I have already swapped this phone out once for a new I phone 6. First one I was having same issues with.
Now I got the new one and it was good for about a month and now its doing it to but worse. It freezes completely.

Should I once again take this back? or are all the iPhone 6's bad like this?It's not the iphones, it's more likely one or more of your programs causing this issue. It's not the iPhone 6's. The possibility of you getting 2 bad iphones from different batches is extremely remote or you have the worst luck on the planet. lol If one iPhone has it, then you get a new one and the same problem comes up again, it's most likely due to an issue with a program that you keep getting back from restoring an old backup. Restore the iphone again and set up as a new iphone. Then manually import your music and your photos. Once that's done, try to use your iphone to see if everything is ok. If it works good for a few days, then try to add some of the apps. At some point, you'll end up loading the malicious app and the problem may come back. Make sure that the apps are all updated. If you still have problems, call Apple so that they can run a diagnostic report and find out which app is causing this issue. Then you can simply delete it and/or update the app. More solutions are available but that's all I will post for now.

I was downloading the latest OS and it started to install. Before I knew it the compputer said there was problem installing it, the itouch was put into safe mode and now itunes doesn't see the itouch. I have tried to reinstall itunes. I have restarted the itouch. And nothing I have tried has worked.
No knowing what safe mode is, all I can suggest is:
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

If I have an apple ID for myself and my wife has just got a iPhone for the first time how can she get the same apps as I have for my iPhone and iPad by getting it off my iCloud?
She can't from iCloud without setting up your iCloud account on her phone. But just sync the same apps from your iTunes Library on your computer to her phone.
Your wife should setup her own iCloud account - which is separate to the iTunes Store accounts. -

The airport utility does not find my Airport Extreme. I tried to reset the base, but I can`t make it. What can i do?
Please perform a Factory Default Reset exactly as follows:
Pull the power plug from the back of the AirPort Extreme (AEBS)
Wait a minute
Hold in the reset button first and continue to hold it in for at least 7-8 more seconds while you simultaneously plug the power back in to the AEBS
Release the reset button after the 7-8 second hold period
Allow 30-45 seconds for the AEBS to restart
Temporarily, connect a spare Ethernet cable from your Mac to one of the LAN <-> ports on the AEBS
Open AirPort Utility to see if can now see the AEBS -
My ipad says it is connected to WiFi, which is workingly perfectly for several other devices, will not connect to internet. It keeps giving the message 'Cannot Connect' or error has occurred or just blink off site or icon?
Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
• Launch Settings app
• Tap on Wi-Fi
• Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Got new ATV and all set up. It keeps loosing connection with iTunes on laptop and have tried everything suggested in set up guide. It works fine for a while then the iTunes account vanishes from 'computer' menu TV screen. Full Wifi signal on both devices so can't think what could be causing it to happen. Any suggestions please?
Sorry, I updated another thread I was a part of but didn't update my own thread.....ughhh!
I updated all of my ATV 2's and 3's to the latest firmware when it was released and have been problem free since. I do believe the major issue of not being able to connect after a period of inactivity has been corrected with the latest ATV firmware.
I can look at my network connection table using "netstat -an" in a CMD window and I do not see the massive number of connections I saw before the update.

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.
