Hallo! Ich brauche dringend Hilfe. Adobe Encore CS4 zeigt mir immer wieder diesen Fehler an, beim Ausspielen, beim Transcodieren, bei der Vorschau. Direkt danach stürzt das Programm ab.

Ja schön, das wir mal drüber sprechen... So ohne weitere Infos wird das wie Blinde, die über Farben reden. Betriebssystem? Rechner (Grafik, CPU)? Quellmaterial? Irgendwas mit Hardwarebeschleunigung beim Dekodieren, aber bei so wenig Infos könnteste auch meine Mutti fragen und wärst genau so schlau...

Adobe Encore CS4 unter Windows 7 Problem mit Einlesen von HD Material

Hallo zusammen,
habe seit kurzem Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit auf einem zweiten System und teste CS4. Läuft so weit ganz stabil und bei HD deutlich schneller in der Verarbeitung. Wollte mich dann an das Authoring machen und mit Encore ein Bluray Projekt anlegen. Beim Einlesen des HD Materials getrennt nach m2v und ac3 ist bei 99% einlesen der m2v Datei das System komplett eingefroren und machte einen Kaltstart von nöten. Das habe ich nun dreimal probiert und immer wieder das Gleiche! Bin dann um weiter zukommen wieder auf XP und da gibts keine Probs.
Habe in dem englischen Foren viele Berichte von Probs mit W7 64bit gelesen und insbesonder mit Encore jedoch keinen Lösungsansatz finden können!
Hat hier jemand ähnliche Erfahrung mit Encore unter W7 64????

Mein Adobe Flashplayer stürzt immer wieder ab

Hallo zusammen,
Ich habe bei meinem Lenovo Notebook G 585 von Windows 8 auf Windows 8.1 ein Update durchgeführt.
Seitdem läuft das Hochladen der Internetseiten, sowie das Abspielen von Videos entweder gar nicht oder nur stockend.
Es wird immer wieder eine Fehlermeldung "Adobe Flashplayer ist abgestürzt" angezeigt.
Mehrmaliges deinstallieren des Adobe Flashplayer Drivers brachte auch nicht den gewünschten Erfolg.
Wäre froh, wenn ich von Ihnen Hilfe bekommen könnte.

Speziell die Installation des Grafiktreibers ist notwendig, damit Webseiten, Videos und Spiele fehler- und ruckelfrei wiedergegeben werden: AMD Video Driver for Windows 8.1 (32-bit, 64-bit)
Stellst du damit keine Besserung fest, kann alternativ auch der aktuelle Treiber direkt von AMD getestet werden:

ITunes fragt immer wieder nach Username und Passwort

Guten Morgen ihr Lieben,
habe ein kleines Problem. Seit Tagen kann ich ich nicht mehr bei Itunes anmelden.Komme zwar in meinen Account, soll dan aber meine Rechnungsdaten hinterlegen. Ich will mich mit meinen Daten einloggen, drücke auf senden und komme wieder zu der Seite zurück, wo ich mich anmelden kann. Und dieses kommt immer und immer wieder.
Ich weiss nicht wo der Fehler liegt. Es ging immer und dan auf einmal alles tod.
Woran kann das liegen ?

5.1 (AC3) mit Encore CS4 / CS5

Hallo,
seit einiger Zeit versuche ich mit Encore CS4 eine DVD-Video mit 5.1-Sound zu erstellen. Ich erhalte auf der fertigen DVD aber immer nur Stereo.
Ich habe extra eine ac3-Datei (5.1) erstellt, damit Encore nicht transcodieren muss.
Was muss ich sonst noch beachten? Oder geht 5.1 nur mit Encore CS5?

Ja, die ac3-Datei steht auf "nicht transkodieren".
Der Original-Mix wurde exportiert mit Nuendo (wav 5.1).
Mit BeSweet wurde daraus die AC3-Datei erstellt.
Diese lässt sich z.B. mit Soundbooth CS4 öffnen. Alle sechs Spuren der AC3 werden sauber wiedergegeben und angezeigt.

PS CC Update kommt immer wieder

Hallo zusammen!
Ich habe mir vor ein paar Tagen PS CC inkl. LR gekauft. Hat alles wunderbar geklappt und es funktioniert auch alles.
Allerdings meldet mir die CreativCloud nach jedem Neustart, dass für PS ein Update verfügbar ist. Es handelt sich dabei um das 14.2.1 Update.
Wenn ich auf Aktualisieren klicke lädt er einige Zeit und meldet dann, dass die Aktualisierung erfolgreich war.
Hat jemand eine Ahnung was hier schief läuft?
Hab einen iMac mit OS 10.9.1

Das hat leider nicht geholfen.
Die Cloud bietet mir immer und immer wieder die Aktualisierung für PS an.
Ich denke, solange PS funktioniert ignoriere ich das Problem vorerst.

Would have been nice, if it would have stated WHICH invalid character and where it resides, wouldn't it.
Normally it's caused by damage to the installation database within the .msi for the program (in this case the itunes.msi file).
If we clear away the installation configuration information for iTunes, we should be able to get past it.
Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from the following page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.
Now run the utility ("Start > All Programs > Windows Install Clean Up"). In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any iTunes entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

Photoshop Testversion CS 4 stürzt immer wieder ab

ich habe mir Photoshop CS4 installiert (als Testversion). Das Programm stürtzt aber immer wieder ab. Der Fehlermeldung nach, habe ich zu wenig Arbeitsspeicher. Allerdings habe ich einen Laptop mit 2 GB Arbeitsspeicher, das sollte doch locker reichen, oder? Ich kenn mich ja mit Computern nicht so gut aus. Habt Ihr ein paar Tipps? Ich würde gerne ein ganzen Stapel paar Fotos bearbeiten und die Testversion gilt ja nur noch zwei Wochen! Also immer schnell her mit den Tipps!

Nich wirklich. Das ist die unterste Grenze wo man das programm überhaupt gerade noch so nutzen kann. Ansonsten sind solche Fragen realtiv witzlos ohne die notwendigen Angaben: Prozessor, Betriebssystem, Grafikkarte, Bildschirmauflösung, usw....

Encore CS4: Menü kopieren- Buttonnummern verdreht

Hi,
wenn ich eine Menüseite kopiere um die gleiche Seite nochmals in einer andern Sprache zu machen verdreht mir Encore die Buttonnummern.
Sprich, Button 1 im deutschen wird zu Button 7 im englischen.
Bei Buttons die nur unterstrichene Textebenen sind tauscht mir Encore dann sogar die Texte aus. Der Button heißt dann z.B. im englischen anstatt "Hauptmenü" auf einmal "Button 3"
Die Verknüpfungen bleiben aber bei der originalen Buttonnummer, also verweist mein Button 7 im englischen auf Film 1. Verstanden?
Warum ist das so und wie umgehe ich das?

Automatisches Umbennen kann man ausschalten im Eigenschaften Panel (automatische Bennenung) und in CS4 gibt's dafür auch 'ne globale Voreinstellung. Die Nummerierung ist gewollt, nur funzt es halt manchmal nicht so, wie man das gern hätte. Uralte Macke. Kannste nix machen, einfach Knöpfe wieder umbenennen.

Disc image file exported from Encore CS4 won't work

Hello,
I have a problem concerning the export of a disc image file in Encore CS4. I recently upgraded to CS4 and wanted to continue my project which I started editing with CS3. While working with CS3 I already did image files from this project for burning and testing the DVD. Back then it worked with no problems.
However, since using the CS4 version Encore does the image without any problem, but I can't use the image file in any way afterwards. I mounted it with Daemon Tools as I did before, but the DVD won't play in any software DVD player I have installed (Media Player Classic, Windows Media Player, Nero Showtime) nor can I access the file structure over a file manager. Nevertheless NeroInfoTool and ImgBurn say there is a DVD in the virtual drive. Then I exported the DVD project into a folder and now I can see the files in the file manger but again no player will play it.
Has anyone experienced this before and is able to help? It would be very appreciated since I don't want to downgrade back to CS3 :-)
It's Encore CS4, Version 4.0.1.048 on a 2,8 GHz HT CPU, 2 GB RAM, Nvidia Geforce 6800 UT, lots of HDD space, XP + SP3.

thank you both. As I said no player accepts the project exported to a folder. It doesn't matter if I point the player to the video_ts.ifo or just the folder - it won't play. As a consequence I re-installed Encore CS3 in which exporting worked fine and guess what - the exported image and folder output doesn't work either. Since it worked before in CS3 it comes down to the conclusion that either I did some editing to the project that screwed the project or Encore CS4 did. Checking for mistakes in the project and previewing in inside CS4 everything seems fine. So might it be CS4 that ****** up the project file??? I mean it's full of strange bugs so it could easily be that. I even updated my Daemon Tools yesterday and it won't make a difference.
Or could it be something else I haven't considered yet? Any ideas? I just don't want to build the whole project again which might not even work if it's some other error. This is a desperate call for help

"File not found" error when I try to render an animated menu (on mac) Encore CS4

I'm making a dvd with at least 2 animated menus. It means that I have a 1 movie in the background of each menu. Over my background, I have 3 thumbnail buttons which contain a small piece of movie animated movie too. When I try to to view my menus, in order to see the animation in the background and in the thumbnails I need to render the animation through File - Render - Motion menus.
The problem is that it works for the first menu but then when I continue my navigation to the second menu that has animation in background and thumbnails too, if I choose Render Motion menus,after 3/4 of the rendering it says "file not found" even if all the files are well in place in their folders.
Does anyone would have an idea of how to resolve this stupid problem that prevents me to burn my project on a DVD since the same errors will appear during the burning process (I use a mac with Encore CS4). Is it a bug? What are the solutions? Thanks for answering.

The use of the .WMV was because that was part of the Library .EM template. I would not anticipate problems with other formats, so long as they are supported and the same for all of your Menus in the Project.
If you have done several Motion Menu Renderings, you might want to clear Encore's Media Cache, just in case it is still referencing previous Render files.
And yes, the re-Importation should yield the same result as Linking/re-Linking.
Unfortunately, I do not have CS4, so I can't test this for you. There do seem to be a few real Bugs in the various CS4 programs, and maybe this is one?
That "File Not Found" rings a bell in my feeble brain. Seems that there was a post on that, but I do not remember it being related to Motion Menus. Maybe search will yield something of use.

Encore CS4 asset import creates black images

Running Encore CS4 on Win 7 32-bit; 4GB RAM, Radeon 7750 graphics
If I do an Import of assets, namely a bunch of standard, out of camera jpegs, about 2.5-4MB in size, then CS4 imports them but anywhere from 10-100% of them will just be black images.
Only solution I've found is to clear out the bad ones, save, close project, re-open project, re-import. Sometimes you can only import them one at a time without going through a close/open project step. Just clearing the image and trying to re-import without closing the project never works.
Worse - after re-opneing the project, sometimes some of the 'good' images have gone black and have to be re-imported.
Never had this problem with Encore 2.0.
Not having this problem with Encore CS3, but a CS3 project opened in CS4 also displays a bunch of black images which were OK in CS3.
So 2 questions
- anybody seen CS4 being so stupid as this? and have a real fix? (as it took me 4 hours to add 60 images yesterday, which is ridiculous)
- given CS3 seems to work (and opens projects much faster), is ther any downside to staying on CS3?

Windows 8 Encore CS4 Blu-ray BSOD

I'm getting a BSOD in Encore CS4 when I try to build a blu-ray project. I have an HP laptop with an LG USB blu-ray burner. When I click build, even to build just an image, and then change from "DVD" to "Blu-Ray", there is a hang then a BSOD. My crashdump indicates that pxhlpa64.sys is the culprit.
This seems to be relevant, BUT the solution is to upgrade CS6 to new patch:

I'm up-to-date in CS4, so that doesn't help. However, it sounds related and I'm hoping that my copy of CS4 Production Premium is still supported.
My version of pxhlpa64.sys is 3.0.78.0. WU can't find any updates as far as I can tell. I have not installed any drivers for my LG BE12LU38 Super Multi Blue, but it seems to be recognized and there are no updates via WU.

Right click the program icon and select Run as Administrator, which is NOT the same thing as running the computer with the Administrator account, and which fixes several "odd" problems... To create a two layer DVD (or a BluRay?), you MUST have Encore set to use the Run as Administrator option

Also, for CS4, right click the program icon and see if Win8 has the same WinXP compatibility mode that is available in Win7
As far as support outside of this user to user group... I seriously doubt that Adobe will provide any help for a program that is 3 versions old, and which was written before Win8 was more than a Microsoft dream
