History exportable

I am searching a way to make some operations on a multi-layers document using a low resolution images so I did not get a Giga type of document that it's very hard to manage ( I' am working with a kind of puzzles that combine 40-60 different images at different dimensions). I was wondering if there is a way to record a final state of the processed low res document and then launch a script that does the same operations you did on a new document at high res.
Sorry for my english:-D. I have tried to record a script but most of the command results non avalibale. Especially the ones about moving layers on canvas....

I have the same problem. Please help!

  • PU12: all master data (+history) exported when 1 infotype is changed

    Hi,
The problem we are facing is the following...
We run report RPTUPD00 for an employee. This report updates all absences of an employee, which could be of several years ago.
The next time we run the export, all master data of this employee is in the export file, not just the changed absences. And not only master data of the current payroll period, also all records of before. As a result, we end up with a temse file of a few 100MB, while otherwise it's never more than a few MB.
I don't understand why this is happening. The records of the other infotypes have not changed since the previous export, yet they are again included, despite having change validation activated.
I'm thinking it might be because report RPTUPD00 sets the earliest master data change date in IT0003 to the oldest absence (which is logical).
In the documentation, there is the following:
"During the first export after a change covering several periods, the changes are sent for every  payroll period affected by the change."
But in our case, there are no changes (except to IT2001 of course), yet all other infotypes are also completely exported again.
So I don't know how this can be solved, anyone has an idea?
    Thanks in advance! :o)

    Hi Raghu,
I understand that after change credit limit in FD32 you musn't run it, because as note says:
The RFDKLI20 report recreates the SD and FI credit data after
    organizational changes
and I understand that change the credit limit (for instance, an insurancer set the credit limit to zero) isn't an organizational change. Think that if you do a SO in a moment when you have an insurance for nonpayment, the withdrawal of it isn't retroactive. I think that you know SAP Note 408596 - RFDKLI20: Recreating credit data - new documentation. Other useful note is SAP Note 396338 - Problems in credit management - analysis help
The second. Avoid it in business hours. It's related with locks. You can lock to other users or other users can lock you (a SO, a FI document, and so on) and as these notes says, you must to re-run it.
Finally, if you read the documentation of F.28, info icon, it suggests us: to run it in non-business hours and run it in background.
Other suggestion, take into account the question related with documents that end-users changed their credit status, it's possible that these documents return to values before to change them with tools as VKM4 (but perhaps it happens with RVKRED77, sorry but it's been a long time since I did it last time).
    I hope this helps you
    Regards
    Eduardo

  • I want to export the history

I want to export my history to another file, how can I don't that??

hello, per default firefox is storing the history together with the bookmarks in a database/file named places.sqlite inside the [[Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data|profile folder]]. you'd have to backup this file you want to restore your history on another firefox installation.
if you just want to save your history in a "readable" form (&don't want to import it in another instance of firefox), you could use an addon like https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/history-export/.

  • Where can I find details about searching within my history / bookmarks

I'm looking for things like using negative (-) to exclude items from search, using AND, OR, other tricks, details like that.

    You can't do that in Firefox.<br />
In the library and sidebar you can only do simple AND type of searches and search the title and location field.
You would have to export the bookmarks and history to an HTML or CSV file and open that file is a spreadsheet or other program that allows such more precise selections.

  • I need a printout of my browser history for march 23, 2012. I need a certified printout from Mozilla showing the sites that I visited for that particular day.

Specifically, I need info from March 23, 2012 between the time of 7:30 and 2pm. I need it ASAP.

You can do save a screenshot of the history manager window with that history on display and print hat out.

  • My Firefox history is shortened to a few entries for the last months, weeks, days. How is this even possible?

    The title says it all.

If a large amount of history items were removed then this is either caused by deleting those entries manually or with a problem with the places.sqlite database file.
Also make sure not to use Clear Recent History.
Is a specific (month) range gone or are only specific entries missing possible from the same server?
Problems with bookmarks and history not working properly can be caused by a corrupted places.sqlite database file.
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database file in the Firefox profile folder.

  • Migrating browsing history from Windows 7 to Mac.

I created a Firefox Profile and synced from Windows 7 to Mac.
Only a small amount of my browsing history was migrated (from 9 July 2013 onwards).
There are approximately 47 500 entries going back to September 2010.
I downloaded the History Export add-on and tried exporting my browsing history in the .html format. Firefox kept crashing and I could not complete this.
Is there any way to migrate my entire browsing history to my Profile and my Mac?
    Many thanks

  • My history restore function does not work - neither a saved history nor the dated entries the browser saves. How can this be fixed?

I carefully and specifically used the backup function in an attempt to backup my history before I cleared it to try to fix another problem. However, on trying to restore the history, I instead found out that only the bookmarks had been backed up and my history was lost. Why be so cruel as to offer what seems to be a history backup but in reality is not?
Yes, I should have used FEBE, but since there was a button and menu on the "Show all history" library, the implication is that it is the history, not the bookmarks that are being backed up. That's irresponsible at best.

There is an extension to backup the history, but as far as I know there is no way to restore history once deleted unless you would restore a copy of the places.sqlite file that has this history.

  • Basic ~/.bashrc ~/.bash_profile tips thread

A lot of this is borrowed from other sites, including the wiki
This by no means all-inclusive, please add on anything interesting along this topic
    About ~/.bash_profile and ~/.bashrc
    disclaimer:  I don't use ~/.bash_profile or ~/.profile
there is plenty of documentation on the web on how to use these properly if you're interested
in fact, my ~/.bash_profile looks like this:
    #!/bin/sh
    ### THIS IS A DUMMY FILE
    ### DON'T NEED TWO FILES TO DO ONE JOB
    ### LET'S CALL ~/.bashrc INSTEAD
    source ~/.bashrc
Now, if you choose to go this method, there's a little trick you can do to eliminate ~/.bash_profile altogether
as root create file /etc/profile.d/bashrc.sh with contents:
    #!/bin/sh
    source ~/.bashrc
    AND
    chmod +x /etc/profile.d/bashrc.sh
Since /etc/profile executes everything in /etc/profile.d/ that is chmod executable, the little script we just created will cause ~/.bashrc to be read on every login... I personally prefer this method to the dummy ~/.bash_profile, but I keep both since I share my /home directory across distributions and not all distros are the same.
Now, on to the actual ~/.bashrc:
    #!/bin/sh
    ### ALIASES
    alias ls="ls --color"
    alias ll="ls --color -lh"
    alias la="ls --color -a"
    alias pacs="pacsearch"
    alias vim="vim -y"
    alias nano="nano -w"
    ### NICE COLOR BASH PROMPT
    function bash_prompt

    local GREEN="[33[0;32m]"
    local CYAN="[33[0;36m]"
    local GRAY="[33[0;37m]"
    local RED="[33[0;31m]"
    if [ `id -u` != "0" ]; then
    PS1="${GREEN}u${CYAN}@${GREEN}h ${CYAN}w${WHITE} ${default}$ "
    else
    PS1="${RED}u${CYAN}@${GREEN}h ${CYAN}w${WHITE} ${default}$ "
    fi
    bash_prompt
    ### COLORIZE PACMAN (PACS)
    pacsearch () {
    echo -e "$(pacman -Ss $@ | sed
    -e 's#current/.*#\033[1;31m&\033[0;37m#g'
    -e 's#extra/.*#\033[0;32m&\033[0;37m#g'
    -e 's#community/.*#\033[1;35m&\033[0;37m#g'
    -e 's#^.*/.* [0-9].*#\033[0;36m&\033[0;37m#g' )"
This is really pretty basic.  I use the same ~/.bashrc for all users, including root...
The alias section is pretty self explanatory, basically the parts in quotations (" ") get run instead of the commands before the equals (=) in every case.
The bash prompt section is a bit nifty.  The first part, with color definitions, is so that I don't go mad trying to write the actual PS1 line.  Makes it cleaner in my opinion.  There's lots of documentation out there if you're interested in modifying the prompt I have.
The if/then/else statement in the bash prompt section checks if the user is root.  If not, the username is displayed in GREEN at the prompt.  If the user is root, the username is displayed in RED.  A nice visual reminder, and since I use my ~/.bashrc for ALL users, including root, it helps make the file more portable.
The last section is taken straight from the Arch wiki.  At the top I aliased 'pacs', which calls this section.  Basically 'pacs' can take the place of 'pacman -Ss' and offer simple colour output.

This is how I set my title at the moment, the script is not mine.
    Variables found here:#Prompt_variables
This one shows  'date@tty/nr' so today '14-05-06@pts/4'
When I run xcalc from cli, the title shows: [qinohe@dryad]  @ (xcalc)

  • [SOLVED-ISH] sudo in zsh: vim autocorrecting to .vim

Hey guys. Recently, (possibly as of zsh 4.3.15), whenever I'm in ~, zsh has been prompting me to autocorrect
    sudo vim $filename
    to
    sudo .vim $filename
Without "sudo", zsh makes no attempt to uncorrect "vim", which vaguely reminds me of having a sudo="sudo " alias in bash to get autocompletion working for sudo commands. Alas, that alias doesn't seem to have any effect on this zsh problem.
I can avoid the problem by unsetopt-ing correctall, but I'd rather avoid that if possible; setopt correct just doesn't do enough for me.
I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and has found a better solution to avoiding it.
Here's my .zshrc, in case I've got setopt anallyretentivecorrect in there somewhere, and I'm just not seeing it.

I’m running Arch linux on a Thinkpad T40 laptop with e17 as a desktop environment, but I use LXTerminal as a terminal emulator for now.
Today I start LXTerminal, and it displays a cursor, but no prompt, and I cannot type anything in it. I do know that:
    it worked yesterday,
    Xterm still works,
LXTerminal works if started as root from xterm (but not as a user),
and I can su to my user account from this root terminal.
The following packages have been upgraded between then and now, but none of them looks very promising to me:

Like the thread you linked to says, it's always been there. I do have a pacnew file, but the formatting is the same and it's empty, so evidently I just kept using the one I had.
Thanks though Jason, that does seem to have been the issue. And I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one caught off guard.
I'm marking this solved now, thanks everyone.

  • How do I export my browsing history from one computer to another?

I am using a new laptop and want to export my whole browsing history inc. bookmarks, cookies etc from the old one to the new. Can this be done? I am using Firefox 4 and Windows 7, but am no longer able to connect to the internet on the old one.

You can do that by copying the relevant data files from the profile folder on the old computer to the equivalent folder on the new computer. For details of the files to copy and the location of the profile folder see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Recovering+important+data+from+an+old+profile

  • I lost my history due to ill-conceived hidden transient max pages, now I'm trying to combine two history files/ export history!

6 months ago I created a new firefox profile and I transfered over my key settings files like my history/bookmarks.
3 weeks ago my entire history was wiped clear when I started to use my system's pagefile due to some weird function of max_transient pages.
my goal now is to create a new profile which has both my history from january through june which I still have stored in an old archived profile, as well as my recent history of things I've been doing recently, I rely a lot on firefox's auto suggest box to remember websites.
    I found this advice:
support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Recovering important data from an old profile#w_bookmarks-and-browsing-history
I followed it, I moved 7000 history entries to boomarks, then exported those bookmarks as html
now I imported those bookmarks to the new profile (I know I could've just copied the file but I wanted to test merging history's and my goal here is to merge the 3weeks of entries 7000 entries with the 6months of entries 100,000 entries)..
anyways the exported bookmarks imported successfully, but.... there's no way to convert a bookmark into a history entry!!! if I try to copy/paste from my bookmarks to my history it won't let me, paste isn't even a choice! so what was the point of all this? and why did that old question get resolved and answered in that manner?
so my question is: is there anyway to convert a bookmark into a history entry? It's very easy to convert history entries into bookmarks! all you do is copy/paste! (I'm aware going to a bookmarked site creates the history entry but that's not an option because I don't want to have to load 107,000 websites!?!!! that wouldn't be possible)
so is there anyway to merge histories? or anyway to convert bookmarks into history entries? if this isn't possible I think the answer here should be changed:
support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Recovering important data from an old profile#w_bookmarks-and-browsing-history that answer is bad/useless if it's not possible to do the next step!
I'm willing to try using firefox sync here, but the problem is firefox sync has a limit of 25megabytes and my history file is 75megabytes for the january-june part, and the part that's just novemeber/october is ~20megabytes so I'm not sure if I could perform that sync or not

also just to clarify things I was able to merge a 20megabyte sqlite file with a 75megabyte sqlite file somehow magically using firefox sync's 25megabytes of storage and the result was somehow only 82megabytes? which I don't quite get, and It only used 23megabytes of my sync storage?
none of the entries are missing though, and the history merge is entirely live and functional, it's great! hooray! (maybe date visited type data was lost but I never cared about)
really the only thing I need from my history is to work like bookmarks that aren't as important as bookmarks in the formula which suggets url's to me when i type in 2or3 letters, anyways... all the answers out there telling people to copy history into a bookmark folder and export... don't do it! it's bad advice there is no way to convert bookmarks back into history entries... and importing 60,000bookmarks from an html file crashes firefox anyways!! (almost always)
anyways firefox sync rocks hooraaaay I can't believe that actually worked!
