EStoy teniendo un problema para descargar aplicaciones, comprar musica etc me avisa de un problema de facturacion con una compra anterior pero todos los datos de la tarjeta de crédito son correctos que puedo hacer?!

Go here and select your country in the lower right corner of the page. Then tap iTunes Store support on the right side and select the proper option that suits your needs in the next window.

You are right, but how could i send it to Apple? when the phone company first replaced my iphone they had in stock alots of iphones and they just sent mine back to Apple and gave me a new one, so all i did is to give them my phone, but now how could i sent it to Apple? and i cant send it by myself, and the store wont do that, its a lost for them.. so sending it to Apple wasnt an option from the begining.
and for the record, i dont think the store where i bought it is an authorized shop.. its just a store who boughts phone's from Apple in a low price and sells it in much more money..

Have you tried signing out of your iTunes & App Store on your device and then back in again - Settings>iTunes & App Store, click on Apple ID, then on Sign Out. Then sign in again and see if it accepts the password.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, try resetting your device (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). Once the reset is complete, the Slide to Unlock screen will display. See if the problem is resolved.

Reinstalling OS X Without Erasing the Drive
Boot to the Recovery HD: Restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the COMMAND and R keys until the menu screen appears. Alternatively, restart the computer and after the chime press and hold down the OPTION key until the boot manager screen appears. Select the Recovery HD and click on the downward pointing arrow button.
Reinstalling OS X Without Erasing the Drive
Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions: Upon startup select Disk Utility from the main menu. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions as follows.
When the recovery menu appears select Disk Utility and press the Continue button. After Disk Utility loads select the Macintosh HD entry from the the left side list. Click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If Disk Utility reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit Disk Utility and return to the main menu.
Reinstall OS X: Select Reinstall OS X and click on the Continue button.
Note: You will need an active Internet connection. I suggest using Ethernet if possible because it is three times faster than wireless.

I tried turning the computer off and then back on. The alerts don't show the notice to update as resolved. Hopefully this is not a problem or an indicator or another problem. Should I ignore or reload 10.10.1 from the app store to trigger a resolved check in a green circle?
Interesting that I had to buy server software after my free Yosemite download. I would have hoped that the two pieces of software would have gone together without any complication. It is not positive to end up buying a problem. Ah well, time to move on.

If you can't remember your security questions go to Express Lane.
select iTunes from the list, then iTunes store. On the next screen select account Management. There, select iTunes store account security and write that you would like to reset your security questions and / or answers.
You should get an eMail reply over the next 24 hours.

Why can't I report a problem in my app store?

Is it just me, or we can't report a problem anymore? Before I updated my iTouch to ios5, I am able to report a problem directly from my iTouch. But now, I can't see any 'Report a Problem' when I open my app in the App Store. Need help please. TIA!

Download problem from the App Store

The download hangs at 425 Mb every time and cleaning the storeagent cache and restarting the download again doesn't help. Presumably, it is App Store server problem, but I can't find any contact information there.
I wonder, is there any way to bring support attention to this?

IPhone 4S - problems loading the app store to the correct app

Sorry for the cross-post, but I think I accidentally posted this in the wrong place.
This problem is only occurring on the iPhone 4S, iPhone 4 is fine. We were hoping iOS 5.1 would fix the problem but it hasn't. The problem is very easy to replicate but I have been googling and can't find any discussion of it. To replicate:
1. Launch app store and navigate to any random page. (Say Categories : Business : TurboScan)
2. Close app store (not fully close, just press Home/close button), navigate to Safari, and click either of these links to our app:

(actually the post editor won't let me make a regular anchor tag out of this one, so you'll have to paste it into your address bar)
The app store opens to the previous page that I had open (in this case TurboScan info page), not the Directv app which we are trying to direct the user to install.
If we close the app store and then click the link, it launches to the DTV app as expected. Also after some undetermined period of time (roughly 10 minutes) the problem seems to go away and the app store launches correctly to our app.
Any help on this issue would be massively appreciated.

FYI - I meant to say that to get the app store to work properly you need to fully close it by double-clicking the home button.

Dopo ave acquistato un gioco sul mac app store mi rimane il pulsante aggiorna sotto il gioco, cliccandoci si avvia il download del gioco ma una volta finito il tasto aggiorna ricompare.
Quale è il problema?

Avete forse avete una copia del gioco su un disco di backup collegata al Mac? Questo è probabilmente l'app che necessitano l'aggiornamento.

Ieri ho installato OSX Mountain Lion, formattando l'HD
Questa mattina stavo installando dal Mac App Store le appllicazioni che avevo comprato, per sbaglio ho cliccato su cancella, e ho cancellato iPhoto
Adesso quando vado nel Mac App Store per cercare di installare iPhoto mi dice che lo devo pagare 11€
Come devo fare per risolvere il problema?

The problem was that to filesystem were formatted in "Mac OS X Extended Case-Sensitive Journaled" but it shouldn't be "Case-Sensitive". I did a backup with Time Machine, formatted the HDD (SDD in my case) without choosing the "Case-Sensitive" option. After restore all my data by Time Machine the game works perfectly.
