Home screen still says I have a text msg, but I can't find it.
My home screen still shows I have a text msg, but when I go into SMS/MMS it's not there. I can't find this "text msg" that the home screen says I still have. My inbox says I have 75 items and 1 unread as well. But I can't locate this msg.
I've tried a soft reset and it didn't help. Where is this msg? How do I get rid of the notice off my home screen.
Help please...........
hello, welcome to iTunes, well i use windows 7 and i usually don't use iTunes to burn cds... i recommend Nero instead or other free cdburning software

Storage says I have 15gb of movies, but I can't find them anywhere!? Any Help?
Hey anyone and everyone.
So I went to my 'About this Mac' tab, 'More Info', 'Storage' and for some reason it is saying I am using 15gb on movies. The only thing is I cannot find any movies or files that look like movies at all on my mac.
Now I did have some videos from my gopro but moved them off to an external. So i thought that would fix things, but still says I am using a ton of space on movies.
Could someone please tell me where to look, or how to find them, so I can move them to the external hardrive!
Any help would be great for sure!

I have a Macbook pro and I've lost my ical and widget icons. It says it's in the trash but I can't find it.

It sounds like you've removed the iCal and Widget icons from your dock and want to get the back there for easy access. The following document goes over dock basics and there's a section (which I copied below) that goes over how to get those icons back on to the dock. Essentially you'll just find the application's icon in your applications folder and drag it back.

Adding and removing Dock items
If you want to add an application to the Dock, click the Launchpad icon in the Dock and drag the application icon to the Dock; the icons in the Dock will move aside to make room for the new one. If you want to add a file or folder to the Dock, just drag its icon from any Finder window (or the desktop) and drop it on the Dock. The resulting icon that appears in the Dock is actually an alias of the original item (it's kind of a pointer to your original item). If you drag an application or file onto the Dock, you'll be able to open it anytime by simply clicking its docked icon. If you drag a folder onto the Dock, a Finder window of the folder's contents will display when you click the folder icon in the Dock.
To remove an item from the Dock, drag its icon an inch or more off the Dock and wait a couple seconds, then release; the icon will disappear in a poof of smoke. There are some icons that you can't remove from the Dock, such as the Trash and the Finder.
Don't worry, you aren't permanently removing the item from your computer; you simply got rid of its Dock icon. If you want that item back in the Dock, locate the application, file, or folder in the Finder (or with Spotlight), and drag it back into the Dock.

I downloaded the Vevo and Cityville apps, and iTunes says they're on my iPod, but I can't find them. Is there some place they go on the iPod?
Try using the Spotligh search feature on the iPod. To get there, swipe the Home screen fully to the right.
Also, if they are Games, they could be in the Game Center.folder -

The new app is called Photos. It's icon was added to the Dock. Both, Photos and iPhoto, are located in your Applications folder.

I can't find my pictures on icloud where are they?? i have photo stream on but I can't find icloud on my computer to make sure it is on! It isn't listed under the network and internet like the "help" option said!

1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down to open the First Aid window. Be sure to follow the circled recommendation in the screenshot.

I have a new LG Lucid 3 and the text message indicator says I have a new message, but I do not. Messaging is empty when I click on it. How can I get rid of the "1" indicator? I tried turning the phone on and off and that did not work.
Thanks for trying, Anzivina! You've done some strong troubleshooting. Although I do wish it had resolved this matter, I believe we still have options. You've indicated that you've done a factory reset. Can you walk me through the steps you took to get there? Also, after the factory reset, how long before this message indicator appeared again? Was it before or after you restored all your personal data?

You updated your Netflix app without seeing if the new version was compatible with your ios version. Had you not updated, then you could still be using it.

Hello Guys I need help it is Urgent to I can not get no where with the tech Support they are not willing to help me unless I pay Money to do so Apple is not a good product when u can not pay to have them Help me I am trying to get Boot Camp set up so i can set up Window 7, I have the updated Verison of Boot Camp which is 4.0 everytime i try and get Boot Camp Assistant to work at one point of the Installation it asked to highlight 0.4 Boot Camp which I did and when I clicked ok It un did Boot Camp so I have windows on here but I can not get to Drivers over to Windows without Boot Camp and I can not get the connection on the Window Side please can Someone please Call and help me my Number is xxxxxxxxxxxplease this is Urgent matter thanks Michelle

I am in Blurb, trying to upload an album that I have prepared in Adobe ELements 10. To upload I need to navigate in my computer to whatever Adobe folder has the album, but I can't find any Adobe files that way. So I wanted to save the album to
an external drive where I could be sure to find them for the upload
But when I tried to copy the photo album, the dialog box said that the photos will be deleted from the main program. I didn't like the sound of that, so I chose "Backup" which seems to have copied everything from Adobe to my eternal drive, not just the photo album that I want. To make matters worse, but exported folder named for my photo album is not the group of photos that I assembled in Adobe.
How do I upload directly from Adobe the program on my hard drive so I can be sure it is the correct assemblage of photos?The album photos are just the originals; there are no special copies in the album--it's just a list. Select the photos in the album, then go to File>Export as New Files and send the new copies where you want them.

I just bought a macbook book pro. I was told by several people that it should have come with iMovie. I can't find it anywhere and it does not come up when I search for it. Someone else said that if it is not already on my computer I can download it for free? Please help! I would like to use it to burn some of my videos onto dvd.
Yes, your MBP should definitely have come with iMovie. If it doesn't have it, contact Apple directly and ask them what to do.

Hello, I am having some major troubles connecting my iPhone 4S to my home wifi. When I try to connect on my phone, it says I have an incorrect password. That's not possible because I can connect my MacBook to the same network with the same password. I have reset my network settings on my phone, reset my router, called apple support, triple checked I was trying it in correctly, I have no clue what's going on.
The only thing different is I just moved, but I have the same router/phone/internet provider.
I've seen some discussions of router security options being the problem, I have my router connected to : WPA-PSK [TKIP] + WPA2-PSK [AES].
The other options are: WEP , WPA-PSK[TKIP] , WPA2-PSK [AES] , WPA/WPA2 Enterprise.
My troubleshooting and understanding of all this is pretty limited, my applecare service did not help, please can anyone help me?
