Te cuento yo tambien he tenido muy mala experiencia con fast track en lion y mountain lion el problema que describes lo solucione con el driver 1.9.2 pero en protools o logic no puedo usar las salidas 3 y 4 por que suena como entrecortado bien sea el daw q este utilizando o el itunes bien eso lo he sabido llevar pero lo mas fatal es que cuando trabajo en protools suele aparecer el kernel panic y debo reiniciar he investigado y por informe de error siempre suele ser la fast track pro a pesar de que compre su adaptador de corriente pensando que era por la escasa alimentacion usb que tiene ( falencia fatal que no tienen otras interfase de m audio como las fast track c 400 o 600 en avis nunca dan respuesta y en m audio pues que en paz descanse por que ya murio! desde q avid se apodero del basto negocio la unica opcion es psarse a mbox o a interfases hd!

Mac Mini late 2012 with 2 Dell u2913wm monitors?

Hey everyone,
I am currently using 2 19inch monitors connected to a late 2012 Mac Mini with the intel core i5 and the 4000 graphics. I have been looking and am either going to go for the dell 3007wfp's or dell u2913wm monitors depending on what is available at the time. I know the 3007wfp's are old but i'm not a fan of the current dell 30inch screens.
My question is would the Mac Mini be able to drive either of the screens? Keep in mind I want to run 2 of these monitors like I have been with the current 2. I could not go back to single monitor even with the ultra wide setup. ( Just me )
Would there be any problems you think i would encounter or would it be plug and play and work well???

The current Mac mini has two Thunderbolt/Mini Displayport sockets and each can drive a screen, previous model Mac minis only had one Thunderbolt/Mini Displayport socket. There have been a lot of reports of problems daisy-chaining two Dell monitors off a single Displayport socket on a Mac mini but if you have the current model with two sockets you can completely avoid this by connecting one to each.
As it happens it looks like this particular model does not have two Displayport connectors and could not be daisy-chained anyway.

If you will be using other Thunderbolt devices they would need to be connected to the Mac first, and the screen then would hang of the second socket on the Thunderbolt device.

Dual Monitors on Mac Mini Late 2014 not working on Dell S2340Lc

Hey guys,
Got a mac mini and using it mainly for work. Working for an ISP and no one has used macs and I've opted to be the poor sucker that gets to deal with old people that don't know how to mac very goodly.
I have two Dell S2340Lc monitors. I have one connected up via HDMI and that works perfectly fine. I turned off the mac, I plugged in Monitor 2 with a MiniDP/Thunderbolt to HDMI adapter, powered on the mac and whilst it was booting, it had the Apple logo and the loading bar on the Dell display plugged in to the thunderbolt to hdmi adapter and then once it loaded up the log in screen, it went to the HDMI display. I logged in and in the displays section, the monitor plugged in to the thunderbolt to hdmi adapter isn't being detected, however I can plug it in to a Samsung 55 Inch Smart TV and it works just fine. I can set up dual monitors between the TV and the monitor in HDMI, but the Dell S2340Lc will only work with a HDMI cable into the HDMI port on the mac mini and will not work through the thunderbolt to hdmi adapter. On the display it just says that there is no signal coming from the computer.
Just wondering if any of you apple gurus had any ideas as to why this isn't working?

Mac mini with Lindy MDP2DP adapter with Dell U2410

Hello all!
I seem to be having a problem with the following setup. I have a Mac mini (Late 2009) connected using a Lindy Mini DP to DP Adapter into a Dell U2410. When I put the Mac mini into sleep mode, most of the time (99% of the time) the machine does not return from sleep mode. When I trigger a wake, the display wakes up briefly but then enters power save mode. The machine looks as if it is on but is unresponsive and the display remains in sleep mode. In addition to this, the machine does the exact same thing when upgrading the graphics drivers in Bootcamp Windows 7.
This behaviour does not occur when the display is connected by DVI via the mini DVI port. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I have had the mini's logic board replaced to no avail. Can dodgy displayport adapters and monitors attached to the machine really cause this kind of problem?

I have a very similar problem and I would love to find a solution. I have a mid 2001 mac mini (unibody) server, and I am driving 2x Dell U2410s (Rev A01's). I love the screens, and the mini is able to drive them well enough.
I am driving one via the included HDMI->DVI adapter, and the other via a cheapie miniDP->HDMI->DVI adapter. I like to have both run via DVI because the user has much more control over color settings within the display while using HDMI. These settings are not present in HDMI mode. I haven't tried dual DP modes.
The problem I have is that when the computer puts the displays to sleep - only the display connected to the HDMI port on the mini enters power save mode. The display that is connected to the mini-DP does not enter power-save mode, and displays a message that there is 'No DVI-D 1 cable.' (or something equivalent).
I am not sure why one of these ports is able to properly enter sleep, and the other is not - but it is very frustrating. i have to physically turn off one of the displays in order to prevent the backlight from being on 24/7. I use the computer as a server for various things, and it is on 24/7, when I'm only at it for a few hours a day.
I have tried changing DVI-D ports around, and using HDMI instead of DVI - and the outcome is the same. This problem must be with how the computer 'tells' the display connected to to the miniDP to sleep. This problem is quite frustrating, but not enough so to abandon either the mini or the dual U2410 setup - just frustrating.
Does anyone know of a way to change the method by which the computer 'tells' the display to sleep? I am certainly no expert in computer language, programming or otherwise.
I have not tested this with my MBPro, as I forgot it in another state at the moment (it's safe - i live half in TX, half in PA). I will report my findings when I test the MBPro, and perhaps come to some sort of conclusion.

Mac mini 2.16 and Dell SX2210 webcam compatibility?

My dell SX2210 displays well with mac mini 2.16 gig , but won't recognize the SX2210 built-in webcam or microphones. Does anyone know of a driver or method that would remedy this?

I have a Dell SP2208WPF monitor and a Mac Mini (vintage April 2009). The Dell owners manual tells me that when I install the disc "Webcam Resourcee CD" something called Install Shield Wizard should appear on my screen and the rest is easy/automatic. I get three icons: AUTORUN.INF, DISK.ID and a folder called Webcam, none of which seems to contain the Install Shield Wizard. I have USB A to B cable installed (though it is a very thin retractable one). Any idea how get the installer to appear? Any other ideas what I am doing wrong?

Mi frustración de no poder sincronizar mis contactos desde mi Mac hacia Gmail obedece estrictamente a que me hice de un smartphone con Android y de querer tener todo en un mismo lugar.
Lo que hice fue instalar KIES, que es un software de SAMSUNG y que permite sincronizar elementos desde y hacia la computadora, desde y hacia el dispositivo.
Con esto conseguí tener mis contactos dentro del teléfono, tanto de CONTACTOS del Mac como los contactos de GMAIL.
No lo había intentado antes porque mi intención inicial era poder tener SINCRONIZADO todo sin necesidad de cables... pero no contaba con los problemas legales entre Apple y Google, los cuales hacen que, por lo menos, MOUNTAIN LION no pueda sincronizar los contactos entre una y otra plataforma.
Aún sigo sin poder sincronizar las dos cuentas dentro del Mac... pero por lo menos tengo ya todo en mi teléfono.

No puedo ayudarte con tus dudas específicas, ya que nunca he usado LiveCycle. Sin embargo, por lo que he leído por allí, la elaboración de formularios es ´mucho más sencilla usando directamente Acrobat. Y puede que en esto me falle la memoria, pero también me parece haber leído que los formularios hechos en LiveCycle no pueden modificarse en Acrobat.

Podrías utilizar el nodo de función "Format Date/Time String" para obtener la hora actual en un formato HH:MM, luego con el nodo de función "Match Pattern" separar del string resultante las horas y los minutos, luego convertir los string de las horas y minutos a un tipo U32, multiplicar las horas por 60 para convertirlas en minutos y hacer la suma de los minutos totales transcurridos en el día. Por último con un "Case Structure" fijar los rangos en que deseas que ***** encienda un LED u otro.

A mí me pasó algo parecido, te toca reiniciar la Mac y volverlo a bajar desde el App Store en una conexión de internet rápida y estable.
