Do you have a Time Machine backup or clone? If not,
all is lost if you have in fact deleted your OSX partition
and you will have to do a reinstall from Recovery HD
and install all else.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Do you have a different card that you could try, or does the 'none' option show on the payment's screen (you might not get 'none' if you owe money or if you have a payment coming up e.g. pre-order, auto-renewing subscription) ?
What are you getting the 'declined' message on, credit card, debit card ... ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method in all countries - from this page :
You may be able to use other payment types in your country, like debit and Maestro cards.
which implies that they are not accepted in all countries, and there have been a number of posts about them being declined.
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. please i have some problem with low level events.please anybody have some solution so please tell me
basically any language such as c/c++ events are captured by operating system and then focusing on the particular component such as window or textbox etc.
is there any bypass mechanism in java that we get the lovel level events from any operating system and all to do something.
please Urgently reply me so that i can try for it, i have some work to do with this stuff.

Oh, I see! You purchased your subscription through the App store, that's why Adobe doesn't have record of it. You need to go through the App store to cancel/refund your subscription.

Your iPod touch will never appear in Windows Explorer, by the way. It doesn't have the "disk mode" that the older iPods did.

I cannot acess some of my emails. Thunderbird keeps saying "connection to SMTP server (email adress) timed out. What does that mean? What do I do please?

I purchased 2 new email, adresses a few weeks ago. Both were fine but a few days ago I was stopped sending and stopped receiving emails on the one. I had been asked by ICANN some days ago to do something but I thought it was a scam so ignored it. Most other users I have spoken to have never heard of ICANN or been asked to 'register' with them or whatever. Anyway, post writing to you I have now 'registered' with them . When I now click on my incoming email adress it just says "failed to connect to server" but why it fails I do not know.
