How do I file a complaint about a $52.99 charge on my credit card? Yesterday I downloaded a free game - Angry Birds Go!. My grandson was playing it, and he found a car he wanted but I had to log into my account to buy it. It did not have a price on it. I figured it was a few dollars. I get onto my bank account this morning and there is a charge for $52.99 on my credit card. This is not acceptable.

Purchases are considered final but you try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will credit or refund you : http://reportaproblem.apple.com . iTunes Support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours.
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption.
You can also Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off' to prevent future in-app purchases being made.

No alert when I receive a text message

Ok, well I downloaded OS6 on my Bold 9650 a couple days ago.
The first day all my alerts worked fine, then just suddenly I have no alert for text messages. No sound nor viberate.
I have tried going to every setting that I can find and haven't seen anywhere to change my alerts for text messages. I tried making a custom sound profile and under the Messages - Notifications the only options are my e-mail, level 1 and pin. No options for a text or SMS message that there was when I had OS5...
Any help?

Well, assuming all of the above, Notifications, etc., it just might be time for a visit to the Apple tore genius center for a session with the techs. See if it is a fault in the hardware or just an iOS reinstall is the answer.
One more thing you could try, backup so you have a record of content, then restore to factory conditions be an Erase All Contents and Settings. Then restore from the backup you just made. That has helped some with WiFi problems, may be it would work with your problems.
But with that behavior of another app with problems, the geniuses looks like a less stressful thing to do.
