I bought an iPhone5 in the US Apple Store using "guest checkout".
Now I must CHANGE Ships TO adress, because I forgot apartment number in adress.
if I login with my Apple ID, it says that I don't have permission to open that Order.

Only you can activate your iPod by typing in your id and password, or you can remove a device from your account via http://icloud.com . If you can't remember your account id then do you have any of its downloads on your computer's iTunes : Recovering a forgotten iTunes Store account name ? If not then you could try http://iforgot.apple.com . I'm new to using the apple OS. Recently had business partner buy an ipad mini, was thinking of buying more for our businesses. I'm used to using Windows Office products for my reports, wanted to know how apple's Pages, Keynote and Numbers compared and whether they could be used on the ipad mini.

An apple representative told me its ok to buy a Ipad mini wifi cellular because they are NOT locked devices, I can just take the at&t chip out and put in another carrier. and it will work
I thought apple change the name from Wifi + 3G to Wifi + Cellular because it has features to work just like a cell. e.g. recive calls and text etc.
My question is can it really do that? or is their an app I can down load to received calls with the cellular data number and also send out calls? or sms messages? -

Thank you.You can log out of an account (you can't 'cancel' an account) by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store - any content that you downloaded with that account will remain tied to that account. You can then create a new account via the Create New Apple ID button on that screen. I have set up an apple I'd but I can't put any free apps on my ipad mini as it won't let me choose the none option when I get to card details as I don't have a credit card and can't use a bank card. How can I do it without a card plz can someone help me feel like I'm going round in circles.

When I tap the Apple store, YouTube and the iTunes apps, they don' launch. Any help with this?

I took my Mac Mini to the Apple store yesterday since I was having trouble with difficult to read text. They recommended wiping the drive and reloading it. I lost iMovie, iPhoto and Garage band in the process. How can I get them back. The App store says they are already installed.
What I missed was that I needed to select "Purchased" rather than using the normal listing of items. Once I went to the purchased list I could easily download the various software.

How can you tell the difference between a genuine Apple lead and the cheap, or sometimes not so cheap imitations? I spoke with two people at Apple Support - one said that it has Designed in California Made in China and the serial number stamped on it, and the other said it didn't. Come on guys, how are we supposed to tell if you can't? I'd really like to know how to identify my lead amongst my daughter's gazillion fakes?
All my cables are genuine either with the devices or from Apple retail Store I have never found a serial number on any regardless of which length ,I have all three lengths

You can use your apple id on her device and also keep the syncs separate by using different accounts on the mac. If you would like to set up a new account, you may do that as well either with or without a credit card. If you want to create one with a credit card please see this article:
