    I have purchased Final Cut Pro App for my Mac Book Pro.  It will start to download but then I receive a simple download failed message.  I've tried many times.  I have enough space on my laptop.

    Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
    ☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
    ☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
    ☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
    Select
              /var/log ▹ appstore.log
    from the hierarchical list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
              View ▹ Show Log List
    from the menu bar.
    Each message in the log begins with the date and time when it was entered. Select the messages from the last installation or update attempt, starting from the time when you initiated it. If you're not sure when that was, click the Clear Display button in the toolbar of the Console window and then try the installation again.
    Copy the messages to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message (command-V).
    If there are runs of repeated messages, post only one example of each. Don’t post many repetitions of the same message.
    ☞ The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of it useless for solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.

  • Hello i recently had a virus on my pc so i had to restart it to factory settings, while doing that i realized that my itunes got erased too so now im trying to download itunes but it wont do it correctly does anyone know why?

    after restoring my laptop pc to factory settings i noticed my itunes was also removed ever since then i have been trying to install again and ive been having problems, for instance it first said that something named "mobile device service" wasn not installed properly so i went to control panel and had it installed again. Then i ran itunes and everything seems to work but i plug in my iphone and itunes wont sync it nor is any of my apps or music in it. my iphone does show up but other than me being able to see the front page where it shows my basic iphone info it wont do anything else... does anyone know why my itunes wont sync my iphone? usually when you plug in a phone it should ask to sync.

    I installed a trial version Adobe Acrobat Pro from the Creative Cloud list on my Mac Pro 10.7.5. First, although I was supposed to have a 30 day free trial, it expired immediately. Worse, every time I try to open my former Adober Acrobat, I get prompted to buy a yearly subscription to Acrobat pro and cannot use my older version. I have tried various ways to uninstall the Acrobat Pro version and to get back to normal, with no success. Anyone out there to help or must I spend money on an international call to ask Adobe what to do? It seems that they have shut down their "chat" service. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.   • I am unable to open raw files from my Canon T1i in Adobe Camera Raw of my version CS3 of Photoshop.  I have tried to update my ACR by downloading version 4.6 from the Adobe website but I am still unable to open raw files, just JPEG.  Is there a way to use

    I am unable to open raw files taken on my Canon Rebel T1i in my version of Photoshop CS3.  When I import raw files into Bridge they come up as patches with CR2 on them and when clicked on, a notice comes up stating that Photoshop does not recognize these files.  I tried to update my Adobe Camera Raw by downloading version 4.6 from the Adobe Website, but when I clicked on the plus-in, I got another message that Photoshop does not recognize this file.  I spoke with a representative from Canon who said that I could not update CS3 and that I should subscribe to the Cloud.  I would prefer to use my CS3, if possible.  Can anyone advise me what to do?

    LorettaKallen are you trying to install Adobe Acrobat Standard 11 utilizing the Adobe Application Manager?  Do you receive the same error message if you use Internet Explorer or Firefox?

    I feel I've explained plenty what you must do but you aren't getting it.
    All music on your old iPhone should be in your iTunes library on your computer. Transfer the music from your iTunes library on your computer to your new iPhone in the same way it was transferred from your iTunes library to your old iPhone - via the iTunes sync/transfer process.
    Since you prefer the manual way, you must manually drag and drop the same 377 songs from your iTunes library to your new iPhone - in the same way the 377 songs were manually transferred from your iTunes library to your old iPhone.
    Or you can sync which provides more options overall. Create an iTunes playlist for the 377 songs. Select Sync Music under the Music tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes and choose selected playlists, artists, albums, and genres. Select the iTunes playlist below that includes the 377 songs followed by a sync.

    I have the correct License Key which I checked on Adobe License site but when I enter it

    Problem solved,
    I found the original Adobe installation files on our system that we used to first intall Acrobat Pro.
    Using these files with the correct volume license key we were able to install the programme on our new Computers.
    I was also informed by Adobe Help that I could also download these file from the Adobe License website after logging in.
