Hide content of messages in notifications?

I like the new notifications at the top right of my screen, especially for Messages. However, I do not like how the first few lines of text appear in the notification. I know you can hide this on the iPhone, but can you do the same in Mountain Lion?

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at bootup), run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, reboot when it completes.
(Safe boot may stay on the gray radian for a long time, let it go, it's trying to repair the Hard Drive.)
If perchance you can't find your install Disc, at least try it from the Safe Boot part onward.
If 10.7.0 or later...
Bootup holding CMD+r, or the Option/alt key to boot from the Restore partition & use Disk Utility from there to Repair the Disk, then Repair Permissions.
Then when restarted, highlight that inbox & choose Rebuild from the Mailbox menu item.

I just recently upgraded to iOS 7 and found out that i can no longer hide my text messages on the home screen anymore. Can anyone help with this?

I had this problem last night as well. Only my daughter upgraded to iOS7 and she had an old phone of mine. When she upgraded, the phone asked for my apple ID and then continued as normal. However, after the upgrade, any text message that I recieved, she also recieved. I am pretty sure my wife thought I was hammered when she started texting me and my daughter began answering her not having any clue what she was texting about. Anyway, this only occurred with texts from other family members, not from texts I received from friends who are obviously not on our account (we have Verizon BTW). To resolve this issue, and it isn't a short resolution.... there are two options... One, simply erase everyting on the phone.... I don't like iTunes 11, so we were unable to back up her phone. I made her go through her 600 photos, delete the ones she didn't want and email the ones she wanted to herself, and then we wiped the phone clean and rebooted it... go into Settings, General, Reset, Erase All Content and Settings. The second option, if you have iTunes 11 is to back up the phones one at a time, and then go into Settings, General, Reset, Erase All Content and Settings. Either of these options wipes the phone clean of all information, text contacts pictures etc and then you have to re-enter all of your individual information. When you do that, make sure that no one is on the same iTunes account. Theoretically, after you do this, you plug back into your computer and SYNC your phone from the last back-up. This resolved the problem for us. I don't know if there is an easier solution, be we tried logging in and out of our iTunes Accounts, turning the power on and off, and nothing changed. So, we had to go the more difficult route to avoid mass confusion with family texting.

When defining your message in the WF Builder, there are two tabs, one for 'Text Body' and one for 'HTML Body'.
The contents of 'Text Body' is used to determine the content of messages that will appear to the user through email messages
when their NOTIFICATION_PREFERENCE is either 'MAILTEXT' or 'MAILATTACH'.
The contents of 'HTML Body' is used to determine the content of messages that will appear to the user through email messages
when their NOTIFICATION_PREFERENCE is 'MAILHTML', it will also be used to display the message body in the notifications page
on the web.
If you want to format your messages for the notifications web page and for the mailer (for users with 'MAILHTML' NOTIFICATION_PREFERENCE)
then you can use '<P>' and '<BR>'.
The '<P>' gives you a new line then a blank line.
The '<BR>' simply gives you a new line.

Putting Custom Message in Notification Mailer Emails

Dear All,
We have a custom workflow. For have a notification which requires some response from the user. We have Notification Mailer installed. Now client want to send FYI mail in the mailbox in addition to notification in the worklist, if some user has intended to receive mail setting his preference.
As off now the user is receiving mails. But my problem is with the content of the mail. Its currently displaying the actual content of the notification. But my client want some specific below message to display.
"This notification contains secure content which cannot be sent through e-mail. Please access Atlas and read the online version of the notification to see the details."
I had tried to do that using #WF_SECURITY_POLICY attribute, setting its value NO_EMAIL. In that case the message comes is ...

How to hide content in design view within Dreamweaver?

How can I hide content in design view within Dreamweaver?
I have a tabbed content menu that uses some javascript. Everything looks great in Live view, but when I go to design view, all the content goes way beyond the div. How can I make it to where I can hide the content in that div in design view or wrap it completely inside of there? It's really hard to explain which is why I provided some pictures!

Humm....... you want to hide it in Design View whilst working on the rest of the site?
If that is the case set the menu container <div> to display: none; -
<div id="menu" style="display: none;">This is the content menu</div>
Then either set it to display: block; when you're ready to view it live or remove the style completely.

Load remote content in messages (Mail)

Hello All,
Iv'e just upgraded to Yosemite today, and so far, so good, a few teething issues.
The biggest problem I have is with the Mail App.
I just can't get to see remote contant in Mail messages (using my Apple iCould account)
I had no problems in Mavericks, did a straight upgrade. I have tried Preferences -> Viewing -> Load Remote Content in Messages,, but the images in messages just won't show. I am being presented with little boxes and question marls in the place holders of the images.
I have tried to toggle on/off whilst restarting the mail app, but no joy. This is a real deal breaker for me, as mail is probably the main app I use. And having to click the links to open the image in a web browser is a show stopper.
Any help here would be much appreciated, just to add, I had no problems with the Mavericks mail app. This is installed on my Mac Pro (mid 2012) and I'm reluctant to upgrade on my Macbook Air at the moment.

The rule in Little Snitch that broke the images was this one:

Deny any outgoing connection

On 06/02/2014, Mail tried to establish a connection to static.avast.com on port 80 (http). The request was denied via connection alert.
I guess Mac OS X 10.10 somehow toggled this rule!?

If you still have a backup from that point in time as part ofr your computer backup history, you could restore the backup folder, restore the phone from that backup and have the messages on the phone.

SBWP: The content of message is not display

The user use SBWP inbox. There the message is not display the content of the message.
There I uninstalled and install again the SAP GUI and Windows, but there has been the same. Only the head of message is displayed.
There can only print the content of message.
What I have to do to display the content?

How exactly are you trying to forward an SMS as an email?
You can forward the SMS to an email address of your choice and that`s when your SMS will be converted to MMS, and sent to the email address of your choice . The recepient should get your message as "[email protected] carrier.com
Another way of doing it is to select "Share" instead of forward. Then a list of options will open that includes your email address. Select your email address and the selected text message will be added as "body.txt" and after this, you just have to enter the recepient email address and subject line (optional).
The recepient will receive the email with a "body.txt" attachment that can be downloaded and open in or with the "Notepad" on PC

ABAP stack configuration for content based message search in PI 7.

Hi experts,
I am trying to eanble Content based message search in PI7.11 SP10.
My requirement is to Filter message in PI moni based on a particular DeviceID field in the paylaod.I have set filters in SXMS_LMS_CONF.
But upon testing the extractor, the messages are extarcted based on the interface mentioned in the filter criteria, and not the particluar field of the message.
I have referred a few bolgs on this topic , but could not find a relevant solution to my issue. Am i missing any configurations in this? Or is his not possible without TREX.
Could anyone suggest a solution for this.

Performance impact of Content based message search in IE

Hello Experts,
I am working on implementing Content based message search in IE in PI 7.0 and PI 7.1 landscape.
All the configurations are done and its working fine in Development scenario.
I need help in identifying , how this actually works on technical level as in how the messages are getting searched based on the filter criteria, if there is any table getting created in background and values are getting stored etc.
And also how could this impact the overall performance after implementing it in Production system.

Not sure about 7.0/1 but for 7.4 these are the tables.(most probably tables should be same)
When you configure a filter for UDMS search on ABAP stack(Tcod: sxms_lms_conf)
Entries will be created in the following backed ABAP tables. (you can go to se16 and check the entries).
SXMS_LMS_EXTR
SXMS_EXT_FIL
SXMS_NSPREFIX
Data will be stored in this table
SXMSPDATA
When you configure a UDMS filter in RWB(java stack), entries will be created in the following backend tables
XI_AF_LMS_EXTRACTR
XI_AF_LMS_FILTER
Data will be stored in the table (only the message id, direction, key field,value and position)
XI_AF_LMS_DATA
We have UDMS configured in our production system, and i never saw any performance issue.

Configure "Always hide forms document message bar" and "Do not show edit warnings" for all users?

We need to do a mass deployment of Adobe Reader XI 11.0.3 with "Always hide forms document message bar" preference setting automatically set for every user so they do not have to go through the menu and set it manually.
Is there a way to configure this for all users with the customization wizard or another method?
We also need to do the same for "Do not show edit warnings"
If these are registry keys, which registry keys set these options?

If that doesn't work and there's a configuration item in the preferences UI, do this:
Get regshot.
Close everything but Acrobat/Reader.
Take a reg shot.
Configure the setting via the UI.
Tak another reg shot.
Compare the two.
That process will give you your answer.
If there is no corresponding pref in the UI, then you probably can't do it.
