Hierarchy loads for 0costcenter?

Hi all,
The loads are successful for 0cost center hierarchy.
but in the details tab, it is shown as "Transfer (IDocs and TRFC): Missing messages" in red colour.
All other processes are in green & the req is also successful & showing this many records from this many records also.
The transfer method for this is: ALE Inbox & Infoobject.
The message higlighted above is due to some error or due to the selection of the transfer method as mentioned above for the hierarchial masterdata loads?

That is not the problem....
Why it is shown like that is:
While clicking the tab details...its gives u a messaage like Yes or no to see IDocs information.
If we click no...The above message will get displayed like TRFC...missing messages in red colour.
If we click yes, the same message will be in successful state.
I.e the answer.
Will you be assigning ponits if it is helpful for you.
Initially i was looking for the solution, but once i tried by clicking Yes...then the same was shown in green colour.

Master data load for 0COSTCENTER (Cost Center) failing

Hi Experts
I have a master data load for 0COSTCENTER (Cost Center). The Load has started failing from a couple of days at DTP.
(R) Filter Out New Records with the Same Key
(G) Starting Processing...
(R) Dump: ABAP/4 processor: DBIF_RSQL_SQL_ERROR
I am unable to understand the reason for this failure. I tried loading the data 1 costcenter at a time it is still failing so i doubt if its a internal table storage issue as suggested by the dump.
Could you help me on this one please.

I have got the issue resolved
The Error Stack for the DTP had accumulated so many entries that it was unable to process further.
So i deleted the entries in Error Stack usin SE14. Then again executed my DTP.
Everything is fine now thanks for your help.

Step 1: Load Required Master Data for 0CostCenter in to BI system
Step 2: Enable Characteristics to support Hierarchy for this 0Cost Center and specify the External Characteristic(In the Lowest Node or Last Node) while creation of this Characteristic InfoObject
Step 3: On Last Node of Hierarchy Structure in the InfoObject, Right Click and then Create Hierarchy MANUALLY by Inserting the Master Data Value as BI dosent Support the Hierarchy load directly you need to do it manually....
Step 4: Mapping
Create Text Node thats the first node (Root Node)
Insert Characteristic Nodes
Insert the Last Node of the Hierarchy
Then you need to create a Open hub Destination for extracting data into the .csv file...
Step1 : Create the Open Hub Destination give the Master Data table name and enter all the fields required....and create the transformations for this Open Hub connecting to the External file or excel file source...then give the location on to your local disk or path of the server in the first tab and request for the data...It should work alright let me know if you need anything else...

Cant create hierarchy FILE load for 0GL_ACCOUNT

Hi guys i have a special Question......we are trying to create a file load hierarchy source for 0GL_ACCOUNT, in BC i cant find any FILE type infosource or datasource.....in source systems FILE i cant create a datasource for hierarchy and in the hierarchy infosource appears a message that the infosource is already mapped to DEVFILE because theres an infosource FILE type for load master data...

Are you using the flexible or direct update? This will only work with Direct Update since you can only load a data target/infoprovider using the flexible update and a hierarchy is never an infoprovider.
For example, if you make your characteristic and infoprovider. The Attrib and Text infoproviders show up under the infoprovider tab. However, the Hierarchies don't.
So, here is a step-by-step solution you can follow ...
1.) Under Infosources tab, find your characteristic. You need to find the infosource for direct update. It will have the three icons ... one for attributes, texts and hierarchies. If you don't see the green hierarchy icon, then you need to turn hierarchies on for the characteristic.
2.) Right click on the infosource and choose, "Assign Datasource".
3.) Under Source System, choose your flat file source system, it is probably named FLATFILE, FILE, TEXT, etc....
4.) Enter your transport info and select yes to the infosource/datasource assignments for attributes, texts and hierarchies (assuming you have all three icons)
5.) Select the drop down for datasource and choose your hierarchy datasource.
6.) Activate the datasource or switch the transfer method to IDOC (instead of PSA) and save the infosource (no activation under IDOCs).
7.) You can now create your info package against the hierarchy datasource.
If you are having trouble getting to this stage, the next is going to be more difficult -or- perhaps you are already at this and are having trouble loading the hierarchy?
Whatever the case, please tell us the steps you have gone through and the errors or error messages you are receiving. Sometimes these issues are very complicated to both explain and to understand.

Hierarchy level for Site hierarchy idoen't load in BI

I have created a new hierarchy level for Site hierarchy in transaction CL01 in R/3. But this level is not load in BI.
Site hierarchy and other levels load right, but no the new one.
Do you now anything to resolve my issue?

I am new to creating Hierarchy structures, my Master Data Hierarchy Loads Process chain is failing at 0WBS_ELEMT with Error Message "Node ID 00019537 has not been included in the hierarchy". can any one please Explanin step by step for adding this node to 0WBS_ELEMT.

for adding the node go to the Infobject maintainance screengo to Hierarch tab- go to Maintain hierarchy. there select your hierachy and then change. it shows the available structure there u can add ur required node.and then execute the Process chain

0ORGUNIT Hierarchy load failure in BW, Source system : CRM

Hi Experts,
From last 3 days 0ORGUNIT hierarchy load was failing.Iam getting below messages.
Node 25047465 already exists
Node 25034957 already exists
Node ID 00006105,Char.Value 25081567,exists several times under node id 00003508
Node ID 00005752, Char Value 25081567,exists several times under node id 00003150
1. Assuming that node values were changed,in order to bring AS IS how hierarchy is there in source and fresh reload will correct the duplications, I have deleted existinsg Hierarchy,and tried to reload Hierarchy from CRM system. But now i am not able load and getting same error and my old Hierarchy also deleted.
2.Could you please help how we can check the 0ORGUNIT hierarchy in CRM system, I have checked through Tcode PPOSE, There i'm not getting any duplication of records i.e i have single value for the respctive Char Value.
3.We cannot check Hierarchy data through RSA3 or in the PSA how can we check how we are getting data from source system

Hi Sree,
Seems like Hierarchy structure is not correct in CRM. I have seen this issue, but loading data from another client (Where structure is correct) usually resolved my issue.
not sure about CRM, but in ECC there are different Tcodes to see hierarhcies ( depends upon the Area). E.G to see profit Center hierarchy you can use KCH3 in ECC.

Hierarchy Data not saved after Hierarchy Load

Hi Gurus,
I am facing a problem with the hierarchy data load in SAP BPC NW 7.5 SP06. I have already used /CPMB/IMPORT_IOBJ_MASTER & /CPMB/IMPORT_IOBJ_HIER once to load the data from BI to BPC and it worked fine that time.
Now I have made some changes in the Hierarchy at the BI side. When I run the package link list, the /CPMB/IMPORT_IOBJ_MASTER chain runs fine and the master data, description for Attribute and Hierarchies are loaded perfectly. But whn the /CPMB/IMPORT_IOBJ_HIER is run, the changes are not saved in the BPC Member sheet. I have manually make the changes in the member sheet and Process the Dimension.
Can we process the Dimension explicitly after the Hierarchy load again?
Does anyone have an idea about this?
Any help is appreciated.

Double check whether /CPMB/IMPORT_IOBJ_MASTER is bringing all the ID's,Texts and Hierarchy Nodes. If required drop the data from dimesion member sheet and load it again.
Double check the Hierarchy and level setup while running /CPMB/IMPORT_IOBJ_HIER.
(when we are in SP05, it was not bringing the multiple Hierarchies, now we are in SP07 loading multiple hierarchies but not the TEXT fo the Id's some inconsistency)

I am trying to load Hierarchy data for 0ORGUNIT(Organizational Unit).In RSA2 in goto tab in Text Extraction the hierarchies are in RED status.
my question is why they are in RED status?Is it effect when I load the data?
What is External Chars in Hierarchies?
If any body Loaded data for 0ORGUNIT(Organizational Unit) then pls give me steps for loading.

Hi Sridhar,
The info object ORGUNIT has three datasources, one for text , one for attribute and another one for hierarchy. and You can manually create a hierarchy or can get it from the source system FI module through ALE.
Make sure you have your hierarchy installed properly. the transfer rule will be 3.5 with data source for the heirarchy in Modified version. when u run the info package, it will get the hierarchy from your source system automatically.

Hey, i have two custom (Z) account characteristics, each one for a diferent company or division in the same BI 7.0 system. the master data for this two companies is in the same R/3 system, so my problem is: i have a hierarchy for each company, so i have to load a hierarchy in each one of my characteristics, but i can't assign a hierarchy datasource for two characteristics (right?) so the question is: is there a way to load two diferent hierarchies in two diferent characteristics in the same R/3 and BI 7.0 system?

Hierarchy loads taking a lot of time

We have a issue of Hierarchy Loads ruuning for a long time. One suggestion we got is that runtime can be reduced by "Increase the parallel processing during extraction"...
How could this be an effective solution for this and any inputs for this are appreciated.

actually,its a QC form,where the end user is giving values for an item which has 10 sublots,he his passing the values for 10 sublots(no,sample,quantity,uom,date).
The table is QC_SMPL_MST where he has taken the base table common for different data blocks.
No i am not using any pre-commit statements,using the database information for retieving the item_no and sub_lots

I have been trying to load hierarchy data in the datasource 0BBP_BIGURE_HIER from SRM to my BI system but the monitor shows the req remaining in yellow for hours together.The data comes fine till PSA but doesnt get loaded to the Infoobject 0BBP_BIGURE.The text data has been succesfully loaded for 0BBP_BIGURE.No attributes for the infoobejct to be loaded.
Can someone provide some information abt how to load 0BBP_BIGURE_HIER from SRM and what can be the possible errors.

I am facing a problem regarding HR i.e i am loading hr trascational data through process chain what is happenning is that in pocess chain the load starts from daily load hr master
data Attr/Text/herarchy which contain infooboject 0person,
ohrposition,0orgunit ,0person ,0employee out of which all of them is clear soon but 0employee take lot of time that result cause this particular node job is struced what i do manually goes to this particular node and click on repeat that clear the problem and also it move further but for the daily this thing iis happening repeated i am douing the ssame procedure
so kindly give the permanent sol so that my pprob coul get solved

let me explain yr issue based on my understanding ;
u r doing manual repeat of a process in a process chain where the load got struck ,and this u r doing successfully every time whenever process chain executes..
If I am right then please analyze that load why it needs to be loaded manually
if it includes master ,text and hierarchy then please create separate process for all the three and each must be followed by Change Run except the Text data load...give 10 sec as a wait time b/w two consecutive processes
if still the problem persists then anyalyze the flow of data (vol of data) and divide the load for 2-3 selection conditions....e.g. if data is being loaded for 1 year duration then load in 3 parts,,,(each load for 4 months duration )

Hi,
I have tried what it says in SAP url(http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw2004s/helpdata/en/85/14853df3e60968e10000000a114084/frameset.htm). I have reset the timestamp in the table BBP BWTIMESTAMP in Enterprise Buyer but, then, when i tried to upload the hierarchy again as it says, the problem persist. The monitor keeps the yellow status and the hierarchy doesn´t upload.
What have you done to solve it finally?

Master Data & Hierarchy loading into BPC from BW

HI all,
When i am getting master data and hierarchy from BW i need to replace a "-" to an "_".
These members are parents in BW.
I was able to do that using a conversion file for the master data. But when i run the hierarchy package it says parents dont exist because the nodes that were pulled before are not with a underscore and not a dash.
Ex: XXXX-XX needs to be replaced as XXXX_XX.
This member is a parent aswell. So i need to add conversion in the hierarchy load. I did that but its not taking it.
Conversion file for hierarchy load looks like this:
External Internal
XXXX-XX XXXX_XX
I am on BPC NW7.5 SP6.

I think conversion file string manipulation for BW infoobject hierarchy imports has some issues. I suggest reporting the problem to SAP support by creating a message on the Service Marketplace. Please be very clear in the message about your setup and how to recreate the problem and why you think it is a bug so that you don't receive back a reply about it being a consulting issue. Expect some time to work through this with support and eventually development, with the goal of getting a correction note released to fix the issue.
In the meantime, you might try to do the string manipulation in the transformation file *MAPPING section instead of the conversion file.
NODENAME=NODENAME(1:4)*STR(-)NODENAME(5:6)
or substitute NODENAME above for PARENT if that is appropriate level with the issue.
