Did you know that an Iphone 3G 16 GB costs 951.626 USD in Belgium? Add about 70 USD monthly/2years, that's 2630 USD. And I still think I'm going to buy it, that is, when there will be enough supplies. Am I crazy?

Might be wise to wait a few weeks after release.

    As I said, if you want to buy it from the USA online Apple store, you will need to have a credit card issued by an American Bank or financial company, you will have to have a USA billing address associated with that card, and you will have to have it shipped to a USA street address.
    Aramax is a shipping company - you do not have a credit card from them and they cannot pay for your purchase.  Having an account with a shipping company doesn't provide you with a USA source of payment for your purchase.
    As I understand it, the Oman government does not allow the iPhone to be sold in Oman, there are no official service providers for it, and thus there is no legitimate source to buy an iPhone from within Oman.
    Online Apple stores do not allow payment by foreign means or in foreign currency, they do not do currency exchange, nor do they ship internationally.

    Can't tell where you come from, the forums are so slow today it's a waste of time trying to go to your profile.   One thing to bear in mind is the warranty.   The service may need to be carried out in the country of purchase should you have a problem. Warranties on phones do not operate the same as on computers.   Be sure to ask when you buy it.

    Just to confirm what stedman1 has said. At this time there are no prices confirmed for New Zealand.
    Contract Plan prices for iPhones in the U.S. are irrelevant as its unlikely the prices in New Zealand would be just the American prices converted to NZ currency.
    There are usually more factors to consider to get an accurate price. So its best to let Apple and/or the local carriers announce the prices.

    The apps which show on the file sharing section on your iPad when connected to your computer's iTunes, you have exactly the same apps installed on your iPhone - they are not separate iPad and iPhone apps that you have installed on your iPad/iPhone, and only the iPad version supports file sharing ?
    For iBooks, that won't show, it doesn't support file sharing. You can add ibooks / epubs / PDFs to your computer's iTunes library (the iBooks app if you are using a Mac with OS X Mavericks on it) via File > Add To Library, and you sync them to a device via its Books tab :
    If you want to copy them off the device to your computer's iTunes (to the iBooks app on Mavericks) then File > Devices > Transfer Purchases will copy them over (that will copy PDFs and epubs from the iBooks app on your device, not just ibooks).
