few user which you would create in SRM evironment and those would be administator specific.
    Activating pointers for HRMD_ABA message allows to replicate all changes made to the organizational structure in HR to SRM.
    Changes in HR structure include modifications (add/modify/delete) in the following:
    u2022  Organizations
    u2022  Jobs
    u2022  Positions
    u2022  Employees
    A change in the relationship of any of the elements above will also be replicated to SRM. For instance, an employee changing units will be reflected in SRM.
    Pre-requisite: SU01D ID should exist prior to replicating the concerned user in SRM.
    Thanks,
    Yatin

  • Venezuela new currency VEF support in JDK 1.4.2

    Hi,
    Is there any plan to support new Venezuela's new currency code (VEF) in JDK 1.4.2 which is getting in effect from 1 Jan, 2008 ? Currently, jdk 1.4.2, 1.5 & 1.6 update 3 shows VEB even for future date.
    Following code returns VEB (old currency code) even for future dates in 2008:
    import java.util.*;
    public class Curr {
         public static void main(String[] args) {
              System.out.println(Currency.getInstance(new Locale("es", "VE", "")));
    I tried with following JDKs, all of them returns VEB:
    - Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.2_13-b06)
    - Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.5.0_12-b04)
    - Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_03-b05)
    Our application (financial) with java/j2ee front-end uses JDK 1.4.2.13 and its going global in Jan 2008 including Venezuela. Please advise! If no patches, any workarounds will be great..
    Thanks!

    Thanks Naoto!
    I tried to search for 1.4.2_17 (b02) to download and test, but i can't find it. The latest version available in 1.4.2 branch is 1.4.2_16 (http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html).
    Can you please point me to a url from where i can download this ?

  • How add new currency symbol in pages 5.1?

    i couldnt find a way to custom add new currency symbol to pages or numbers. If anyone knows how to do, let me know. Thanks.

    Are you talking about in Tables?
    The list seems to be the list.
    In Pages '09 there is more flexibility you can have a Custom format and add your own prefix.

  • Adding Symbol for New Currency

    Hello All-
    I have a multi currency Planning application. I want to add a new currency to the system. When i was adding the currency in it i found that the symbol for the currency is not present in the predefined list that exist in Hypeiron. Is there a
    way to add a new symbol to it? If yes what should i be doing to make tha change ?
    Thanks!

    Hi Mike,
    As per note 892949, in order to import or update the price list price for items, we need to fill the LineNum field. In addition, the LineNum does not correspond to the position of the price list in the drop list of the Item Master Data window. The LineNum is the line number shown in the Price Lists window minus 1 (which means 0 for the price list 1, 1 for the price list 2 and so on).
    hope it helps,
    Regards,
    Ladislav

  • Is it possible to add new mappings for SRM?

    I am looking to replicate some of the "Request for Quotation" creation/management functionality from SRM in a custom application (for business/technical/ease-of-use reasons) and send the created RFQs over to SAP SRM. Can I use XI to send RFQs into SRM (I know I can retrieve them using XI for custom supplier apps, but can I send them in as well)?
    While reviewing the EBP mappings in Integration Builder, I see there is a mapping for RequestForQuotation_Create_Out, but not for RequestForQuotation_Create_In. Is it possible to add this mapping? Or in other words - <b>is it possible to create new mappings for SRM in XI that are in addition to the standard mappings that are shipped with SRM/XI? </b>
    Thanks for your help in advance.

    Hi Osvaldo,
      <i>I see there is a mapping for RequestForQuotation_Create_Out</i> --> I dont think you can find a mapping for the same. RequestForQuotation_Create_Out should be the name of the interface(outbound). What it means is you can have your own custom defined inbound interface and perform the mapping on your own in a new SWC. Pls update me if you can see a mapping for the same. Also you can have yor own interfaces and mapping in your SWC apart from the standard as suggested by Bhavesh and Abhy.
    Take care while desingning the interface for SRM part coz SRM has the ability to output in XML format. Check this functionality first and start designing your interface.
      Update us if you have more querries.
    Regards,
    Jai Shankar.
