Hidden "Safari"apps in iphone 6 plus

I got a new iphone 6 Plus and noticed the "Safari" apps is not displayed but can be seen in General>Usage>Manage Storage,with other apps.
Question: how to activate so that the Safari apps to appear in the main apps screen.
I had tried to Reset Home screen but cannot bring back the Safari icon.

Go to Settings/General/Restrictions and see if Safari is restricted. Apps that are restricted can't be found on any of the screens. Once the restrictions is disabled, the app will show up again on the phone.

If it's an app made only for iPad, you can't. Some developers make apps which will work on both devices (the + sign in the download button indicates). Some apps are made specifically for one device, and there may be separate versions for each device (so you have to pay twice!). You can install an iPhone-only app on an iPad (but it usually doesnt look great), but you cannot put a phone-only app on an iPad.

When I tap on my Safari app. the iphone screen goes to a black blank screen. It has some stuff at the top like verizon 3g the time battery life. Whats wrong with it? Thats the only sceen doing it.

If that didn't help resolve the issue, then I'd like you to toggle Airplane mode on and then off. This will force your iPhone to reconnect to your cellular data network, which is what is required for the Weather app to refresh. If the issue still isn't resolved, then reset your network settings.

Safari crashing on iphone 6 Plus when in landscape. Latest version of 8.1 is loaded.

Safari is crashing when my iPhone 6 plus is rotated in Landscape mode and this is really annoying! I have the latest version of IOS 8.1 loaded.

For anyone having this problem I have solved it on my phone, if you have jailbroken your phone and have the StatusHud2 tweak installed, you may want to uninstall until they update as there seems to be a conflict with this tweak and YouTube. After I uninstaled everything went back to normal.

When I run a app or my safari for short or even extended periods of time when I go to close it my screen glitches almost like I'm taking a screen shot. This occurs right after app closes but no picture is being saved worried that os might crash has anyone had a problem like this.

First to make sure your data is safe, I would backup to iTunes, or iCloud just in case. iTunes would be the faster option.

When that is done, next I would recommend troubleshooting steps 1, 3, and 5 of the iPhone Troubleshooting Assistant found here http://www.apple.com/support/iphone/assistant/phone/
If you get to step 3, then close all the apps. Here is step 1 to get you started.
Restart iPhone
To restart iPhone, first turn iPhone off by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until a red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider and iPhone will turn off after a few moments.
Next, turn iPhone on by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
Is iPhone not responding? To reset iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If your device does not turn on or displays a red battery icon, try recharging next.

Happens to me too on my iPhone 4s and iPad Air. It has something to do with Safari and specific websites, does not happen in Chrome. Here's another site that crashes Safari in landscape:

I have a lot of apps on my phone, so I often pull down the search and start typing the name. Recently a number of my apps don't show up and the best way to find them is to go to the app store and find it there and then click open. What is wrong?

Try adjusting the Spotlight Search settings on your iPhone, as described in article linked below. If that doesn't do it, the article also provides some additional troubleshooting tips that’ll resolve most issues like the one you described, where Spotlight isn’t returning the results that you’re expecting to see.

You can enable or disable Spotlight Search for specific types of content and change the order in which results are displayed by tapping Settings > General > Spotlight Search.
If Spotlight does not return expected results:
• Make sure you're matching the beginning of the word; Spotlight does not search the middle of words.
• Ensure that the text you entered in the search is correct.
• Try searching using the first few characters of the words you are trying to find.
• Review your Search Results settings to see if you excluded any searchable content by tapping Settings > General > Spotlight Search.

IPhone 6 plus blue screen and reboot

when I'm using a certain app my iPhone 6 plus crashes a blue screen appears and then reboots. Is anyone else experiencing this?

My iPhone 6+ 128GB has been working perfectly for 4 weeks until I loaded 20K photos on it this morning which pushed the usage to over 60GB. Then I had the first terrible crash in the evening while playing a song via my car audio and it entered an indefinite reboot loop. Finally I managed to shut it down. After turning it back on, i took out 20K photos, sync it, so the usage falls below 50GB; now it works perfectly. I did not have to fall back to factory setting. The backup on my Macbook works perfectly. Both apps and data on the phone are intact. So I guess as long as you don't cross the 60GB boundary, it works.
It seems related to flash memory as many suspected. So I don't think getting a new one at this time with the same flash memory architecture would solve this. I guess we will need to wait for the recall!!!

New iPhone 6 PLUS major glitches, SMS, iMessage, Safari and other apps.

How come my brand new iPhone 6 PLUS keeps glitching?
I will open Messages and regardless if its an iMessage or not it will freeze within 15 seconds when it unfreezes it will catch up but the entire message will be incorrect. Every second or third time i message it will freeze and 8-12 seconds later it will crash the message app.
Also while using the phone in normal operation the iPhone will freeze (While scrolling usually) the entire touch digitiser will become inoperative.
I was told by Apple I have to Erase the entire phone and "Set up as a NEW PHONE" - Sorry Apple but thats never going to happen, how about you fix the software issue before you utter such ridiculous words to anyone else!
Also when i select a contact to message the contacts name will appear at the top of the screen (as you would expect) but only the last message you sent will be on the screen the entire thread will disappear. 5-10 seconds later they will appear and if you leave the phone alone or continue typing about 45-90 seconds later it happens again.
iPhone is restoring numbers I deleted with the contacts name however when you select the name to message - BOOM the name is gone and its just the number.
All my Apps freeze then crash its a nightmare it doesn't matter how many updates I do or the amount of restores.
Has anyone else found this? Because I think I found a solution Ill post it below...

So there is another thread on the forum about apps crashing and freezing on the iPhone 6 Plus.
The answer that fixed the problem involved turning off the Speak Page and Speech settings with in accessibility settings....
SETTINGS/ ACCESSIBILITY/ SPEECH
I turned off - Speak Selection and Speak Screens and made sure the rest were off.
I also turned off but you may not need to:

Iphone 6 plus won't play video in browser or youtube app?

I've seen this issue in other forums too. I'm running the latest iOS update as well (8.1.1). Videos in Safari never start playing. There is just a spinning icon. In the YouTube app, sometimes there is audio, but never a picture.
As a sidenote, I attempted to post this from my iphone 6 plus, but the mobile version of the site had a lot of bugs (the text in this window wouldn't appear on screen, so I had to guess what I was typing, for one).

I understand that Safari on your iPhone is not functioning as you would expect. In this situation, there are a few different steps I would recommend.
First, I would recommend clearing your history and website data as described in the attached article.

After the data has been cleared, I would recommend closing Safari completely as described in the next attached article.

After Safari has been closed, reset your iPhone again. After the reset, open Safari fresh and use it as you normally would. If the issue continues, please let me know.

Just use Spotlight to locate it. By just touching the middle of home-display and pull down.
Safari can not be deleted or hidden, just be moved into other folders/displays.
After locating it just keep holding the finger on it until it moves and pull it to the place you want to have it.
