Connect the iOS device to your computer and try to make a backup. Yo shld be able to make a backup if you previously syncing to this computer.

Then restore via iTunes. The iOS device will be erased. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode if necessary to allow the restore.
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.

I beleive they used the same concept that they did in iOS. One folder deep. If you think they should implement somehting more, then please use the feedback links in the forums FAQs to leave your comments and suggestions.

Can't remember but if not immediately after or not long after?? It seems that ALL my images on EVERY website are gone. It is very frustrating because I can not see (for example on Ebay where to click "buy it now" or "continue" unless it seems I sometime get lucky and click where it says "image" but there isn't one. It looks like a set of shark teeth actually right beside the word "image" very jaggedy teeth, I guess?? So I have been using Safari. There is no problem with ANY of those website images. I go on the same basic sites so that is how I know that. I have only downloaded music I think 3x. I do not download much at all. I would really love to use Firefox, being the un-savvy computer person I am... Firefox is easier to navigate for me. Thanks SO much!

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Accessibility settings.

Trying to load firefox. all i get is windows live, and it just loops on itself

Sorry to jump the gun, but did you connect the iPod via USB Hub on the MB Air?
If plug it into the wrong USB port, which is shared like using a USB Hub, I would suggest connecting the iPod directly to the MB Air and not via USB Hub.
But if you connect directly, have the iPod ever connect to iTunes, without problems, on this MB Air?
You got an old 4G iPod photo, based on iPod Software version 1.2.1
I mean downgrade to the iTunes version, that was working, with your iPod, but try the right USB port first before downgrading iTunes, with earlier version download here.

Hi, Firefox on my desktop keeps crashing at just random moments. Sometimes not very often at all, but other times it can happen a few times within an hour.
My Desktop Window Manager also crashes regularly and the dialogue box always pops up saying its stopped working. However, this doesn't seem to effect anything.
It could be realated though, as I just had this desktop built a few weeks ago and a few times it's crashed as well as programs.
If anyone can help me fix this issue with Firefox, that would be great. Thanks in advance.

I updated the Flash plugin, but I still keep getting crashes.
I will try to disable the hardware acceleration in the Flash Player as you recommended and hopefully this will work.

I've tried safari, chrome, firefox...I've cleared the cache as well. This has been going on for several months and used to be tolerable as it was not every website. Now it has become every website and is impossible to deal with. My roommates computer and my cell phone connect fine. I'm fully connected to the router yet websites don't load. I'm using 10.7.5. This procedure is a diagnostic test. It’s unlikely to solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
The purpose of the test is to determine whether the problem is caused by third-party software that loads automatically at startup or login, by a peripheral device, by a font conflict, or by corruption of the file system or of certain system caches.
Disconnect all wired peripherals except those needed for the test, and remove all aftermarket expansion cards. Boot in safe mode and log in to the account with the problem. Note: If FileVault is enabled on some models, or if a firmware password is set, or if the boot volume is a software RAID, you can’t do this. Ask for further instructions.
Safe mode is much slower to boot and run than normal, with limited graphics performance, and some things won’t work at all, including sound output and Wi-Fi on certain models. The next normal boot may also be somewhat slow.
The login screen appears even if you usually login automatically. You must know your login password in order to log in. If you’ve forgotten the password, you will need to reset it before you begin.
Test while in safe mode. Same problem? After testing, reboot as usual (i.e., not in safe mode) and verify that you still have the problem. Post the results of the test.

Weeks of TRASH = FIREFOX 3.66
All three of my computers have been totally worthless since I upgraded to FF3.66. Each are built/configured differently. Each has a different OS. Each has all the above problems. Crashes constantly, RAM & CPU usage on a Q9650 is always near 100%. After screwing around for days I finally came here and found out that I was among a very large and upset group of users. With the last few upgrade I've had minor problems with my selection of add-ons Firefox disabled them for a later fix. I found a new DL today, 3.67 so I installed it figuring the problem was addressed. After installation of 3.67 it still says it's 3.66??
I went to their site to find help from them and couldn't get anyplace until I came here and read about my problem. Thanks for giving me a clear head so I could find a good solution.
My solution was to remove all Mozilla/Firefox products and then install other browsing options. It felt funny because for the first time in years I had to use Microsoft Internet Explorer to find other options. My computer is problem free and fast as usual now.
I wonder how many other users have abandoned them due to this BS?? I for one will probably stick with my new choices now.

Firefox will just stop loading/ connecting to the internet. The gray circle will just continually move but it never turns green to load the pages. I know it's not my internet because my internet explorer works just fine while this is happening to firefox. So I close firefox and then try to re open it but I get the message: Firefox is already running, but is not responding.
