Hide "Last Active" status on profile
I would like to see an option for hiding your last active status on your profile. Even though you can sign in as invisible, your active status always shows when you have been on line. This causes problems amongst friends sometimes, because you would like to jump on tagged to check messages only or pets, and you may not always have time to reply to them. Then you get it in the neck from friends saying they were on line at the same time and you get accused of ignoring them. I feel this is a privacy issue and we all should be able to have this feature. There is actually one profile I have come across that shows no "Last Active" status and was wondering if they have found a way around this or there is something wrong with their profile.

Error in activating status profile for SVT
Hi,
I've been trying to activate status profile EHS_SO for SVT in REACH compliance version 2.0 . But I am stuck.
When I save a sales order, a message-'Error when activating status 0001 for status profile EHS_SO in order XXXXXX' has come up. My IMG settings are as follows:
Sales documentr: No existing status profile used
Status profile: EHS_SO added with status SD
Environment parameter:SVT_SO_PROFILE: EHS_SO
SVT_SO_STATUS: 0001 used
Activate Status profile: STUCK (can't figure out the object type for VBP object type category)

Status Profile: Multiple Active Statuses
I have created a status profile through BS02 and assigned to a couple of Sales Document Types.
After implementing, I have found that there can be multiple active statuses. This is not a desired result.
1. Is there a way to control the profile, so that only one status CAN be active?
2. Is there a way to "fix" the orders which currently have multiple statuses?

after creating status u need to assign status to sales document.the particular status work for that sales document only.Go to VOV8 in transaction flow tab u enter ur status at status profile field and save the document.
Please do check the status how u maitained Ex.for qotation bolck,order block,delivery block... assign appropriate status to the sales document.

I agree marking the deletion flag in COOIS would do, but for the CJI3 report, I want to include DLFL orders as well.Yes. Please try to create status selection profile(transaction BS42) with selection conditions as

We are developing a custom application on Netweaver platform which interacts with CRM system.
As one of the requirements we need to <b>change the activity status from open to closed</b> in the transaction <b>"CIC0"</b>.
I am looking for some BAPI which can do this task for me. Can anyone help me on this issue?

Thanks for the reply. I was trying to change the status flag from open to close using the said function module.I had gone through the documentation of this module and trying to use this with parameter "Status". The approach I am following is as follows:
1. Assiging the sequence as
a. BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CHANGEMULTI
b. BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_SAVE
c. BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT
As an input to Parameter in case of BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_CHANGEMULTI I am sending following:
REF_GUID-> GUID of the transaction Activity.
STATUS-> Status Key like E0003 for closed status
USER_STAT_PROC-> Status Profile for my Business Transaction type ( Which is defined in transaction "BS02")
As an input to "Obejcts_To_Save" in BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_SAVE I am again sending the GUID of transaction activity.
Now when I am executing all the above in sequence I am gettin error by BAPI_ACTIVITYCRM_SAVE saying "Doucment could not be saved"
I am not able to figure out what is the problem?

ERMS to Close Activity Status in 7.0
Hi All,
I m working in CRM 7.0 and stucked up in one scenario, where i am sending some mails to receipant from activity using action profile. when i m sending mails the default status of activity is Open, now i want to use ERMS which will read the incoming mails subject and set the Activity status as Completed.
It would be great help if someone gives me pointers on above that how ERMS can be use in this scenario.

nothing special for this scenario. u can set up ERMS as we normally do. In this case it would be used only for incoming mails. For scanning the subject and content of mails u can configure the rule modeler which can also set the activity status to completed based on the rules you set.

How to disable auto-completing service request after completing last activity
How to disable standard rule, that change service request status to "Complete" when the last activity in this service request is completed?
For SCSM 2012 R2Perhaps you can use the "Closed" status as a way of indicating that your are completely finished with a service request? (This follows ITIL). It has the advantage of being an out-of-the-box feature and, by default, SR's have to be closed by
a user.
Keep in mind, though, that closed service requests are groomed out of the CMDB (356 day retention time by default, i believe). But, they'll still be available for a few years in your data warehouse.
What is your business reason for this behavior? Console views? Custom reports?
If "Closed" doesn't cut it for you, you may want to consider extending the Server Request class with your own status property that you can use for whatever your requirements are. -
How to know time in which session last activity is done

I want to know that in which users session last activity time is done. I am seeing inactive session but i want to be sure that the last activity is done on the same day when i am going to kill the session after checking users session by v$session.

WF activity remains in ACTIVE status
Hi,
There are situations when a wf activity remains in active status for long time. The sql procedure, this activity runs, is successfully completed (updates took place) but the wf does not move to the next activity (until we SKIP it with handle_error()). This behavior randomly happens (ex. 2 blocks from 1000 runs) and we cannot identify the cause.
Any suggestion about a possible cause for this behavior?
Thank you.wfstat.sql output is the best data to troubleshoot such issues. Typically the work item will be in ACTIVE status and the last executed activity will be in NOTIFIED, DEFERRED, ERROR statuses.

I noticed during blocking and unblocking stages althought technically no conversation was had with the contact, it still counts it as the time a last activity took place with the contact. Honestly that is not correct because blocking a person should be private, not something you notify the other person. Can you guys fix that? How do I notify skype?

Availabitiy control active status
Hello experts,
Requesting your help for the below explained issue.
We have one particular project for which we have the follwing
a) in the the budget profile for the project, the availabitiy control( AC) activation type is '1' which means the AC status should be activated once the budget is assigned.
b) budget is already assgined.
The problem is the project still does not show the 'availabilty control active' status.
I also tried CJBN.to reconstruct AC.which too dint help.
Can you please suggest , what need to be done.

Confirm whether you have defined Tolerance Limit or not.If not then define atleast one Tolerance Limit for the Budget Profile.
SPRO > Project System > Costs > Budget > Define Tolerance Limits
Availability control is always defined for a particular budget profile, and you need to define a tolerance limit for at least one business transaction group for the budget profile. Once you enter a budget for a project with the corresponding budget profile, the availability control is activated.
