Ho un problema con il pagamento della creative cloud.

Salve a tutti.
Ho caricato in ritardo la postepay che utilizzo per pagare l'abbonamento alla cloud ed ora il software mi avvisa continuamente facendo scorrere i giorni che mancano alla disabilitazione dell'account. Ho ricaricato la postepay. Come faccio a pagare? Qualcuno può aiutarmi?

  • Problems downloading free trial of creative cloud

    i cannot download the free trial version of creative cliud on my imac. each time i try i get an error message to check my internet connectivity and firewall settings.  i do not believe i have any firewall as this is a new imac bought only 3 days ago and my internet connectivity is fine as i can download other programmes and have no problem browsing web pages.
    please can someone help as i am worried that if i purchase a subscription the same thing will happen.

    Welcome to the forums!
    Have you tried downloading any other file from internet to check if this problem is just with Adobe Creative cloud or other files as well. Also, to start please try the below step:
    This error might come if the files are not able to access certain files, please try and download in the Root user on your iMac.

  • Problemas con la instalacion del Xl Report.

    Estimados:
    Tengo un cliente con SAP 2005 A SP 01 PL 34 y SQL Express. Como desea migar a SAP 2007 A fue necesario cambiar el SQL Express por SQL Server 2005.
    Este cambio se realizo sin desinstalar SAP, respaldando las bases de datos, inclusive la SBO-COMMON.
    Cuando se instalo el nuevo SQL, se cambio el nombre al servidor.
    Una vez lista la instalación, se cargaron las bases de datos respaldadas y no tuvimos problemas con SAP.
    En SAP estaba instalado el addons XL Report, pero al querer iniciarlo este envió un mensaje de error, en el cual indicaba que no encontraba o existía el nombre del servidor del SQL antiguo.
    Debido a esto se decidió desinstalar el XL Report para reinstalarlo.
    Al hacer este proceso el problema suscitado es que no lo instala y por lo tanto no lo inicia.
    Es importante señalar que al momento de instalarlo no envía ningún mensaje de error, e inclusive dice en la parte inferior de la pantalla u201CAddons instalado con éxitou201D.
    El cliente realizara la migración en un par de semanas mas, por lo tanto debo dejar funcionando el XL Report en estas condiciones.
    Alguien sabe porque ocurre este problema y como se soluciona?

    Tienes que eliminar en el sql el inicio de sesión xlruser y la base de datos ixmetaSbooem y proceder de nuevo a la instalación del addon desde el inicio.

    Tengo un lenovo Y40 comprado hace 4 meses y desde los primeros dias de uso he tenido problemas con las 2 teclas del mouse. A la hora de hacer el click requiero de mucho esfuerzo para que funcione y aun asi muchas veces no sirve. El tactil del mouse funciona normalmente pero las teclas no funcionan. SOS

    Subito dopo l' aggiornamento di iOs 7, quando sincronizzo l'iPhone 5 all' iMac, le playlist sull'iPhone non vengono aggiornate.
    Ovvero, se cerco la canzone aggiunta di recente nella libreria dell' iPhone la trovo, ma nella playlist automatica delle aggiunte di recente, no.
    da itunes su mac, andando nel pannello di tutti i file presenti nell'iphone, le playlist risultano aggiornate.
    Nel caso dell'iPhone 4s, problema leggermente diverso, sincronizza le canzoni, ma nell'eseguire una canzone, su iphone, si esegue quella sotto.

  • Problems with bugs in Adobe Creative Cloud for Mavericks users.

    Ever since I downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud to my newly purchased macbook pro, there have been issues. I have the mavericks update and this seems to be the main problem. There is alot of small bugs that is really annoying when you come from Adobe CS5 where everything is working fine! Everything in between shortcuts like cmd + C, cmd+ z, v for black arrow and etc. Everytime I open any of the programs, I get the license agreement that i have to agree the terms of use on. Both InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects seems to have these. And when I contact Adobe support, they say that this is NOT a common problem. But on first try, googling it, I find that many have the same problems. So this isn't gonna be solved by reinstalling everything because there is something wrong with my mac. So when is adobe going to fix this? When After Effects wouldn't launch after the mavericks update, you guys came up with a solution pretty fast. Do this again please?

    I don't have Flash installed. When I encounter video that is Flash only (getting rarer and rarer) I open Google Chrome on my Mac and watch it there.
    That's the only reason I have Chrome on my Mac.

  • Problem with Adobe Help in Creative Cloud

    I'm using Mac OSX 10.9 but this problem has been here before that.
    My Adobe Help application says "No Adobe Products are currently installed." which is completely wrong. If I look at the "Local Content tab there is nothing displayed. I did have the "Display Local Help Content only" set to "yes, because it annoyed me to be taken to SLOW website whenever I clicked help. But now I have no other options and it seems to have mucked uo the help system altogether. I have changed it to "No" now so that it will display online content, but the real problem is that it does not recognise ANY of the installed CC applications.
    Any clues as to what the problem is or how I can make Adobe Help recognise my installed applications? Adobe Help has SUCKED BADLY for local help content for a long now.

    i too have issues with the help the tech sopport for Adobe. When i last tried to call i was told it would be a hour wait. Using the online chat was useless as well. Then to top things off my code for the ID theft monitering servies is not valid. Now i have to call and deal with that, there is another half a day wasted. I think its time to hack the software, YES adobe i have the .DLL files needed to have creative cloud or windows 7. Unless i get better help im going to cancle my subscription and just intall the hacks so the software still works. who needs support they are useless anyway.

  • Problem with Indesign CC 2014 (Creative Cloud)

    I tryed to install InDesign CC 2014 (in a Mac) from Creative Cloud but the installation hangs in 17%... Checking the logs shows me that there is a problem with the file.
    Here is a screenshot of the logs
    If this is correct the selected text says that the file is corrupted...
    Note: This is the unique app that give me problems... I have installed Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Pro, etc. without any problem.

    try circumventing your cc app and see if that helps:

    the most common problem is caused by failing to meticulously follow steps 1,2 and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system enabling you to download the correct version from adobe.com).
    failure to obtain that cookie results in an error page being displayed after clicking a link on prodesigntools.com or initiates the download of an incorrect (eg, current) version.
