Home Sharing - How the **** do I contact Itunes support?

On the contact page it's very specific about email support covering certain topics, phone support covering others, Express lane... etc.. And I don't know where to go about home sharing.
I cannot get home sharing to work between my home mac and my dell laptop. When I try to log onto home sharing on my mac, it says: "An error occurred."
I just want to talk to someone at the itunes support about it but I'm don't know how. It's very confusing. :/

To contact iTunes Support go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ - click on 'Other iTunes Store Features' in the list and then on 'Podcasts'. You will see a link to 'Express Lane', which will guide you eventually to some contact options.

You will e-mail or express lane chat with them. They will answer you.
That is contact.
It sounds like you have not contacted them at all.

I am trying to buy Fanta Points in a game called Fantasica, however, when I try to make a purchase, after I am prompted to give my Apple ID and password, it gives the message, "Please contact iTunes Support to complete this transaction." I don't understand why I get this message, because I am able to make one purchase, but when I try to make another, that is when I'm prompted and am no longer able to make any purchases for several days. I am pretty sure that you will have to use the UK contact site. Here is a link to your country's support site. Since this is not an iPhone issue. Click on the link that takes you to the UK site. Then click on the blue Get Started button.
Follow the links to iTunes Account management support. You have to contact iTunes now in order to get this straightened out. Email them once you get to the appropriate link. They will get back to you. There is nothing that you can do on your own once you get the message to contact iTunes Support.
