Homepage looks wrong in Firefox

I've just published my site and, though it looks fine in Safari, there are two nagging mistakes in Firefox.
Load up the following page in Safari:
http://web.mac.com/rocknrollsoul/iWeb/Site/Homepage.html
Then again in Firefox:
http://web.mac.com/rocknrollsoul/iWeb/Site/Homepage.html
...and you'll see that Firefox has substituted the words '2001-2007' with 'Rock'n'RollSoul'. Thiselement is definitely not in my iWeb design.
Also the page counter is in the top left on Firefox, and the links are a mess.
Any idea what's going on?

I can't see any difference. Perhaps your problem is local -- try clearing your FireFox cache.

Woo-Hoo! Started Firefox in Safe Mode and disabled everything. I have flushed my cache, cookies, history with no benefit! I have also, as I am now, started FF in safe mode band EVEN in SAFE MODE, with EVERYTHING disabled, I still get the bizzare responses and the left tab is still back.
Is there a way to reload FF completely with every thing set as itv it was BEFORE the last upgrade or to go back to an earlier version? What is it about 9.0.1 that is causing all these problems?
BTW, incidently, aabout the same time as upgrading FF, I also switched from Comcast cable ISP to ATT DSL ISP at a even higher speed - 18.0 Mbps. Not sure if that matters; I think the behavior was evident BEFORE the switch over.
Any ideas or suggestions? Are the setting in my config under "useragent" correct? The Ivp6 settings?

Look with firefox this page and with Intenet Explorer and see the differents. In Firefox the menu show nice, but into Intenet Explorer not!!

Alvast hartelijk dank voor de tips, de voorgestelde wijzegingen staan nu online. Maandag kijk ik hier nog verder naar, nu heb ik nog wat weibg marge links en rechts en staat het submenu nog iets te ver weg.
Als het mogelijk is zou ik de pijljes het liefst voor de tekst willen hebben (maar dat vindt ik minder belangrijk).

Facebook apps appear wrong in Firefox

When using some facebook FLASH applications with the flash player installed in Firefox, the graphics look wrong. The best way I can describe it is that it appears that the app is having too large a size within its area. This results in that buttons and text cannot be read/accessed at the edges of the application.
The interesting part is that in Internet Explorer everything looks fine.
Another interesting part is that it used to work fine in Firefox as well, but then an update changed that - I think.
Some applications still appear to work OK. I am still able to see the animations on adobe.com that confirms that the flash player has been correctly installed.
My system is windows 7.
Hope someone is able to help me out. I would like to use my browsers for different tasks - for security reasons, so not being able to access some of these facebook apps with firefox is frustrating

Try clearing your cookies and cache (this may log you out of some websites) -- Go to Tools > Clear Recent History
Select everything, then in the check boxes ONLY select cookies and cache and then click Clear Now.
On http://www.facebook.com/KnownIssues#!/KnownIssues a number of the most recent known issues mentioned relate to blank pages or access problems so it's possible you're just seeing a facebook bug.

Facebook not looking correct on Firefox 3.6.18

Facebook page looks weird on Firefox 3.6.18. There are small rectangles that appear around "like" and "comment" options for posts. This rectangle also appears between "Top News" and "Most recent" links on the Facebook homepage.

Skin Tones Look Wrong When Printing From iPhoto

I'm having trouble getting the caucasian skin tones to look right on photos printed with my Epson Stylus C86 printer on Epson Premium Semigloss paper. They look too pinky/purple when compared with the screen of the Sony DSC camera I shot them with and also my iMac's monitor. They just look wrong as though the subjects have a combination of bad sunburn, high blood pressure and are blushing at the same time!
I've tried the following tips synthesised from other threads:
1. Downloaded the latest set of drivers from Epson's website.
2. Ensured that they are associated with the printer in ColorSync utility.
3. Selected the Use ColorSync option when printing from iPhoto's print dialogue box.
These made no difference to the default behaviour i.e. same color problems.
Could anyone guide me to a solution? I would rather not have to use another application to print them if possible. I'm not used to my Mac not "just working".

I am using firefox 4 and my website looks different in the LCD and Laptop(both with same screen resolutions). The same looks ok with firefox 3.6. Why i am getting this difference?

I am using firefox 4 and i can see difference in the laptop and the lcd. The site looks fine with firefox 3.6 for both and also for all the browsers. Only for firefox 4, things are getting screwed in laptop, as it looks fine for the LCD.

Images are displayed wrong in firefox

I am a photographer, uploading images in png to my gallery at deviantart.com. I noticed that the images are displayed wrongly in firefox - but in IE9 and Opera they are shown correctly. I have tried with different color management settings in about:config but none of that has solved the problem. I would like to know why it is that firefox can't show the colours correctly, like opera and IE?
If it's impossible to fix I will just simply have to stop using firefox which would be a shame when I have been using the browser for many years. The problem has not existed earlier.

in terms of the correct width to use? it depends on your
users, if its a technical site its safe to assume the user will be
running in at least 1024x768, for my site i chose to play it safe,

The catalog of our University will not pull up properly on Firefox but will on internet exployer Why?

The #rdn# is a url variable that is pass to this form from
another page. I put it in a hidden filed and originallly used it as
from.rdn. That did not make a difference, so I just used rdn.
The cfoutput to display the rdn, partnumberid,
deliverynumber, totalrows, and row, all display properly. I even
use those in the query anlayzer and the update works.
I will remove the crparam and see if that makes any
difference. This is very frustrating since there are no error
messages and I am led to believe the code works.
