I want to highlight top 3 values in percentage field.
i have total 22 columns in percentage fields.
i want to highlight highest top 3 percentages in these 22 values.
How to do it?

3 highest values in total.
in this ex i am using 4 different formula to calulate 4 totals in the 4 rows.

"Highlight Property Value" dialogue box won't go away

It's baaaack...
I had this problem last year and had to install a new OS for it to go away.

Error in Golive CS2 that will not go away- even trashing all GL prefs and reinstalling program. Box shows up repeatedly with any mouse action to the GL screen. Mac G5 Dual 2.7 OS 10.5.7 (but also did this a year ago with 10.5.2) Have no idea what I can do aside from a new system install.
Occurs on sites I've opened lately (about 5).
Any thoughts?

Original solution from them: I do this with GL open.
Please click the font pop-up in the PopChar window (with the question mark in front of the font name) and turn the "As in Document" option off. Let me know if this helps. I'm pretty sure it will.

What exactly was triggering the problem in GoLive?
This is hard to tell without knowing what is going on inside GoLive. When "As in Document" is active, PopChar uses a standard technique of Mac OS X to scan the menus of GoLive in order to find a checked font menu item. These techniques are part of the "accessibility" functionality of Mac OS X. Normally, this should work without any extra action of the front application, but when an application implements custom menus that are not built on top of the Mac OS X foundation, the application needs to implement additional functions to support accessibility with the custom menus. I suspect that an error in the handling of menus makes GoLive believe that it should open the "Highlight Propery Value" window when PopChar scans the menus.

"Highlight Property Value" dialogue box won't go away! Help! CS2

Have a page that I'm working on, now every 5 seconds or so a box pops up "Highlight Property Value" asking me to enter name and value of CSS property. No amount of canceling or entering data gets rid of it.
Never have seen this box in all my years of GoLive.
Tried quitting and reopening GL, but still there.
CS2 on Leopard.

Installed as another user-set to admin, but this means I cannot work on any of my existing sites (since they are assigned to the other user- got error message). really hard to troubleshoot this way.
Created a new page and did as many quick tasks I I could think of, but did not get the box.
Logged out and then back in as original user to work on another site and was able to do a few tasks before the box popped up again. Once the box pops up, it's regularly every 5 seconds in all modes source, preview or layout
I had had Leopard installed for a few weeks before this problem started.
Could I have missed purging the offending Adobe file in the last reinstall I did on the main user?
Is there an Apple pref that might have something to do with it?
Prefs were easy, but it seems as though CS3 and CS2 Suites have some common named files in the Library. I am installing from the Suite disks. If I completely remove all the files that the CS2 deinstall instructions say to delete, can I be assured that I won't be deleting a critical CS3 file of the same name?
Would love to disable that highlight function any way possible -I've never used it.

Child panel in parent panel- strange top value

Hi!
I want to write application where I have menu with buttons. Depending on the button pressed the buttons should hide and another design bring on front.
I don't have any ideas except make that on different panels. I made one parent panel, and a few child panels. When I click button the panel with buttons hides and I'm displaing another panel with width and height equal to parent panel. I can't understand why I have to always have value equal to 30 in top property of child panel. Left property is set o zero and it's displaing OK. When I set 0 to top property the child panel is partially hidden in parent window.
Why the top property have to be always set to 30 to display exactly panel in panel? I tried to switch on and off titlebar, but it seems taht is no problem. Anyone can explain me that behaviour? Maybe any other ideas to make that kind of application? I don't want to use tabs.

I'm attaching some pictures so that there's no confusion over what I'm talking about. I'm using the userint/panels.cws, but I modified childPanel1 to be the exact height of the parent panel as you can see in this picture taken from the UI Editor:
If I don't programmatically set the top of the panel and auto-center vertically is not set to true, then I get this when the panel is loaded. You can see that the panel is being cut off because it loads inside the parent panel using the top value set in the UIEditor.
If I set the child panel to auto-center vertically it looks like this. You can see that the child panel's title bar is partially obscured due to the auto-centering, and the splitter at the bottom of the child panel is not visible.
If I then programmatically set the top and left to (0,0) I get this. The frame of the child panel (including the title bar) is hidden, but you can see that everything on the panel is visible:
If I programmatically set the top to 30 it looks like this. The title bar is visible but you can see that the control at the bottom of the panel is now no longer visible:
I'm assuming that you're seeing the behavior in the 4th screen shot when you set the top to 0 and something similar to the 5th screen shot when you set the child panel top to 30. I'm guessing that due to the font being used on your machine, the thickness of the child panel title bar is actually 30 so it doesn't stand out quite as much as mine.
When setting the position of a panel inside another panel, the frame (which includes the titlebar) is ignored, so that (0,0) cooresponds to the very first pixel that is actually visible in the panel. I'm guessing that what you want to do is either:
A) Disable the titlebar in the child panel and set the frame thickness to 0, or
B) If you need the titlebar of the child panel to visible, change the height of the of the child panel to be = (height of parent panel - 30).

Hello Everyone,
I would like to create SSRS single select dropdown list parameter (it is using MDX query in dataset) with "None" option at the top. Note: this parameter is dependent parameter and getting filtered based on the selection of another parameter.
How can I add hard-coded "None" text at the top of the parameter values? Can Union function help me to add this hard-coded value? The purpose is, when user selects None from the dropdown ignore the condition of the parameter from MDX query else
use the selected value in query condition.

In your scenario, you can achieve your requirement in report level other than in query. Add a Filter like:
Expression: =IIF(Parameters!Name.Value="None",1,Fields!Name.Value)
Operator:=
Value: =IIF(Parameters!Name.Value="None",1,Parameters!Name.Value)
In this case, report will ignore this parameter, and show all the records on the report when selecting “None” value. I have tested it on my local environment, the screenshots below are for you reference.

How to get sum of highlighted column values.

Is there currently any functionality that allows you to highlight a certain number of column values in the returned result set and to see the sum of the values highlighted.

Not directly, sorry.
You could always try highlighting the desired cells, copy/paste them into a column in a spreadsheet like MS Excel or Open Office Calc, then add a sum function into a nearby open cell. The spreadsheet can be added to SQL Developer's Tools|External Tools menu for convenience.

Update with dynamic top value in CTE

Scenario :
I have 2 main tables. One is header level and another is detail level. Each header table records have multiple detail entries based on the header table Quantity. Eg: The header have Quantity 50, detail table have 50 receords. Likwise each header table entry
have Quantity based record count in the detail table.
My Question:
User enter multiple header request in one temp table. So that based on the requested quantity the first (FIFO) or top requested number of receords needs to be updated in the detail level. For example, if user enter header 1 and quantity 25.
Then update the top 25 records in the detail table on header id is updated.
HeaderTable Name is ReceiveLot, Detail table is ReceiveSerial and temp table is
StoresReferenceConsumptions (which is the table users entered the request)
I wrote the query like below

Here i got all the detail table values of he header id which is requested. But i can't use the top with hedaer Quantity in cte1. So how i update only the top number of records.
If i use general update query i need to use 2 subqueries . please guide me.

Thanks friend. But the 25 is not static. 25 is the requested quantity from the user which is available in the cte.Quantity. So for each header entries in the StoresReferenceConsumption i have entirely different quantity.

How to highlight the value of a progressbar ?

I have successfully written a jdeveloper program which deletes files inside a folder and there is a progressbar to show the progression of the deletion.
And I want to ask if there is a mean to change the brightness of the percentage representing the progression of the work when 50% is reached , because I can't see very well the percentage number due to the contrast. My progressbar has the default background and the default foreground colors.

Create a new UI class extending the ProgressBarUI class of your L&F.
There, you can override the methods getSelectionForeground() and getSelectionBackground() to return the colours you want. The first method returns the color of the text when the number is drawn over a filled area of the progress bar, the latter the color of the text over an unfilled area.
The use setUI to set this UI class as the UI class of the progress bar.

Sales Document Flow - Ref. Value not showing correct currency

I have a question about document flow currency in ECC6.0. We recented upgraded to ECC6.0 from 4.7 and noticed the changes to document flow. We are a US based company with sales offices in Europe. Our European offices are finding that that document flow in ECC6.0 shows in base currency of USD. Even thought the sales order was entered in EUR euros. Is this intended to be this way; since it is causing our offices in Europe some confusion? I searched forums an SAP notes and did not find any references. Has anyone see this in ECC6.0

Thanks for pointing those configuration points out.   I checked my system and found the following. I do not see any change documents for the configuration points, so they have been set this way since our implemenation in 2005.
XD02 is customer master change, the customer on my order is set to EUR in sales in distribution tabs.

I think OVX5 is not set correctly, should be same as OX02. If I change them, do I need to run an update in the system for old data? Or is it as simple as changing the value here? I'm hesitant to change this not knowing how this will affect the system. Do you know?

How to get the maximum/largest value in a single row?

I have a simple Pivot table view with dollars as the measure, months on the columns and accounts on the rows. I want to highlight the month that had the largest value. E.g. so if the dollar values for account Revenue are 10 for Jan, 11 for Feb, 50 for Mar and 0 for the rest of the months, then I want to highlight the cell with 50 green. So essentially I need to be able to identify the max value in a row in the pivot table.
If I add a max calculation, it returns the top value across all columns and rows. A Rank calculation also returns rankings across all columns and rows. How can I determine the largest value in a single row?

In general you have to go by level based measures. Just tweak it as max(revenue by Year)
Just do it in Criteria tab and see how it works and I thing rest you know how to do

SSRS - Expression to color column value dynamically in Matrix

Hi ,
I have a matrix which looks like :
The <<Expr>> value can be 1 /0 /"-" .
The Expr value is being calculated dynamically.
The data set query I am using has a column called due_days.
In the color expression of the <<Exp>> box I am using the expression as :
=IIf(Fields!Due_Days.Value>14 and Fields!Notes_Count.Value>0,"Blue",(Iif(Sum(Fields!Notes_Count.Value)=0 ,"Red","Black")))
My requirement is if the Due_Days column value is >14 then I need to highlight the value as blue else black and if value is 0 then red. When I use the above query it is just highlighting the color blue for 1st column only. Eg: 4th row . Due days for month
of Oct and Nov is > 14 but it shows blue only for month of oct.
How can i resolve the issue?

In select query i have 5 columns:
Due days(Which is difference between 2 dates) ,
Notes count (Which is just a count of notes entered or not having value 0/1 and value '-' if another column CRD is greater than the matrix month and year.)Eg: below date 11/12/2014 is greater than Oct 2014 hence Oct 2014 should have "-"
Month Name , Year , Month Nbr (last 6 months which I cross joined with the table to get counts for each month)
The matrix has year and last 6 month as column groups
Color coding should be if notes count is 0 then red ,if notes count is 1 and due_days> 14 then blue else black . When i try to use expression for color as i mentioned above, it colors only 1st colum.eg: 2nd row
Nov 2014 is blue but for jan 2014 also it should show blue as due days>14 .
Is there any way i can do that ??
