How Add DFF filed in Search Criteria

I want to add a DFF in the Search Criteria region of the Advanced Search in the standard Cotract page of Sales Contracts Workbench User Responsibility please let me know how to add and search the contarcts with the DFF basis as well

Well - it's a report so there won't be a user exit. I think your options are what the others (and you) have suggested - change the standard program or make a copy.
There are different opinions on the forum about which to do.

How to default date on search criteria

Hi,
Working in jdev 11.1.1.3.0,ADF BC with rich faces.
I need to default in my date filed in search criteria as sysdate - 90. Can any one suggest me how can we achive this.

How can I change the search criteria for Smart Folders?

I have a saved search Smart Folder that I wish I to modify. How do I do that? (It currently searched for all .HDR files, but I need to to find only HDR images that are more than 1 month old)

select the existing smart folder, click on the "gears" button in finder's toolbar and click on 'show search criteria". modify them and save.

i have found few articles for implementing the same in forms.
i am trying to implement dependencies between search criteria's. i will be using two serach criteria's as lov's in Search page(Using search panel) not in simple forms.
the second criteria lov should be listing all the results based on the firstr search criteria.
someone pls let me know how too implement this.

I got the result. On the dependent attbute properties,i selected the parent attribute and then followed the link for further proceeding.

How to change Bridge default search criteria

I'd like to change the default search criteria to search only the selected folder, not sub-folders. Essentially, I want to use the default search as a way to filter the files in a folder. Is there any way to do this?
Right now, I use the search box in the upper right-hand corner, enter my search word or phrase, hit enter, it searches this folder and all subfolders, I click the "New Search" button, uncheck the subfolders box, and do the search again. Way too many clicks.

How to Clear QBE Search Criteria?

We have a taskflow which is invoked as a popup in a jsff page, this popup contains a table where the user can query using QBE. After the popup is closed and reopened, the search criteria in the QBE is retained.
Any idea how to clear the QBE search criteria?

New custom field in the POWL search criteria

Hi experts,
My requirement is to add a new custom field in the search criteria (Parameters)
In my Easy shopping card POWL. I need to add custom fields in search criteria.
I tried appending my custom fields in structure /SAPSRM/S_SEARCHFIELDS
And customized the POWL type DB criteria SAPSRM_FEEDER_SC by adding the custom field
But still the newly added search criteria is not displaying in the
Query SAPSRM_E_CHECKSTATUS_01 in powl_query transaction.
Kindly help me to solve this issue

I tried to add an extra Field(Company code) in POWL Search. the problem is the Field Company code doesnt get updated in BBP_PDHSC and BBP_PDISC with the value used in while creating SC.
I only get the Company code value in table BBP_PDBEI for SC.
So when i give any value in POWL search for company code no data is shown even though the SC was created in the inputted Company code.
so how to go about adding CC as search criteria in POWL so that the resultant output is filtered on the basis of CC value.

From todayâs customer assignment I extract the following recipe â for BC4J, JSP and Struts:
Suppose that on the FindPage of our JHeadstart generated JSP application we would like to add one or more search-criteria that are not directly bound to ViewObject attributes. For example in the context of the ALS application: the FindBookPage contains a field labeled AuthorFirstName. Here, the user may enter the firstname of an author. The application should now only return books in the result set that have at least one contributing author whose firstname matches the one entered by the end-user. The ViewObject underlying the Bookpages does not contains Authorships and Author information. A direct query on this ViewObject can not make use of the AuthorFirstName property. Of course, when no value is entered in this field, the query should not look for authors at all!
When a value for AuthorFirstName is provided, an additional piece of where-clause should be activated that looks from the ALS_BOOKS table via the ALS_AUTHORSHIPS table in the ALS_AUTHORS table. Now how are we going to do that?

F-32 Search Criteria

Dear All,
On f-32 i give the customer code and the company code and on the basis of posting date I get all my open items.
Now here I have to further select only those documents which are having a particular bussiness type.
Please note that in the first screen i dont want to get stared using the bussiness area..i want posting date only.
Can anyone twell me that after I go in,what is the way to get the Select Search Criteria Screen?
That is after going in F-32 where all the open items are displayed how to get the Select Search Criteria Screen.
This is not possible through EDIT-Select More-Bussiness Area as I again get all the documents in that period.

"Set the Search Allowed property to True for any LOV result items you want to present to the user as searchable values. These items are listed in the search poplist the user sees in the LOV window.
At a minimum you must set the Search Allowed property to True for the the result table item corresponding to the LOV field on the base page.
This is from the devguide, I suggest you read it once at least if you have started work on the framework.

I am trying to add a DFF search criteria within the Customer's HTML page. I was able to add the new message box, but am not sure how to tie the box to attribute 3 which is in the Receivables Party information Descriptive flex field. Oracle ebs r12.1.2 is the system.

Yes. It is possible through personalization.
1. Create a criteria row under Advance Search
2. Create a Result Item under advance table columns
3. Create a Query Criteria Map based on the criteria and result item above.
Please note the newly added criteria field should be in the Searchresults VO attributes list.
Otherwise you need to extend the VO as well.

In my application (R12) we can access customer related information from 2 places (2 different responsibilities as mentioned below), both are OAF pages.
1. AX receivables
2. Sales online
From both the responsibilities we can perform search for customer related information as well (Simple as well as Advance Search).
But Advance Search screen from 'Sales online' allows user to perform search, based on few additional fields as well such as 'Classification' (it's an lov based field).
Now, User is asking to add that field on search page of AX receivables as well.
So, how to add one more field (as search criteria), on an standard 'Customer' screen?
Additional Info :
1. LOV is based on HzPuiClassificationFilterVO
2. And this VO is available on both pages. (oracle.apps.ar.hz.components.search.server.HzPuiClassificationFilterVO)
So can we achieve this by Personalization only ? if yes plz share the steps as well.
