Hire Process test through R/3 - Feature IVWID could not be evaluated

We are implementing HR Administrative services for Country grouping 99. For Hiring process when we test the process from R/3 we are getting an error - "Feature IVWID could not be evaluated".
Can anyone help us with this error?

Have you tried adjusting the "Audio Out" and the "Dolby Digital" settings in settings > audio and video? It may be worth trying several combinations of these settings, although typically it is the "Dolby Digital" setting that causes most problems for users.
Also make sure that you have correctly mapped the input port on your sound system to the output, if you are unsure about how to do this, refer to the manual that came with your sound system.
Have you tried playing various content sources (i.e. podcasts, music, iTunes Store video, other video etc), do you have the same problem with all types of content? If you use optical you might also check that you can see a red light at the end of your optical audio cable. Is your optical audio cable plugged straight into your sound system, or does it go through a switch or other device? -
Add feature - assembly could not be found error 0x80073701
I am trying to install the SNMP service on this server - succesfully did this on an identical server.
Windows reports back "The request to add or remove features on the specified server failed. The reference assembly could not be found. Error 0x80073701"
This error has been posted in a few places on the forums so I have followed the advice which includes the following:
1) I have run a chkdsk and rebooted.
2) I have run the system file checker (sfc / scannow) and this reported no issues with system integrity.
3) I have run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth. Reported repair made and I rebooted.
4) I have only the English language pack installed.
On inspecting the CBS log I see these errors, just a sample:

Management.

Event ID 2776 The worker process failed to initialise correctly and therefore could not be started
Hi All,
I'm getting the dreaded 503 Service Unavailable error on a freshly installed instance of SharePoint 2013 Foundation on a 2008 Server.
I get this error when I try opening the Central Administration Console.
It would appear that the worker process for the Central Administration console is crashing.
In the System event log, I see a stack of 5009 Errors:
Event Id 5009, WAS
A process serving application pool 'SharePoint Central Administration V4' has terminated unexpectedly.
Then I get an error:
Event id 5009, WAS
Application pool 'SharePoint Central Administration V4' is being automatically disabled due to a series of failures.
What I see:
In IIS, Both these application pools have stopped:
SharePoint Central Administration v4
SecurityTokenServiceApplicationPool
If I start them up, then try accessing the Central Administration portal in IE, I get a 503 error, Service Unavailable
When I check out the pools in IIS Manager, both pools have stopped.
What I've tried:
Ensured the password Identity is correct for each pool (the one that was used during the install, DB Account)
Ensured that 32 bit Applications are disabled for both Application pools
Ensured that the DB Account user has the following policy rights:
Logon as a service
Logon as a batch job
Replace a process level token
Any other ideas?

DSGETDCNAME advertising test failing. SYSVOL and NETLOGON shares not replicating. Please help!!!
Hello all. We are currently running a Windows Server 2003 ADDC as a virtual machine on a Windows Server 2012 host using Hyper-V. We have recently added a second Windows Server 2012 ADDC also as a Hyper-V VM. I promoted the 2k12 to a DC, transferred all FMOS
roles, and tested AD replication. All AD data was replicated fine. However a DCDIAG (the results of which I have attached to this post) show a few errors.
First off, it is failing the advertising test. This is more than likely due to a DNS error. Unfortunately, I can not seem to find the error within the DNS to resolve it.
Secondly, it is failing the KccEvent test; also seeming as a DNS related error.
Thirdly, both SYSVOL and NETLOGON shares were not successfully replicated. This is likely the basis for the other issues. Without these successfully replicated, I can not demote the 2K3 server; which is the goal in the end, to replace the old server with
the new.
I am willing to try just about anything, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. As for what I have tried, I have tried a non-authoritative restore using burr flags with no success. I CAN ping both DCs from each other ensuring connectivity. All
users can currently log on to the server (due to the fact that the 2K3 server is still running and still holds the SYSVOL and NETLOGON shares).
Once again, any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

Seems like you have/had a server named "retired1" with the same IP address as the new 2012 server? (if this is a old server) remove all references to it in DNS
Make sure that on the 2012 server in the TCP/IP DNS Settings, you only point to the 2003 DC for DNS (Not it self for now, and no external ISP DNS servers) - Run ipconfig /registerdns and restart the netlogon service on the 2012 server.
Can you post and unedited output of ipconfig /all from the 2012 server?

Error "Could not retrieve process instance" w UWL-GP thru Load Balancer
Hi,
We're using NW'04s EP SP14 for developing our portal website. An external load balancer balances the load between two portal instances CI & DI.
We are getting an Exception "Could not retrieve process instance: contact your system administrator" when we try to access the UWL Requests through the Load Balancer though it is working fine with the direct HostName in the URL.
SAP Note 1026119 did not solve the issue.
Has anyone faced such an issue before?

Virtual XP Mode Asks for Password after "Could not enable Integration features
With Win7 64 bit professional as the main OS I installed the VM XP Mode several years ago and occasionally when XP is booting up, it asks for a password for the username XPM User. I have never setup passwords for Win 7 or for XP so that the PC simply boots
up into first the Win 7 and then I can choose to boot straight into XP if I wish. On the occasions that XP asks for a password, I have simply closed down and rebooted successfully. Over the past two days I have received a dialog box telling me that the integration
features could not be enabled and on closing that dialog box, I am being asked for a password - which does not exist! As a result, I cannot access the personal finance application that I 've been using for the past 15 years. This is the only application I
run on XP and is the reason the virtual machine is in use.
I read through the existing posts on "could not enable integration features" and none seem to offer much of a solution to me. There is no .vsv file.

When finding the .vsv file, have you unchecked the show hidden files option? Go Control Panel | Folder Options | View and uncheck the option to "hide extensions of known file types" and also enable showing hidden files and folders. The file type is
Virtual Machine Saved State. If it exists, please delete it and restart the XPmode.
Regarding the password issue, have you checked those two threads?

The suggestions is to enter safe mode and make a password reset OR reinstall the intergration features. Please take a check with more suggestions offerred by the folks here.
If the above is not working, then we may consider to backup important files with XPM VHD file via Disk management, and then reinstall Windows XP mode.

Please help, I need urgently to transfer information through firewire cable and I could not remember how it was that I do it. I've connected the computers and restarted one of them by pushing T on startup but it did not work.
Shut down both Macs. Connect them via FW cable.
On the Mac you want to copy FROM. Start up but make sure you are holding down the T key as soon as you press the power button. And keep holding down the T key until the FireWire emblem appears on the screen - that's the indicator that the Mac is in Target Disk Mode (TDM). Note: if you release the T key too soon the Mac won't go into Target Disk Mode.
Start up the second Mac. The first Mac will appear in the Finder as a disk. You can use the Finder to copy whatever you want from the Mac that's in TDM.
When you're done, shut down both Macs. The Mac that's in Target Disk Mode can be shut down by holding down the power button until it turns off. -

The interesting thing is that Newtonsoft.Json (aka Json.Net) isn't used in the project at all or any referenced libraries. From the above log, it appears to me that this is outside of the coded UI test since it isn't registered as a script exception.
The question then is, why did this start after changing the user that the Coded UI system runs tests under? I have tried reverting it back to the original user via a snapshot (and change the host environment in Test Manager). Doing so gives me the same result
above.
I'm looking for any ways to debug this further or ideas for fixes. I have tried the following as failed fixes:
including Newtonsoft.Json in the solution
copy over the library to c:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 12.0\Common7\IDE\PublicAssemblies

Big thing to note is that last item. I had builds that I know worked and worked on multiple machines. Using those builds on any machine produces the same result. What could cause that error message and be machine/test code independent?Hi JasonUnrein,

Based on the error message and your description, I assume that the issue might be caused by your application instead of the Coded UI test. Were the project which you test a Web Api project? If so, I would recommend you log into the application directly without
the Coded UI project to check whether the application could work correctly. The link below might be useful to you:

In my option, I will recommend you create a new web project and a new Coded UI test project to test instead of using the original project.

iCal Server email invitations - how to test and get this feature working
Thanks Apple for introducing this nice little feature into iCal but then completely neglecting to write any sort of useful manual that can explain what to do when it doesn't work after you set it up for the first time.
At long, long last we have finally got there after about 6 months of fiddling on and off, so I thought I had better post up the process since many have similar issues and it is hard to ascertain what is going on.
Using an external email server was just a waste of time and it still wouldn't handle the replies properly even though it was supposed to handle '+addressing'. In the end I set up a special gmail account for the iCal server and finally got it working. I list here the process of configuring and testing the system to check that each little stage is working.
Set up a Gmail account in Apple Mail to access and test in the usual way for any email account (e.g. [email protected].);
Set the iCal server email to access the same email using the following settings:
IMAP
SMTP
[email protected]
smtp.gmail.com
Port: 993 [x] Use SSL
Port: 587 [x] Use SSL
User & Pwd
Login
User & Pwd
To test the settings:
send out a test email from Apple Mail to a non-server email address that you can access to check it has been received;
send out a test email from your non-server email account to [email protected] and check that it is received;
this tells you that the GMail account is setup correctly and working
Testing iCal:
I noted that iCal was deleting any emails that arrive in the inBox in Apple Mail as soon as they arrived (this is to be expected);
test that the invites are being sent from iCal by setting an event in iCal and inviting your non-server address (you may not see any sign of this in Apple Mail but you should catch it in the iCal server log and possibly in the Gmail sent mail box);
check that the invite is received at your non-server account and Accept it in iCal on another machine - the reply is automatically sent back;
the replies appear in Apple Mail but are quickly deleted by iCal. But their record for you to see is left in Gmail under 'All Mail';
Accepted invites appear as a notification button on the top left hand bar on iCal where you click to acknowledge them and then the attendee is shown as a green circled tick instead of a grey circled ?.
this shows that iCal invitations are working correctly. Whenever an event is updated, all invitees should be updated by email automatically.
I hope this helps anyone - I could certainly have done with something similar when I started with looking at this.

Trigger Process Chain through the Web
Hi,
I am trying to allow the users to control when they trigger a process chain through the web.
The users have a number of integrated planning sheets, which they access and input, once they are happy with the inputs, then they want to trigger the process chain to carry out additional loads.
I am using function module RSPC_CHAIN_ACTIVATE_REMOTE to trigger the process chain, when I test this with the chain set to direct scheduling it works fine.
I have set a planning function to call RSPC_CHAIN_ACTIVATE_REMOTE, with the process chain in question. Now when I run it with the chain set to direct scheduling it repeatedly calls the process chain over and over again, like it is in an endless loop.
When I try setting the chain to Meta Chain or API nothing happens.
Does anyone have any ideas why I can't get this to work through the web?

Hello everyone I have a general question about business process testing in Sales and Distribution
we have these business process definition documents and we have some functional requirements for thsoe documents and I wanted to know if someone has done this before where you created scenarios from those requirements and if yes I want to know how did one do it? I just need to understand the concept.

Initial Testing will be as under:
1. Create Stock artificially (in test server / sand box only)
2. Create Sales Order
--> Here the common expected error would be as under:
a. Sales Order Type not assigned to Sales area
b. Pricing Procedure assignment not done.
c. Pricing Condition record not maintained
d. Material not maintained or extended to relevant combination
On successful creation of Sales Order, next step would be to create Delivery.
3. Create Delivery and PGI
I will test this scenario in multiple manner
a. Create Delivery from Sales Order
b. Create Delivery through Transaction Code VL01N
c. Create Delivery through Transaction Code VL10C
--> Here the common expected error is copy control setting not maintained, defalult Delivery type not maintained accurately in sales Order Type, etc.
On successful creation creation of Delivery, assuing Picking is done appropriately, doing PGI.
Here the challenge is the Account determination setting reguires to be completed, without which in most cases, it will not allow to do PGI.
4. Create Billing
I will test this scenario in multiple manner
a. Create Billing through VF01
b. Create Billing through Transaction Code VF04
Here the challenge is the Account determination may not be complete and Billing Document is saved without creating accounting document.
In Integration Testing:
1. Assure that material stock is availble in unrestricted stock through MM/PP.
2. Creating Sales Order smoothly
3. Creating Delivery, picking and PGI smmothly.
4. Create Billing smoothly with creation of accurate accounting document
Troubleshooting the errors encountered.
Here the objective is that the process should execute seamlessly.
similar exercise is done for other processes like Stock Transfer, Third Party & so on........
