Hi, why doesn't any of the Adobe show under "All Programs"???

None of the Adobe Air Flashdrive or Reader show in my list under "All Programs" from start menu? WHY????

Oh my, I am losing it...sorry it is Adobe Flash Player and then also Adobe Air...Never have used either.
This is very convoluted...plus, I cannot remove Adobe Readers (two versions) from Change/Remove in control panel. A government web site states I can only use version X, but there is no way at all to download X now that the XI is there.

Why doesn't any of the Function/Hotkeys work on Satellite Pro A200?

I have been researching for almost two hours now and found no solution.
What I would like to do is to be able to use the Fn Key for the hotkeys on the F0-F12 buttons, such as Fn+Esc to mute sound, or Fn+F6/F7 to adjust brightness on my screen. I am running Windows XP, that information is needed. The things I have tried so far was installing some of Toshiba Utilities, such as the Fn-Accessibility and Fn-esse, but they are still not working.
I have no idea why they haven't been working since I first got my laptop. Please help! Thank you!!!

I'm sorry about that, i thought this thread was undet the A-200 thread. Anywho I have the Toshiba Satellite Pro A200, i'm not quite sure of the model number...when i use SIW it says
Version: PSAF4U-00D004 but that does not match any other models on this website...
Also, i read in the forums that if you convert your laptop to XP when it was originally Visa you had to download many drivers to have access to all the hotkeys. All i want to do is to have the screen brightness adjustment hotkey, how can I do that?
Somewhere in the forums said that I had to download the Power Saver Toshiba Utility driver and i have already done so but still does not work...None of my hotkeys work

Why doesn't any of the standard Apple apps connect even though I have internet

My iPad mini recently has been corrupting its standard apps like iTunes,app store,iBooks,maps and any other standard app that requires internet to run. Also, my Instagram is failing to connect; I logged in with perfect account details and it said, failed to connect to instagram servers,please check you have a Internet connection and try again. It said something along those lines. Plzzzzz help!! I can't update, download or look at anything on the App Store or iTunes or anything. HELP!

I have a an iMac 27" and am trying to import some videos of a friends wedding into iMovie however one of the movies won't import. It doesn't say why or give any error message or codes. All of the other movies on the card download with out a problem.

The movie in question is not 'corrupt' as you can watch it in iMovie direct from the SD card but as soon as you try to import it, it just says 'error'. iIve tried moving the file to an external drive ( and other variations on this theme) then importing but have had no luck.
Can anyone please help me.

Thanks for the pointers. The file type is .mts (a proprietry sony one).
I have now found some video converter software (Wondershare and iSkysoft) at a cost. Either will convert this file for me into .mp4. This I can then import into iMovie without any problems. I've checked this on the trial versions and it worked well but without paying am left with a giant watermark in the video
The mystery (which I still havent solved) is why did 20 other .mts files import fine and then this one not?
If you could point me in the direction of some free .mts converter software that would be the cherry on the cake.

Why doesn't Apple list the changes in iPhone updates?

Why doesn't Apple list the changes included with each iteration of iPhone updates? They always post a detailed list of changes for all other major software updates. I wonder why the same is not true for the iPhone, leaving us all guessing and wondering...

Just to add, Ansuz82 pointed out, Apple's track record is that they don't really ever give full published details about what their updates include in any of their products really. If the iPhone is your first product by Apple you may not be aware of this. To them, saying Bug Fixes is enough. If they publicly add more info, it means they really wanted to get that point out. eg: the 1.1.1 mainly just talked about iTunes WiFi store. 1.1.2 mainly talked about the Tiff exploit fixed and keyboard updates for languages. However, with all, a lot more does get changed than just the key points mentioned. And by a lot, I don't mean a lot that you will see. Have to remember, they are still ironing out the OS for the iPhone. A lot of changes to them is just cleaning up and fixing known bugs that many of us as users may not even know exisit (though we see the outcome of them when apps colide and crash each other).

I have uninstalled everything on my laptop, removed all my files to my external device and my laptop is still incredibly slow when opening any of the adobe applications, can anyone help please?

I have downloaded the adobe student suite and whenever I open any of the adobe applications my laptop is incredibly slow, I cannot use any other application at the same time and often have to force quit. Just purchased a font from Adobe, the font shows in every program except Photoshop CS4

I just purchased the Frutiger family of fonts from Adobe, and installed them via the Control Panel>Fonts>Install New Font. This new font family shows up in every Windows program including Outlook and all the Office programs. However, it doesn't shop up in Photoshop CS4 which is where I need it. I saw similar questions with solutions that worked such as: Copy the fonts from Windows>Fonts to the Adobe>Fonts. However, I don't have a Fonts folder under my Adobe folder.
Very frustrating since I purchased this font package from Adobe.
Any help would be appreciated.

Also, you will never access any new fonts unless you exit all the Adobe applications first.
Also, you may need to clean up one or more of the Adobe font cache files. With all Adobe applications exited, delete all files of form AdobeFnt##.lst where ## is a two digit number. Those files will be regenerated when you run the Adobe applications. All fonts should be found during such a "rebuild."
Another thing to look for is whether for some reason or another, the fonts are placed outside of normal alphabetic order in the Adobe applications. This sometimes happens if the font has a non-standard character set or name.

Please confirm if you are updated to the latest version of Photoshop CC. Go to Photoshop>About Photoshop on Mac, For Win, go to Help>About Photoshop.

Why doesn't my TestStand deployment installation show up under my Windows start menu of my target machine?
I have successfully installed working deployments to target machines. However, I was expecting to see the installation listed as "My TestStand System A" in my start menu, but it is not. Am I misunderstanding something here?
Also, if I peform a different second deployment to the target station like "My TestStand System B", all of the LabVIEW files from my previous installation for "My TestStand System A" disappear from the target directory (c:\Program Files\My TestStand System A).
I am using TestStand 4.2.1 Professional on the development station with Windows XP and LabVIEW 2009.

That solved my second problem and inspired me to search deeper for the answer to my first problem. The answer is in the "Distributed Files" tab, "installer properties", "Create a Program Item" checkbox:
Wouldn't it be nice if this was automatically checked by default for the main sequence files? Wouldn't it also be nice if "Upgrade Code" was automatically regenerated by default whenever we saved the *.tsd file under a different name?
