Hi, want to buy some PC components !

Hi guys.
So, I have this components that i want to use on the new PC:
- MSI GeForce GT240 1GB DDR5 128-bit HDMI
- OCZ GameXStream 600 W ( OCZ600GXSSLI ) ( http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/power_management/ocz_gamexstream_power_supply-nvidia_sli_ready_ )
- 2 HD WD at 160 GB each one
- 1 Leadtek WinFast TV2000 XP Expert (PAL)
- 1 dvd writer and 1 combo
- Philips 109E5
- 4 coolers
I want to buy this:
- Motherboard: MSI X58 Platinum SLI
- CPU Type: Intel Core i7 930 2.80 GHz box
- System Memory: Kingston ValueRAM 3GB DDR3 1066MHz CL7 Triple Channel Kit
What I want to do with the new PC:
- Working in Corel Draw, Adobe PhotoShop ( home-user )
- multitasking
- games ( the newest ones )
- to watch movies, to listen to music ... etc.
I intend that after 2 years to buy a another VGA ( much better ), maybe one more DDR3 1066MHz Triple Channel Kit. For the moment I don't have a lot of money so if this VGA is ok for me i would keep it for 2 years !
If I play games i have to use my Philips 109E5 monitor so 1280x1024 resolution is fine for me.
Questions:
1. Is it a good configuration, what to change ?
2. My OCZ GameXStream 600 W is enough for the new PC ?
3. After 4, 5 years my PC will be able to support the new games ?
4. Can I use DDR3 1333 MHz or 1600 MHZ ? It is necessary ?
5. Any advice regarding for my new PC ?
Thank you very much for your help.

Lets not compare i5-7XX with i7-9XX. We are talking 4 core 4 thread CPU vs 4 core 8 Thread CPU, a distinct difference in terms of multitasking and especially Working in Corel Draw and Adobe PhotoShop as was mentioned.
i7-8XX are the only 1156 CPUs that can be compared but also do not support tripple channel memory. Its a compromise between a X58 platform and a lesser GPU, or a lower performance platform with a better GPU. For the primary intended tasks at hand, the choice is right.
Is it really THAT much faster? lets not overrate number of threads, yes i agree x58 has its advantages, but real life performance gap is not significant. Its like you said: "compromise between a X58 platform and a lesser GPU, or a lower performance platform with a better GPU"  but real life performance difference inst that big even for listed above applications.

Im just trying to say that if u r on the budget, and planning to use your pc for gaming along with graphics editing programs, it could be wise to sacrifice "4 cpu threads" for better graphics. Cause i5 quadcores are still plenty of horsepower for multitasking and various applications. I guess after all compromise between x58 + gt240 and p55 + gtx460 is a question of personal preference.
