    PS is part of the photography plan, so your single app plan is redundant.

    Depends on what you mean by everything.
    The simple answer is no, not all Adobe software is included in the Cloud. Mainly the popular design, web, audio and video editing software titles previously offered in the Master Collection plus a few extras.
    Popular titles not in the Cloud include Photoshop Elements (Cloud includes full Photoshop), Premiere Elements (Cloud includes Premiere Pro full version), Captivate, Contribute and others.

    I have a Mac and a PC at work and 5 machines at home (Macs and PCs) in different rooms. I would like to be able to use the software whenever creativity strikes. Otherwise I am forced to keep using Gimp and other solutions at home.

  • My premier keeps opening as an expired trial version even though I have a creative cloud plan.

    I have an up to date payed for plan for premier with creative cloud but every time I open Premier on my desktop it opens as a trial version.  Now that trial has expired and I can't open it and it diverts me to a page to pay again.
    How do I get the app on my computer to communicate with my adobe account?  Do I need to reinstall?

    He seguido todos los pasos del Asistencia tecnica y no debería pedirme el numero de serie.
    Anteriormente descargué la versión de prueba. Cuando se me acabó compré la tarifa mensual de illustrator, me la han cobrado y no puedo utilizarla. En el panel de aplicaciones de Creative Cloud me aparece en la de illustrator "periodo de prueba caducado" y la opción de comprar. Le doy a comprar de nuevo y me dice que ya la tengo pero no está registrada.
    No se que puedo hacer.

    Puedes ir a la página de inicio de Adobe.com, y entrar en tu Adobe ID, y mirar tus programs o productos? Ahí debe indicar si tiene ya registrado la subscripción a Illustrator CC.
    Abre el panel de creative Cloud y en Preferencias comprueba que está usando el mismo Adobe ID con que has realizado la subscripción mensual a Ai CC, si esta ya consta en tu Adobe ID.

    A mi me pasa lo mismo pero con mi iMac, ¿Sabes si la garantía inluye la reparación? necesito que deje de pasar esto, pues es incómodo, ya van varias veces y eso de estarlas reiniciando las puede dañar.
