Historical Report don´t show historical call time specific

Hi Guys,
My Customer have a IPCCX 5.0 with redundancy and we have the following problem: The specific group tryed report and verified that for example 2 a.m until 7 a.m don´t appear the historic off calls. Any idea where is the problem?

Are you sure your CCX server receives calls at that time of night? Is CCM doing Time of Day routing to prevent this, or an external service taking the calls?
Which reports are you running?
Some reports report on CSQs, and CSQs may not see calls if your scripts perform time of day checks.

I'm using omwb to migrate a sql server database, i realize that at creation of oracle model there are few stored procedures that was not created.. those object doesn't appear in the Errors_and_Warnings_report.htm but in the logs. My question is why the report don't show those objects?
Another question: how to list the objects that the tool was unable to create in the oracle model?

Are the stored procedures that were not created, but were not in the in the Errors_and_Warnings report, visible in oracle, i.e. is the text available in Oracle? If so, it would be easy to compile all the objects in your schema and do a select to see which stored procedures were invalid.

SCCM 2012 - Reports don´t show reality

Hello all.
I´m trying to get reports for software titles that have not been used during a specified period of time trough default report "Software 09A".
The problem is the results don´t show the real situation. For example, got a 11k days unused software, like 30 years. =]
And more: some used softwares show as unused, and vice versa.
Anyone has the same problem and/or a solution for it?

It sound like the issue is a corrupted SWM data for a PC. I would try to repair the client and see what changes happen. In the end their might not be anything that you can do short of deleting the PC from CM12 & letting it get re-created or running the
software on the PC to reset the usage data.

Reports don't show on SCCM 2012 SP1 Console

Hello everyone,
We are encountering a strange issue with the SCCM 2012 reporting services. I was creating a custom report earlier. At some point, and I don't know exactly how, I could not open the Reports hive on the 'Monitoring' wunderbar. No reports load in the console.
When I right-click "Reports" and choose "Create Report" it throws up an error "The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorised".
When the above happens, what I see is that the report services service account keep getting locked out.
I can open both http://RerportingServicesServer/Reports ad well as http://RerportingServicesServer/ReportServer using the service account (when not locked) to see the reports but I can not launch 'Report Builder' option.
It's really strange. Looks as if the SCCM console is wrongly passing the stored service account while connecting to the reporting service.
The rest of the SCCM appears to be fine. The SQL services appear to be running fine (i.e. they are not stopped).
Any idea?

Hi all. Apologies for not getting back sooner. The issue hasn't gone away, instead I am using a workaround.
It appears to be a bug in the console to me. It looks like the problem is confined to my own account where as for other user accounts, the Reports do appear on the console on the same server.
As far as I remember (it was a while back;)) the problem originally occurred when I had opened the Report Builder (select report -> Right-click edit) it prompted me for logon credentials where I entered the report service service account which
has permissions to create/edit reports (but I also selected "save windows credentials" at that time which I think is the problem). It is since then things appear to be going wrong for my account. Now when I access the Reports folder on the console, the reports
don't appear. When I right-click to create report, the above "The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorised" error appears. And then I notice that the report services service
account (which I had entered initially several days ago before the error had first occurred) gets locked out. It looks like the Admin console is trying to pass the corrupt(?) Report service service account credentials to the Reports module and
that's where the problem lies. Though I could be wrong.

Blackberry Curve 8330 - Does not show in call timer anymore?

Either I am completely losing my mind, or this feature has disappeared. I used to be able to see, on the current call screen, a timer that showed the length of the current call. Now it does not show?
Any help would be appreciated!

I am having the exact same problem, with my Blackberry Curve - I was starting to think I was going crazy, because I am very certain that the current call time *used to* display on the screen, during the call. And now, it's not there anymore!
After checking all of the options settings in the phone and finding nothing to enable or disable this feature, I decided to call Verizon - who was clueless - they suggested that I restore my phone and re-install the OS. I've already checked the user guide, which has no mention of this feature (in either software version, v.4.2.2 or v.5.0)
** However, I will agree that this problem started when I had upgraded to v.5.0. **
I am also surprised that more folks have not taken notice of this - anyone out there with a solution please post it here!

I created my Bussines Components, I have a search page, I drag and drop this DataControl as af:table, called : YES_NO_DATE_TESTView1, to a jspx page ( search page ), I enabled sorting and filtering properties in the af:table .

Yes , I m . The query above is made for the View Object. But I don't why when I put a date in the af:inputDate the search don't show me the results that I hope.
Or , Need I to Programaticallly access to the InputDate and passed to a bind variable on the query ??

SPM Detailed Role level Reports don't show and other minor usage issues

We have successfully installed SPM on our DEV and QA boxes and are trying to test our reporting. We have setup role based firefighter and have got it to work on the ABAP side as well as on the Java side. However, when I go to the Role Reports in the web UI for SPM, and I run the Log Report, I have a problem.
The Log Report pulls the role firefighter data from the backend and displays it. There is an icon at the top right called "Display Detailed Reports", and upon clicking it, it tells me there's no match or conflict found.
However if I go into the firefighter tcode and then look at the same logs, there is a little more detail which I'd have expected to see in the web based detail report.
Do you know what I'm missing? I already checked the trace for any auth failures, and there is no auth failure.

Which traces have you run? I have a few similar issues which may benefit from running a trace.
The only other authorisations I would check is that the RFC / Connector user has the authorisations to be full logs in both the backend and web versions.

Certain Crystal reports don't show data - are there restrictions

We created quite a few reports in Crystal Reports (like invoice, deliverynote, picklist etc.).
When we connect some reports in SBO (layout- and design manager) they do not show any data. Only text fields are shown.
In these reports we use tables, UDF and Views. We also have subreports.
The reports are working fine in Crystal itself and also when using Crystal Wave (add-on). All parameters are set the right way, otherwise we would become a parameter error.
We did a test with one of the reports to remove the subreport and then it did show data (not the data from the subreport of course).
Another report with tables, UDF, views and a subreport doesn't give an error. It shows all the data.
So I was wondering what could cause this. Are there any restrictions to a report when connecting a Crystal Report to SBO using the layout- and design manager.

Do you maybe have inner joins for all of your tables and views?
Maybe it's a parameter issue causing no rows to be displayed. Did you test the exact DocEntry@ for your layouts?
No, from my experience I have not seen any limits when using SBO and CR inside the client.

How to show the processing time taken for a BPEL process in BAM report.

I have the data as below in the Data object. I would like to show the time taken for each order to complete in the report.

This data comes from simple BPEL process where sensors are configured at the start and end of BPEL process. Also have a human task activity in between to create the time difference.
In Enterprise link design studio, I tried to calculate the time difference using expression calculator and store it as calculated field. But that doesn't seems to work because when I execute the plan, second sensor data reaches only after human approval whereas first sensor data would be waiting for calculation and ultimately nothing comes into data object.
How and where the calculation be done to show the processing time in the report. Please someone throw some light on this.

I would suggest modifying your data object so that the data can all be in a single row and use the sensor at the end of the process to upsert (update) the row created by the sensor at the start of the process. The time difference between two fields in the same row is then an easy calculation on a BAM report -- No EL plan should be needed.

Parameter fields don't show up on the report

We upgraded our development platform from VS 2003 to VS 2005 and one of the components which uses crystal report. One issue we can not resolve so far is the parameter fields which are inserted into the reports don't show up (empty) when reports are converted into PDF files.

I assume they show up on the report preview, you may want to change the font for the param fields. And just out of curiosity, if you try putting the Parameter fields someplace else, do they show up then ?

Airport Extreme Airdisk backs up, doesn't show up in Time Machine

I got my AirDisk to make back ups, but somehow they don't show up in Time Machine. I can only see the back ups I made when my hard disk was still physically connected to my laptop (USB cable), and not through Airport Extreme.
Also, even though Time Machine makes back ups that I can find on my disk in Finder, I can't actually access the folders in these back ups. Finder keeps telling me it can't find the file the alias is pointing to.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Could it work to erase all old back ups, and start all over again?

I suggest that you visit the "AirPort Extreme (802.11n)" discussion area since that is the ONLY AirPort Extreme base station (AEBS) with the ability to use USB hard drives and there are many discussions about this topic already in that discussion area.
This discussion area is for the older round 802.11b/g AEBS which do NOT support USB hard drives.

When i run one report its show in background engin Preview i don't want to close this report
and i run 2nd report then its show waiting in preview i want to run 2 or more reports at a time

In Oracle 6i, you can open only 1 report at a time. As far as i know, there is no option to show more than 1 report.

I think it is a good feature, but I'd like to make some suggestions.
1) When the dialog pops up (like your attachment), it would be nice if I could tell it right then that I don't care about that advice. Right now you have to click on the link and then say you don't want the advice in the future. I think it is that extra step that is really annoying. I think, like most people, my instinct is to just close the dialog. Then next time I run LabVIEW I have to deal with it again. After the 5th time dismissing the damn thing I turn it off.
2) It would be nice to have an easy way to turn JIT advice off for a particular session. For example, I'm called on to help get new employees up to speed in LabVIEW. When I sit down at their computer to help design/debug things, I would really like to turn off JIT advice but just for my session. I don't want to change the other persons settings.
3) It would also be nice to be able to turn off JIT advice without going to the options.
So, I guess what I would like is this. When the JIT advice dialog comes up, instead of only having the link to the advice I'd like to see some a button that will turn off this topic in the future, a button that will turn it off for this session of LabVIEW and a button that will turn JIT off for good (with a verification dialog).
So, experience programmers with a new install will just turn it off for good the first time it pops up. Experience programmers on someone else's machine can turn it off without messing up the other persons ini file and I can leave it on when LV8 comes out and just dismiss the old advice quickly as it comes up.
