Hi, upgraded to iphone4s, sound is ok but when i talk on the phone its really quiet?

I'm having the same issue - i've turned the volume up to it's loudest setting in a call and am using the latest software but it still seems fair too quiet.
Any suggestions or does it need to be looked at by an Apple engineer?

Try forcing all open applications to close and power cycle the device as outlined in the first two sections of the article below. If the issue persists, try the troubleshooting steps in the second article.

Alarm sounds in my ear when I'm on the phone
I was wondering if there is a way to program my phone so the alarm doesn't sound loudly in my ear when I'm speaking on the phone. Sometimes I receive calls before my alarm goes off. In the middle of the call, the alarm sounds loudly. Is there a setting I can change so that when I'm using the phone the alarm is silenced automatically?

8830 with softward upgrade, sounds like a transform when i am answering the phone.
So wild, when someone call and I hit the green button it sounds like a that sound the transforms make. OR sounds like someone is putting their microphone upto a speaker. I wonder if anyone is having this issue also. 8830 on Bell Mobility, just got the phone as an RMA.
PS- this is my 5th unit this year so I am trying to make sure its not a software issue before I lose it on Bell and RIM.See earlier post re TINNY SOUND ON 8800 AFTER SOFTWARE UPGRADE.
I've had problems since upgrading 8800 software from ver 4.2, to ver. 4.5. So far, no help from BB (RIM) or Rogers.

Help, i've upgraded my 4S to iO 7, but iTunes no longer sees the phone
I have just upgraded to iOS 7, and now when i plug my phone into my Windows 7 laptop, iTunes (up to date) does not see the phone at all. I can plug my iPod in and it is recognized just fine.
I have told my phone several times i trust the laptop. I cannot find a settings option to enable iTunes. in General, Sync is greyed out and i can't launch a sync, it says it will happen when connected.Update: I did not have the latest version of iTunes (even though a check from iTunes said I did have). I downloaded and installed V 11.1.0.126 and it recognized my iOS 7 4S iPhone.

I have just updated my iphone 3gs from iOS 4.1 to the last one which give me iTunes, by iTunes, I introduced my language, country, wi-fi, and when I got the step of activation iPhone, I got a message that says
"your iphone could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavlaible. Try connecting ypur iPhone to iTunes to activate it, or try again in a few minutes."
The thing is, that I am connected to iTunes, so Can anyone tell me how can activate it?

I just tried to access my contacts on my phone and found that the phone screen is unresponsive. Everything else on the iphone works perfectly so it isn't a hardware problem. I have had the phone for about 1 year and haven't had this problem before. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
I can send texts, use the camera, access the apps, etc.Close all open apps by double-tapping the home button, then swiping up and off the screen with the app window (not the smaller icon).
Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss) -
I've an iphone 4, its headset jack is not working properly, when i insert the earphone no sound is coming, but when i keep the earphone little out i can hear the sound but very low sound is coming out, I've never dropped my iphone please help...

you can deactivate the "reset to Hub view" :

I just upgraded my iPhone4s to iOS7 and now I am unable to make phone calls and send/receive text messaes. Network signal indicator on the upper left side of the display shows hollow circles instead of full circles (but with the network provider name). I checked with my colleagues in the office who use the same network and theirs work just fine on iOS7. Any idea how to fix the problem?
I have also called my service provider and my service remains active in the network. I tried removing and reinserting my SIM but to no avail.

Hi there. I have a problem with sound on my 4s. When you move the volume slider up, it sounds well. But when I move the volume slider down I will hear barely and unclear sound in my headphone.I tried different headphones but result is same as old one.Help
Try A and B
(A) Restart iPad
1. Hold down the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.
2. Drag the slider to turn off iPad.
3. Turn iPad back on, hold down the Sleep/Wake until the Apple logo appears
(B) Reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected. -
I recently upgraded to iWork v9.0.3, but when I access each applications the versions are different (i.e. Pages V.4.1, Numbers V2.6, Keynote V5.1.1) with a install date of 3/18/09 -- which is not the current install date of 2 weeks ago. Shouldn't Pages, Numbers, and Keynote show version 9.?? My MAC confirned installation of v9.0.3 and even accepted the software code. With this discrepancy, how can I determine if the latest was installed and operational? I even downloading v9.0.4, 9.0.5, and 9.1. When I tried installing these downloads it popped up note stating that a later version of Keynote was already installed.
You used the data. Verizon can not see what it was sued for. However your phone can see whats apps used the data. go to settings-data usage- there will be a place that says data usage cycle. line the dates up with your cycle. then there will be a bar graph below that extend bother white bars one all the way to the left and one all the way to the right. after those are extended below that will be a list of apps, there should be one that used over 2 gb and that will show you what app used that data in her purse

It was time to upgrade my itunes to 10.5, but when I did this it tells me that Apple Application Support could not be found and that I needed it to run itunes. Then to uninstall and reinstall itunes.. I have done this several times over the past two weeks what it wrong?

I have upgraded to Lion, and want to upgrade my iPhoto 8.1.2, but when I try it says it was not purchased at a MAC Apple store, which it was. Then it asks if I want to buy 9.2.3, and I say yes. It responds with Product Distribution file can't be verified. Maybe damaged or not signed. How do I get this fixed, so I can download the new iphoto's that are available.
How did you move your iPhoto library to the new system? the recommended way is Connect the two Macs together (network, firewire target mode, etc) or use an external hard drive formed Mac OS extended (journaled) and drag the iPhoto library intact as a single entity from the old Mac to the pictures folder of the new Mac - launch iPhoto on the new mac and it will open the library and convert it as needed and you will be ready move forward.

I have an iPod touch 2g running on iOS 4.2.1. Whenever I download an up like iBooks it says that I need to upgrade to 4.3.. But when I check on iTunes 11 it says that my iOS is the latest.. Ideas?
The 2G iPod can only go as high as iOS 4.2.1. If you want apps that require an iOS higher than 4.2.1 you need a newer model iPod.
