HKSCS-2004 by Hong Kong Government

Does anyone know when Oracle 9i or 10g provide support for HKSCS-2004 (both formal code points and PUA code points)?

Actually, I have done some tests in our 9.2.0.3.0 DB. I presume it supports HKSCS-1999 (all Big5 codes as well as all code points located in PUA and ISO 10646-1:2000 points). Among the 4,702 characters, 4,696 survive after round-trip conversion with a pair of convert() calls between ZHT16HKSCS and AL16UTF16.
For the remaining 6 characters:
i) \3C18, \4491 and \FFED all became xA148 (double width question mark in Big5) and then \FF1F.
i) \3C18 cannot be mapped to ZHT16HKSCS (while its PUA counterpart, \EEA1, can be mapped).
ii) \4491 cannot be mapped to ZHT16HKSCS (while its PUA counterpart, \F7EA, can be mapped).
iii) \FFED cannot be mapped to ZHT16HKSCS (while there is really a HKSCS-Big5 counterpart).
iv) \F53A cannot be mapped to ZHT16HKSCS (while it can be mapped to ZHT16MSWIN950).
v) \ED64 is converted to \47B6 (I think they have the same glyph indeed).
vi) \F907 is converted to \9F9C. For this pair, I don't think they are the same characters.
I also found that the Big5 UDA/VDA codes are convert()'ed to formal ISO 10646 code points whenever possible. It's so unfortunate that I don't have any 10g DB for testing.
