Eso puede ser un problema de harware o un problema de software.
En caso de que sea software, hazte una copia de seguridad (yo recomiendo iCloud con todo sincronizado y luego iTunes), asegurate que no vas a perder nada y restaura el teléfono. Cuando esté hecho, simplemente configura el teléfono, cuando te diga si quieres recuperar una copia de seguridad elige la que mejor te venga y cuando acabe prueba si se ha solucionado tu problema.
En caso de que sea hardware tendrás que hablar con el servicio técnico.
