Hifi mode doesnt work after xp reboot

To get the hifi mode to work, i have to remove the power plug at the back and put it in again, after restarting windows xp. Then it works. I hate doing this
ps even the hifi button doesnt work!
any fixes for this would be appreciated!

The Hi-Fi mode switch can not be used when the computer is turned on BUT if using the MMC III you will notice that the HI-FI will light up. Can you give us some more information on this ie does it happen if you start up XP and do not use the MMCIII, what happens if you shut your computer down by holding in the PC button? Have you tried this with your CD and AGP cards installed, has this always happened, Have you tried a boot disk to see if the operating system is upseting the LCD. If it works fine off a boot up disk then I would do a fresh install of your XP.

Have you tried closing the Camera app completely and seeing if it works when you re-open the app ? From the home screen (i.e. not with Camera 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Camera app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
If that doesn't work then you could try a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
If neither fix it then you could try contacting Apple.

Use the copy of AddressBook that is in your Applications folder, not the one on your Dock that's linked to a transplanted copy of the prevoius AddressBook App.

completely erease the ipad and reinstall the OS.
Go to settings>general>reset>erease all content and settings. Wait for the ipad to finish then see if it works.

My flash player stops working after a reboot. i have flash 12.0.044 installed on a dell laptop with windows 7. The flash works fine until the next day when I restart my computer. If I go to control panel / programs and features I notice that the program is still there but the icon has turned blank. If I re-install it works fine until the next reboot. I have asked the IT services company we work with and they have completely ‘rebuild’ my computer. (Installed new windows etc etc) and still the problem won’t go away. I am at a loss. Who can help? Short of a reset to factory settings I've found making sure iMessaging is not left minimised helps. It doesn't seem to keep its connection. So, by closing after each use this helps. I've been doing this since I logged out of iMessaging at least 1/2 doz times and even changed my apple id pw as this had ceased to be recognised. I get fewer send failures now and don't have an inactive send button so much. Having said this its all a bit of a work around as iMessaging isn't behaving as it once did. If over time not resolved will do factory reset. All the best.

Droid 2 global doesnt work after new update

I have a droid 2 global but it is prepaid and now after the latest update it doesnt work. Can verizon replace my prepaid phone or do I have to purchase another phone?

Currently, I am not showing a way to remove the Street View for Google Maps application from the device. If you are adamant about removing this feature, the next available option would be doing a factory reset. This can be completed through the following steps:
Factory Reset option 1
From the main screen, touch menu tab
Touch Settings
Touch Privacy
Touch Factory Data reset
Touch Reset Phone
Touch Erase Everything
Warning: This will erase all data from your phone, including:
Your Google account
System and application data and settings
Downloaded Applications
It will not erase: Current System software and bundled applications; SD Card files, such as music or Photos
Factory Reset option 2 - Warning this will reset device back to original factory settings.
Turn off the phone
Power on phone while pressing "X" key on qwerty keypad - release "X" and power key after you see Motorola batwings.
You should now see an "!" in a triangle with Android guy
Press the "Search" key on qwerty keypad to enter factory menu, this will unhide the menu and show the following options
Reboot system Now
Apply sdcard:update.zip
Wipe Data/Factory Reset
Wipe Cache Partition
Use Vol Up / Vol down to navigate to "wipe data/factory reset" and then use Camera side key or Menu key to select "wipe data/factory reset"
Use Vol Up / Vol down to navigate to "Yes delete all user data" and then use Camera key to select "Yes - delete all user data"
Wait for operation to complete (maybe 1 minute or so) and then press camera key to select "reboot system now"

Drag and move doesnt work after 5 mintues

Hi,
If i start my system up, i can move a window by dragging the titlebar, but then after about 5 minutes it doesnt work anymore. Also i cant copy text by clicking left and moving the cursor. I have a Lenovo T410 and i am using the touchpad. I just freshly configured my system on a new ssd from vertex. Before i didnt have this issue and i copied my old xorg files to the new system but that didnt work either. I have no idea where the problem lies.

As per the query we understood that you are facing the issue with the system if the system wakes up the keyboard and mouse not working.
As per the query would like to give some trouble shooting steps:
Start>C Panel> System & Security> Power Options> Change Plan settings>Change adv power settings> (and look for the sleep tab / settings along with USB, etc).
Check if the USB port is disabled or enabled.
Also check in BIOS for the wake up power options.

After updating to Firefox 8.0 & 8.01 all my add-ons were disabled.
I have to reinstall those that still can be enabled manually after each reboot. These, that I can reinstall, are:
Download Helper 4.9.7/WOT 20111107/Adblock 1.3.10/DivX plus Web Player HTML5 2.1.2.145/
All my other add-ons are incompatible with this version of Firefox! This includes Ghostery which I particularly miss,

It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.
Delete the files extensions.* (e.g. extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini, extensions.cache) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

Toggle Full Keyboard Access is Not Working after Shutdown/Reboot

I'm yet another keyboard maniac and somehow as above subject was keep re-occured every time after enabled it, I've turn it on full keyboard access in system preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts. All seemed to be good before I shutdown or reboot my macbook pro. I could access all the dialogs and windows. After a reboot or shutdown, all the dialogs from any other apps can still be accessed via keyboard except one single window, the shutdown window (both from hitting apple->shutdown and control+eject.) I have to toggle control+f1 or control+f7 every freaking time in order to enabled keyboard access to shutdown/reboot. I've tried "defaults read -g AppleKeyboardUIMode" in terminal and it returned 3 which is "Full Keyboard Access ON and All controls" even after a fresh reboot:-

But when I'm using sudoer to check the result was set to "0" means disable:-
