We have enterprise agreement and we are entittled to use master collection package. Based on this we want to upgrade to flash builder 4.7. please let us know how can we do it and how to obtain the keys.

Never mind, got it to work. I stumbled around on Google for a while and somehow ended up reading things from the 'jailbroken' community. They had easy instructions to get out of Recovery mode. Thanks anyway though!
P.S. For anyone who experiences this, here is the fix: Hold Power and Home in unison for 6 seconds, then power on as normal.

You are apparently both using the same Apple ID. Change her to a different Apple ID and this will stop.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
You could simply ensure that only the numbers and addresses you wish to use on each device are checked at Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. However this isn’t an ideal solution because the other person can always change these settings from their device and have some fun with you and your contacts.
You’d be far better getting them to delete your account from their device and have them create one of their own. If you are sharing an ID for some other service such as iTunes, you can continue to do so, you only need change the ID for messages.

I have the same problem as Pam101. I am on OS X 10.9 and Safari 7 (actually on 2 iMacs). The one iMac is fine but the other with the same versions and settings Adobe Reader will not work. What happens is the Adobe Reader icon appears on the dock, bounces once and that's it. When trying to open a .pdf file from a website a new tab is opened on Safari, the background is black and there is a pop up message (black test on a white background) that reads: "Adobe PDF Before proceeding you must first launch Adobe Acrobat and accept the End User License Agreement." This is all very well but if Adobe Reader will not launch how on earth is it possible to accept the End User License Agreement terms? Very, very annoying, especially since it all works just fine if I launch a .pdf file from a website using Chrome. I regret to learn of any issues after the software update. Let's check some things out on your phone! Does the text message say who it came from? Is it a contact you message on a regular basis? Are you using the messaging application that came with the device, or a 3rd party application?
I recommend deleting any unneeded messaging threads and then powering the device off/on. Keep me posted!

By the sounds of it you have linked Email Accounts, if so this means that you will both recieve the majority of the same Emails, and if you do and you read them on your account (which is linked with your husbands) then they will appear to read on the both of them because they are linked. With the majority of Email providers these days they're Emails are (simplified) in the cloud you could say, meaning that if you read or delete shared Emails then it will do the same on both accounts rather than just the yours.
I hope all that made sense, sorry that I couldn't be of anymore assistance.. If you havent already try googling your problem - you may find some answers on there

This is what worked:
"In iTunes, I signed out of the store. I exited itunes and restarted it, logged back into the store (with my apple id), then I pulled down the iTunes menu in the menu bar and selected Check for updates.

Look at Store > Purchased > Apps for each of the accounts in turn.
Media isn't really a problem, but as you've no doubt discovered updating apps from multiple accounts is unnecessarily complicated.

Without the previous owner's Apple ID and Password, you will not be able to activate the iPad.

Back up all data before proceeding.
