Hide (analogue) clock on main screen

Has anybody managed to hide the clock on the main screen in order to get this situation:
There are several threads on this topic, such as this one http://www.allaboutnokia.com/2009/09/nokia-e72-full-review-verdict.html but no acceptable solution yet.

Can't get Lollipop lock screen to show analogue clock when in landscape orientation

I use a magnetic dock to charge my Z3C at night, at which time it doubles as my bedside clock. Unfortunately, while I prefer the analogue clock, the lock screen switches to digital as soon as the handset display is rotated to the landscape orientation.
In portrait, even with the magnetic dock attached, I can choose the analogue clock either through the settings or by using a long tap on the digital clock and swiping to analogue.
In landscape mode, which is only available when attached to the dock, the analogue display reverts to digital. A long tap on the clock does not seem to have any effect.
Is anybody else experiencing this? Any solutions? I've tried a few DayDream apps, but I'd rather get the native lock screen working, because it's better in other ways.

jrod53, that is strange. Displays will always appear under the Hardware tier of the System Preferences. I've never seen it disappear, so I'm a little surprised. Do you have two monitors attached to your computer? It may be the Mac thinks there's two displays and it is send the window for iMovie out to secondary display which you don't have access to. Also is there one side of your display where the mouse will disappear off the edge of the screen, go into a black hole?

Go to Menu\Settings\Settings\Personalisation\Standby mode. Then in 'Standby Theme' you should see an option marked 'Basic'. Pick that one.

2330 - Hide operator details from the main screen?

Ok, i gave up about making the clock smaller, but now if i did remove the clock and the date from the main screen. How can i remove also the operator name ? That's "Vodafone RO".

E71 Funky analogue clock and playing hide and seek...

Hi all,
I just purchased my E71 last night and everything is going alright until today when I noticed two things.
My analogue clock displays an upside down "12" where the number "3" should be, even though the time is correct. What gives?
Also, even though this may not seem important but I distinctly remember setting the way a ringtone would sound as it rings... you know, like a loop or surround...something like that and I chose random. But now I don't like it and for the life of me I just CAN'T find where to turn that option off!!
Please please help, I'm a first time smartphone user

So, considering the 'upside down number twelve', it is in fact 21, ie today's date.
The loop sound can be turned off in Media/3-D tones.

Hiding a Complete Subscreen in a main Screen

HI All,
I have a req in which there is 5 subscreens present in one main screen. My issue is i want to hide a complete Subscreen based on 1checkbox present in that mainscreen itself.
After checking that checkbox user will be pressing ENTER. After that i need to hide some of the subscreens.

HI,
You can check for the subscreen_area that you use to put the subscreen and in the PBO of the main screen you can avoid calling this subscreen or you can hide the subscreen area by making SCREEN-ACTIVE=0 for the subscreen area.
For the check box you can set some fcode and in the PAI you can set some global flag which you need to check in PBO and then deactive the subscreen area.
PAI module.
if ok_code is <your check box>.
if check_box = 'X'.
global_flag = 'X'.
else.
clear global_flag.
endif.
PBO Module.
if global_flag = 'X'.
loop at screen.
if screen-name = 'SUBSCREEN_AREA'.

just got a nokia 2330 classic
1) Is there any way to change the default main screen layout of the phone?
can you change the digital clock ot an anlogue one?
can you add your appointments of that day that are in the calendar?
now the standard main screen layout is :
signal strength - battery life - icons
provider - profile
clock
date
greetings

The screen layout is fixed, this is the same for all Nokia Series 40 phones.
Some phones have an "Active standby" or "Home screen" feature which would allow you to put other things, including the calendar, into the default screen but the very basic 2330 isn't one of these.

No, you can't get the Sales Order Header Tabs to appear on Sales Order Overview screen. But, you can hide/re-organize the positions of the tabs in overview/header screens however by using screen variant.

Block videos on Apple TV main screen?

Hi there!
I am a technology assistant at a public school system. Many of our teachers use Apple TV in their classrooms. We have a concern with the Apple TV main screen. Is there a way that we can hide the videos that pop up when you initialize the Apple TV? Many of the movies are inappropriate for young children and we were hoping there would be a way to prevent them from appearing every time we start up the Apple TVs. Just wondering if this was possible.

We discovered that this can be accomplished by turning on the parental controls in Settings. Set the purchase and rentals to "Hide."

N5800 main screen problem

I have some problems with the main screen.
Basically, I couldn't do anything on my main screen besides pressing the clock and connectivity at the top. And when I press the dialler or phonebook, nothing happens. Also, the operator name and profiles disappeared from the main screen. So there is an empty space from the clock all the way to the battery. All my shortcuts seem to have disappeared too.
Everything else works fine. I can call and send messages out.
These problems arose after I removed the phone from my computer (I safely removed it).

Go to Nokia's S60 web site http://www.s60.com and register there. Then there's a free S60 analog clock screen saver that you can download and install.

Analogue clock on screensaver?

On the OS X Screen Saver there is an option to "Show with clock", however, this is in the 24-hour format, is it possible to get this as AM/PM or even to get an analogue clock to appear on the screen saver?

If you go into:
System Preferences > Language & Region > and uncheck "Time format: 24-Hour Time"
It will add the AM/PM to the clock in screensaver. At least for me it does. Other then possibly a third party screensaver I don't know of any with analog clocks.

Thanks! But I have like 100 pictures………is there a way to do them as a group instead of individually? I also want them in some sort of folder not just 100 individual photos all over the main screen. Is there a way to create that?
