If your iPhone is indeed unlocked, you will need to restore it using iTunes on a computer with the SIM card that you want to use to activate the iPhone.
Apple actually has no say so in unlocking iPhone as it's strictly up to the carrier.

You need the Apple ID and password from the previous owner who set the Activation Lock. Where did you get this phone?

Thanks but that doesn't give me the information I need. I am putting an email on my ipod for people to contact me for iMessage and FaceTime but when I put the email in, it gives me an error saying that the email cannot be veirified because it is already in use. My Apple ID can be varified, just not the email that they will contact me with.

You can't reverse the erase.
Restore from your iTune or iCloud backup.

Ok you can reset the stream from www.icloud.com
Goto www.icloud.com
Login with your iCould username and password.
and login
Then click on your name in the top right hand side of the screen next to sign out,
it opens a window Account details with Language, Time Zone, Advanced
Select Advanced - Then click Reset Photo Stream. and confirm, the stream will be reset and totally deleted
I still think you should be able to remove individual pictures though, a blured image etc is a problem

You can try it lumaw, for the sake of testing to see if that new account is still stuck at Singapore but I've seen this a lot where two IDs cause a bevy of purchase/redownload/authentication issues.

If your phone is off, there is no way to locate it other than physically looking for it. It cannot be remotely turned on. Even if it were on, you would have had to have Find My Phone setup/activated/turned on BEFORE you lost your phone to have any hope of finding it.

My iPhone 3Gs went into Recovery Mode yesterday when I got home. When I plug it into my computer iTunes opens and gives me this message "iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. This iPhone has never been jailbroken. After a litte research on line I saw some people got stuck in Recovery Mode after a jailbreak, but this is not the case here. Please help.

Where do my files go after I have synced them to my iPad. I watched them transfer from my computer to my iPad but where are they now? For instance, I am trying to find my audiobooks but when I click audiobooks, it takes me to the iTunes store for audiobooks but I cannot find my books there either.

They should have downloaded into the Videos app (iTunes on the iPad is just the iTunes store) :

I have lost my address bar on Safari but when I try view or customize toolbar it still won't drag up there

I have tried the solutions of showing toolbar (which is not an option under view) and then going into customize toolbar where I try and drag the default tool bar with "address and search" and everythig comes up but "address and search." Any suggestions?
