Home move that did not happen

Mid December 2014 told we got our move to new build appartment in in March 2015.....lovely ....so EARLY March told BT...ooohh tooooo EARLY phone later......mid March....yes we can do something and book in for move.....E-mail confirmed move .....WRONG.....days later new e-mail ....they`ve not only changed the WHOLE ORDER i`ve now got another new phone number when it goes active......angry YES .....and every week upto twice a week trying to get the order fulfilled no phone line hence no internet....(using dongle)....and trying to talk to people in this company(BT) been trully bad not one person has given me a reason why no line after all this time.....and then they BILL ME FOR SERVICES THEY HAVE`NT CONNECTED .....idiots.....called spoke to Indian call centre who speaking off a prompt sheet could not help not even why i`ve been billed for services i have not got........cancelled DD at bank if i don`t get a call 19/05/2015 by 2000hrs order cancelled too....sorry BT for a once good company your no better than your competitors........

BT do not provide or maintain the external network. This is done by Openreach who work for all service providers. BT do not get any special treatment.
If Openreach have not completed the external network, then you will not get a connection with any Service Provider.
