Hide completed "to do" in Mail

I have selected "hide completed tasks" in Ical. But in mail the "to dos" have all the old completed. How do I get the list in mail to also hide completed?

The best thing for [Todos] is create 3 [Smart Mailboxes] with
1.
Contains < To do's > that match < all > of the following conditions
< Date Completed > < is this weekd >
< To do is in Mailbox > < target account >
2.
Contains < To do's > that match < all > of the following conditions
< To Do is incomplete >
< To do is in Mailbox > < target account >
3.
Contains < To do's > that match < any > of the following conditions
< To Do is in Mailbox > < Smart Mailbox 1 >
< To Do is in Mailbox > < Smart Mailbox 2 >
Smart mailbox 3 will now show completed todos that are a week old and uncompleted todos.
Enjoy!
PS: After finding these features, I think mail is just about perfect.

  • How to hide completed reminders

How can I hide completed reminders in ipad2? I am synching tasks from outlook through exchange.

Completed Tasks will automatically hide although it requires you to change to a different List or close and re-launch the app for the changes to take place.

  • Submit button on Android doesn't submit completed form via e-mail

We've created a form in Adobe Acrobat Pro with a submit button using the "mailto:" command.  When we are in the android app and click the button, the e-mail script works fine, but it doesn't send the actual file, just a blank e-mail.  Any advice?  I've seen some older posts saying java scripts aren't supported, but they were older posts.  Has this been addressed or is there a workaround to submit the completed forms via e-mail (with an added service or expense)?

    When you write this
    > but it doesn't send the actual file, just a blank e-mail
do you mean that it sends an email with a blank form attached?
If this is the case, this is currently as-designed, since your button has two actions: one that submits the form and one that resets the form.  Because emailing on an Android device is asynchronous, by the time the email is constructed by the mail app of choice, the reset form action has already executed and as a result, you end up sending a blank form.
I will look into the Android mail APIs to find out if we can make the behavior synchronous, that is, the reset form action will not execute until AFTER the submit form action has fully completed.  In the meantime, you can work around this by separating the submit & reset button into two separate buttons: one that submits, and one that resets.  Users will tap the submit button to submit and then have to tap the reset button after submit completes to reset the form.
    Hope this helps,
    Darrell

  • Hide/Disable preview pane in Mail

Previously one could double-click the border seperating the preview pane from the list of messages to hide the preview pane.
In the Mail application in Mavericks this border is no longer visible. How can I hide the preview pane in Mail on Mavericks?

    Hi,
If you switch to Classic View in Mail Prefs, drag the Horizontal Splitter down to the bottom of the screen then switch back to Modern View, the Preview pane will be gone from both views.

  • How does one hide completed reminders?

Is there a way to prevent the display of completed reminders in the iCloud web version of the calendar? I don't see a way to hide completed reminders like I can with iCal. Where is the switch?
    Thanks!

Click on the gear icon (top right corner), select preferences > advanced and set the time before they are hidden.

  • How can I hide completed To Do items in printed List format?

I have iCal configured to hide completed To Do items. When I print my calendar in List view, however, iCal prints those competed and hidden To Do items. Why can't I hide completed items in List view as I can in Calendar view. Is my only option to delete completed items instead of merely hiding them?

"Go to Today" shows all due tasks for all lists, but is there some way to hide future tasks in a specific list?
    Thanks!

i completely lost access to mail after installing iOS 6.0.1. The app 'mail' won't even open now. How do I fix this?

You mean the Apple Mail app? Updated through software Update in the Apple Menu?.
Or maybe you downloaded Mail from another source?
Do you still have Snow Leopard or didn't you update your profile?

  • 11.0.03  unable to send completed adobe questionnaire as mail attachment. What now?

Unable ot send completed PDF questionaire as mail attachment. What now?

With all the wealth of data you provide...
My gues is that the file was not properly enabled to be answered by mail. Unless you can use Acrobat for this, one of your best bets is to contsct the author of the file and ask for a properly enabled copy.

  • How do I hide the "preview panel" in Mail. Double clicking the "separator bar" hasn't worked ( I think I know where that bar is.)

How can I hide the "preview panel" in Mail? Double clicking on the "separator bar" , as directed by Mail Help, does nothing. ( I am not certain where that bar is, but believe it to be the zone where the preview panel and the message space meet.) This issue only arose after I upgraded to Mavericks.

The only way I found to hide the "preview panel" is to drag the separator to the edge of the window. It shrinks the panel down to perhaps 1/2 inch in height and then disappears only when you drag it to the bottom (classic layout) or perhaps a couple inches wide (in the new layout). It is also annoying to me that you can double click to open the preview panel but you cannot repeat that to hide it. [sigh]
I submitted feedback about the help file as well - you may want to do the same. I could not find the double click mentioned in the new "Mail Help" - I know it was in the old version.

  • Delete/Hide Completed Tasklist

    Hi,
Is it possible to delete or hide completed tasklist ?
there is delete option in scma-->tasklist but it doesnot allow me to do so.
The task list cannot be deleted -> Long text
    Message no. /TMWFLOW/TASKLIST195
    Diagnosis
You want to delete a task list in Change Request Management, but you are not allowed to because there can be dependent data in other components.
    BR,
    Shyam

    Shyam,
I assume you mean that you don't want to be able to select it from: Task List>Other Task List menu option.  I don't think this is possible without deleting the Task List and I think it is not a good idea to delete task list anyway in case there are any dependencies.
You could use transaction /TMWFLOW/MAINTINST - Scheduling instead of SCMA directly.  You can change view via "Status" button and set it to show only active task lists.

  • Hide line in workflow-offline mail

    Hello,
I am working on SRM5.5, Extended classic scenario.
I have a requirement where , in the offline mail sent by my 3 step workflow ( WS14000133) , I have to hide the following line which comes :
Approval or Rejection via E-mail is not Possible. User WF-BATCH does not have an E-mail Address. Inform System Administrator
Could any one give me any inputs on this.
Also, The message of e-mail is always in English language. If the employee creates the shopping cart in French language, the message of approbation must be in same language (French).
How do i achieve this too ?
    Thanks in advance,
    Aravind Nair.

    Hi Aravind,
the goal is not to hide those lines, but to complete your customizing, otherwise offline approval will never work.
When replying to an offline approval, the mail is sent back to the user WF-BATCH. This user must have a valid email address, else you can not reply to this mail.
So define the WF-BATCH email address in SU01.

  • Report only completion with Send E-mail button

We would like to set up a new Captivate course with the
purpose of familiarizing employees with a new system. Although we
may include some questions for review and reinforcement, we only
want to report that the learners have COMPLETED the course (by
using the "Send E-mail" button) -- we do NOT want to report the
    score to the course administrator.
On the Preferences>Quiz>Reporting window, I've made
    these selections:
    - Enable reporting for this project
    - E-mail
    - Complete/Incomplete
    - Slide views only
    - Score (although I'd prefer to leave this blank, but that's
    not an option)
    - Report Score (this also I'd prefer to leave blank)
I'd actually prefer to leave those last two options blank,
because I don't want to report any "score" information; however,
    I'm forced to select:
    = either Score or Percent
= and either Report score or Interactions and score
    (I am using Captivate 3)
Thank you for any insights or tips!
    Jan

    Rick,
Thanks for your thoughts. I'm wondering -- if I remove
reporting and place the plain email option at the end of the
course, do we run the risk of some learners skipping to the end of
the course and sending the email, even though they may not have
    worked through the whole course?
I've discovered that a course developer can edit the score
page (by de-selecting all of the options) so that it actually shows
nothing to the learner. This would mean that the learner would not
need to worry about a score. And I could place a text box on that
page telling the learner to click the Send E-mail button. Yet still
there's the issue of the course adminstrator receiving the score in
the email, when I just wanted her to receive the "completed"
    report.
So, are you thinking that there's not a way to remove the
score results from the email that goes to the course administrator?
Actually, that's what I'm suspecting at this point, but perhaps
someone has discovered a method. And if not, I could work around
it, or perhaps the course administrator would be OK with the scores
-- she could just ignore them if she didn't need them.
I'm still just exploring various options. If you have anymore
    thoughts, thanks.

  • Can i hide icloud emails from mac mail?

    hi.
i have all my old @me email address set up in my mac mail app but now iCloud as kicked in i also see duplicates of them with @icloud.
it makes my list of emails to send from seem much larger than it is.
is there any way to hide the @icloud emails from the list to keep it more simple?
    cheers

hey. what im saying is that when i send an email i can see (from the drop down menu) all my emails that i can send from.
i have duplicates of those in the list...
    so i see
    [email protected] AND [email protected]
so... for about 3 or 4 emails i see 8 available email addresses to send from.
is there a way of hiding the @icloud emails so my list isnt so long and confusing.
do you see what im saying now?
